Order at the bar, then pick it up yourself. I love these places. Most of the food is your typical bar fare. Good wings, cheap beer. A warning, however: There is a "Big Buck Hunter" video game here....be careful...this thing will cost you more than beer...veerrrrryyy addictive!

There is no better place to get drunk on a Sunday from 10:55am - 5:00pm (my usual hours) to watch the football games. The staff seems to enjoy/tolerate that I'm a Bears fan and that I frequently "Bear Blast" the whole bar...even when the Bears aren't even playing. You guys need to get 90 Schillings back in...immediately. Great patio to chill on.

Wednesday nights at 8 is Trivia. $5 per person on a team to enter. Welcoming people to join a team. Challenging fun questions. First place team takes home 2/3 of the pot. Second place gets a $20 Lefty's gift certificate . The host receives1/3 of the pot. Hosts rotate, so if you feel creative and can come up with 50 good questions, get on the list and play. Good people. Good atmosphere. Good food. Good beer.

I enjoy the food and the service from everyone here "BUTT" the owner. While I was trying to enjoy a meal with my boyfriend, the bar was empty and yet the owner & his friend decide to back their ASSES up to where We were sitting. It ruined our experience and when I got up to leave, I had to say, "excuse me" while grabbing my purse from the other side of our seats and they did nothing so I had to force myself through to grab my things. If that's how the owner is, I have zero respect. Local & not going back there!!! Get your BUTT out of my face!!!

solid joint for a beer with no women in sight. The food is good old frozen fried food and the beers are domestic and trashy. If you're looking for a regular hang out with no frills this is your spot and don't be disappointed because in the category of bars and particularly dive bars two stars is a compliment.

4th of July weekend so it was a zoo in every way. Which is understandable, but the place seemed overwhelmed. The servers were trying pretty hard but the place was probably understaffed for the holiday rush. I waited close to an hour for my burger, so when it finally arrived I was hoping it was worth the wait. I would loved to have raved about it, but it was decidedly average and a bit undercooked. I got the monkey fries based on a cursory glance of the reviews here...and they were good but not great. Hate giving a local business a lower review, but maybe I hit it at a bad time.

Monkey fries! Holy s@$t, monkey fries! Think of slices of potatoes about a quarter of an inch think, fried, covered in spicy fry seasoning love and you have the monkey fries. Their regular fries are tasty and are hand cut but they have nothing on the monkies! Burgers come on local baked bread, kind of like a French loaf, with special burger sauce. So tasty, order extra for your monkey fries and be prepared to hit sensory overload! Sit on the deck which has a beautiful view of the mountains. Happiness in burger land!

Oh Lefty's... what can I possibly say that would even begin to give this wonderful establishment the praise it deserves? The burgers, monkey fries (and everything else) here are out of this world! There are few things I enjoy more than meeting friends at Lefty's for a burger and a brew. Whether you go here on a snowy winter day after getting off the mountain, or opt for a sunny summer afternoon on the deck- Lefty's provides the perfect atmosphere for kicking back and enjoying Ketchum's unique and fabulous environment. P.S. You know you've made it in the world when you have a well used mug of your own hanging above the bar here!

Wow - great burgers! I was not expecting this place to be so good. We were looking for a new place to try (we've eaten almost everywhere in town), and we realized that we'd never been to Lefty's. Always walked past, but never went in. The burgers are awesome. Like burgers should be. I tghink this is the best burger joint in the Sun Valley/ Ketchum area. They have beer too (yay!!) -------------S

Lefty's has a nice laid back feel with food at affordable prices. My only trouble with this place was the brunette woman who took my order. She asked what I wanted and as I tried to answer I was interrupted 5 or 6 times because she was carrying on a conversation with a guy at the bar. Then had to repeatedly ask me questions about my order cause she hadn't listened. Quite frustrating. But alas, the most important thing is that our food was simply amazing. Kobe burger was delicious and juicy and a steal for under $8! Monkey fries are spicy crispy goodness.

This place ROCKS! I've been going to Sun Valley to ski with my family since I was two, and Lefty's has always been a key stop while on vacation. The secret to their success is threefold. 1) Good solid grill food (monkey fries may give you heartburn) 2) locals (notice the custom glass mugs suspended from the ceiling) who will shoot you the stinkeye unless you recognize your place and 3) BIG BUCK Hunter. What is Big Buck Hunter you may ask? It's a red-state video game where you go to different places around North America like Abilene, GA....Minatawnka, MN to shoot bucks. Can anything else be so satisfying as triple-bucking a round of BBH, having a pint of Moose Drool and watching football at Lefty's?

This is exactly what bar food should be! I ordered the 1/3 pound cheeseburger, and it was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten! This is not fancy food by any means. Cheap, divey bar food, but it's not trying to be anything else. Can't wait to make it back to Ketchum to eat at Lefty's again! Disclaimer: my rating takes into account what Lefty's is: a divey, sports bar. In that setting, my food earned 5 stars!

Nice stop for locals quick bite. We stopped died the street but was just looking fur something quick and easy. We could tell we we're among the locals which was nice. Good easy food abs got back on the road. Cute town with abasing views.

Good outdoor seating, decent beer selection, and locals seemed to be enjoying the place. Trivia on Monday nights. Obviously a favorite local hangout, but the staff sure was not pleasant. I d go back, but with less than friendly staff, I only recommend going with people.

Looking for a place after a long day of traveling? Then stop here. It's a warm little spot with a pool table and good beer. The meals available ranged from bison burgers, salads, turkey melts packed full of meat, good French fries, an delicious monkey fries. I'm not sure how they make the monkey fries but they pack a small spicy punch. Very good!

Average grill but gets points for deck and for being reasonably priced option for Ketchum.

This is an old fashion bar and grill that seems popular with the locals. The food was great all the way around. The chili soup was thick and very tasty. The french dip was flavoral and the "train wreck" was a great sub-style sandwich. Nice selection of beer. A great place to stop when in Ketchum.

Lefty's burger was good. It certainly wasn't the best ever. Lefty's monkey fries will please any primate. We even went back for a second serving during our visit. Lefty's buffalo wings are really solid. Tangy, spicy, well cooked. Lefty's has excellent beer selection. Lefty's can gratify your every sports watching need on its many tvs. Lefty's service was super competent and downright friendly. Still, FIVE STARS?!? What gives? You see, Ketchum fancies itself a destination for wealthy goobers just dying to overspend on any item, no matter how crappy. Lefty's rejects that pretentious bullshit. We had awesome food and a pleasant time watching football and drinking at least six beers. We left Lefty's for $33 before tip. I had to tell the barman that he made a mistake. Nope, he said, you get what you pay for. I told him that he is seriously underselling his establishment. At Lefty's you get much more than you pay for. (One warning: that also includes the occasional creepy lurking patron.)
