I definitely wish I could give this restaurant less than one star. On my list of bad restaurants, this has to be at the top. When walking in, most times a waiter or waitress would show you the way if confused. Yet a rude waitress who takes orders at the front completely disregarded my families existence. Without handing us a menu or giving us options to order she continued on with her sassy attitude and said,"so what do you want?" I was shocked, considering she was acting as if we had been there before despite it being connected to a hotel for tourist use! She then continued on with an annoyed face. Widened her eyes at my mother. And constantly gave smart-aleck responses to our questions. I've never met such rude staff! On top of it all, she got our order incorrect making my parents share a sandwich. They didn't have half of the food I wanted, including no granola for my plain yogurt. And fed me an almost black banana sitting up front. To top it all off, they had no coffee ready for any of the customers at this time. I'd never come back here.

Smoked Trout Caesar Salad wrap...one if the best wraps for lunch. And for the SV Symphony concert later. Mmmmmmm!!! Prices are very reasonable. The Thai wrap is another one of my favorites. The breakfast wraps are tasty also and I love there lemonade. I always come here at least once when I come up an visit.

The food here is pretty tasty and the price is right. They get pretty busy during the peak seasons, but you won't have to wait too long for your food to arrive. Wrapcity is a good option for a quick wrap or salad. They also have a nice outdoor seating area for the warmer months of the year and parking is easy around the restaurant.

Why cant the locals stand up to these food bullies. Since the time it was a two person tent next to Elephant Perch, to its current drab location, customers are dealt with contempt Dudes, it's just food in a burrito wrapper for $10. Force a grass roots change and boycott Crap City until they issue an apology in the Sun Newspaper.

Right next door to our Best Western Hotel. Quick and delicious breakfast burrito on the run. And we had a $5 coupon from hotel. So total bill - $3.80. Best deal in town! Sun Valley so far is less expensive than Deer Valley.

Steer clear if you're gluten free for allergy or celiac reasons.

Fast food that doesn't taste like fast food! I had lunch and breakfast here when I was in town for a couple of days. The dishes come in a wrap or a bowl, and I chose the club in a bowl. Fresh meat, crisp bacon and lettuce. It just felt healthy! The bacon and egg breakfast wrap was way more than I could eat but I really wanted to eat more! Service certainly wasn't unfriendly, but a smile would be a nice addition.

Excellent staff and friendly service. Good vegetarian options and substitutes on request.

What a downfall of only being open until 3:30 PM. A good variety of healthy, vegetarian wraps.

Here's an experience you should have: Grap a wrap from Wrapcity and watch hundreds of sheep run down Main St in Ketchum.

Wrap city is awesome. Great wraps or salad bowls with sriracha in every table !! I love the Cobb wrap and the kids love the rice wrap! The daily specials are great too

Healthy and yummy wraps and bowls. We spend a lot of time in Ketchum and this is a regular post-hike stop for us. The Chinese Chicken Salad is our favorite. It can get really busy at lunchtime but don't let the long lines scare you off. Food is prepared quickly or you can also order ahead and pick up. I agree that the staff can be a bit abrasive at times but there have also been plenty of occasions where they have been helpful and friendly.

Every time I'm in Ketchum, Wrapcity is the first stop. Chinese Chicken Salad wrap is always the perfect compliment to a hike or day of downhill. This place gets slammed with customers. Staff can be short on pleasantries (as others have noted) but service is quick and the food is consistent.

I used to live in Ketchum, and normally I love this place. I came back in today having just been diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I know eating gluten free is a huge fad around the Valley, but it's not a choice for me...it has serious health implications. I asked if any of the dressings were gluten free, and mentioned that I had Celiac and had to be careful. The girl at the counter referred the question to another girl assembling wraps and bowls, who rolled her eyes and said "I don't know...the honey mustard." Great. Not confident that she actually knew what she was talking about (or cared) I just asked for my bowl without any dressing. Fine enough, but then the lovely soul assembling things decided to take it a step further by mumbling to the counter girl as she went to retrieve my food that it was a "stupid question" I had asked, and that "dressing's not going to kill you." Um, maybe not kill me, but I will get really sick. Obviously a less-than-stellar employee, but I wish the owners would at least have their employees trained on potential allergens in the food they are selling. Bottom line, if you don't have Celiac, eat away, as long as you can deal with an uncaring sourpuss assembling your food.

Ketchum is a wonderland of good food...considering what a small town it is...this is a unique, inexpensive and healthy way to have lunch...the decor is so slap dash it hurts but nobody cares...in a wrap or in a bowl the dishes are great...

Though we get $10 everyday we wouldn't eat here again if it were free. We asked to do eggs other than scrambled but they said they can't because they microwave them. The bacon and trout we also microwaved. The bacon burnt and the trout served cold. You can see a full commercial grade kitchen in the back, but no one is using it. Instead one lady popping dish after dish in the microwave.

Love this place! The wraps are all delicious, packed with healthy ingredients and incredibly easy to get. It is my go-to place for a yummy and convenient lunch!

I agree with Emily. The food was great - fresh and healthy- but the service was terrible. Everyone acted as if they were doing you a favour in doing their jobs. Especially the person working the register taking orders. She made a mistake on our order and then made us feel like it was a huge imposition to fix. It is hard to believe business is so good you can treat customers that way. There are just too many other friendly places to go.

I have eaten here 2 times and each time the food was delicious and healthy. A great place to stop in for a quick bite that is not icky fast food. The staff are also friendly and fast!

The food is great, and quick, the seating is well planned. You would think meeting those three guidelines alone Wrap City should deserve five stars. Unfortunately, the customer service is so horrible, it all but negates every positive quality this place boasts of. Regardless of your disposition, or how much you tip, the employees are terribly rude. They don't smile, or say thank you, they quite literally GLARE, and they are abrupt and nasty in their tone. Worst of all of them is actually the owner- which explains why customer service is not a virtue here. If she is out to prove that the quality of the food is enough to bring people back time and time again despite a poor attitude, she is not doing a very good job. I have lived in this valley two years and have been to Wrap City less than a handful of times, for the sole purpose that the abuse the employees deal out to customers ruins my day, and turns my delicious wrap into an overpriced, unsatisfying, waste of my time. I would suggest checking out Sub Shack or Atkinson's as an alternative. ENJOY your vacation, don't be bullied for a $4 wrap.

Never disappoints! The spinach salad wrap is my favorite. Delicious, fresh, healthy. We also love the chicken ranch club and the chinese chicken salad wrap. I love those so much, I rarely deviate (except when curry chicken is a special!) We come to town often to visit family and always take wraps with us for the car ride home! I crave wrap city year round when we're not in town....

I'll address Gabby's review of terrible service. I can guess who the young sourpuss was who waited on them with such disdain. She is thankfully no longer working there. It seems they sometimes make the mistake of hiring their friend's privileged kids. The owners smile if they have known you for twenty years. I usually get friendly service. I understand the confusion about how to order and get by for a first time customer. The Ketchum laid back help yourself attitude is key here. Pour your own drink or pull one from the cooler, order, have a seat, they will call your name or take it to your table. Clean up yourself. They have so many local customers, that they are sometimes not sensitive to new customer's needs. If you ask, they help generously. Just ask. They will make modifications to the wraps and bowls in an effort to make you happy.

This place sucks. service: the cashier had a chronic case of RBF ("resting bitch face") but a step further because she was 100% BITCH. Excuse my language please but she was horrible. We walked in and asked if the 2 vouchers best western gave us for breakfast would work for our family of four. She said "no eh I don't need those" then waved her had dismissively. She said it in the most unkind "I don't even wanna be here" tone. Hmm turn off. Then we stood there a bit confused on whether this was a self seated restaurant or if she would take our order at the counter. She gives us that bitch face as usual and flips her hand all bitchy and says "so what do u want?" Okay nice girl how about being kind and explaining that we order at the counter? I was off put and said ohh we order here? Ok. My mom stated she wanted two breakfast sandwiches, a decaf coffee and a water, then I said I wanted a bagel and cream cheese and a Snapple, and my sister ordered a yogurt, a banana (because they were out of oranges), and a apple juice. Food: we got to the table which was sticky and waited for the food. She brought out the yogurt which was very plain, looked like mayo, so my sister asked for granola and she said "we're out of that." Ok cool so my sister sits and eats her mayo. Then she says to my sister, who's already sitting inside the booth eating, "did you grab your banana?" Then walks away before she can answer. My sister thought she would serve the banana! Okay well I work in a restaurant and I would offer to get it for the customer if they're already sitting eating their food. Then she brings out one breakfast sandwich. My mom asks "the other one is coming right??" And the lady says frankly "you ordered one." My mom says no, and she says again "no. You ordered one." My mom definately ordered two. And I'm not deaf, I heard her clearly. Let dad said "whatever, I'll just eat half of yours". Then the lady walked off. I get my bagel and I guess it's good. You can't really goof up a toasted bagel and a pack of cream cheese. 5 minutes later she places a breakfast sandwich on the table and says "you can pay for it on your way out". What the heck?! We were silent. We're in vacation so my dad was like "ok whatever there's no point in complaining. We will go somewhere else after." Then they realize, hey where are our drinks?????? She never gave my mom a water cup or even directed where she could get one, and my dad was still waiting on his coffee which she said was brewing. Okay fine (even though it's odd you're a breakfast restaurant and you don't have coffee ready.) but then another couple comes in and orders regular coffee and theirs gets brewed first?????! What the f***?!?! The girl was so rude. And it seemed as if she just laughed with the girl in the kitchen when we complained the first time. Don't go here.
