My mum, sister, and I are driving cross country we stayed in driggs Idaho just west of the Grand Teton Mountains, the town has a great view of the peaks! The big hole bagel shop is amazing, with there homemade menu with everything breakfast from bagels, biscuit and gravy, to muffins!! It was so great, if you are driving through you should try it for sure! They are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday though.

The bagels are lovely! Their turkey club sandwich with bacon was good, but could be improved by the use of an actually ripe tomato (this was in August after all). Oh well, nothing a ketchup/tabasco slurry won't mend. Latte was good, staff friendly. This town makes me feel a little like I walked onto the set of Scorcese's 1974 "Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore"

Good was awesome! Got the Benedict and its one of the best I've ever had! Potatoes are yummy. Highly recommend coming here if you are in town. Can't go wrong.

YOU MUST eat here. Best Breakfast I have had in...I don't know how long. My wife and I loved the food. The service was excellent and after our meal came out, Kevin came out and introduced himself and asked if he had cooked our food to our liking. Kevin answered all our questions about the area and offered some tips. He greeted everyone else as they came in and were served too. Just that little extra effort was very impressive. It was an OUTSTANDING experience. We drove down from the Seattle area to check out Grand Targhee for next ski season. We'll be back and we'll be eating at Big Hole Bagel & Bistro. No kidding, this is a great place. Can I give them six stars ? ~Tim & Patty

I had a bagel sandwich. It was like an omelet in a bagel there was so much. I think it had two eggs, ham, cheese on an everything bagel. It was fantastic. Didn't need to eat for the rest of the day for sure.

Had an excellent omelette here today ~ really fresh spinach and crimini mushrooms, plus delicious piping hot and not greasy potatoes and, of course, great bagel. Very good oversized latte. I"m sorry to say that the young woman serving us came off as being very disinterested in her job, which took away a bit from the otherwise good experience, hence taking the rating down a star.

Headed out in the early AM for fresh tracks in Grand Targhee? Need some fuel for an all day shred-fest? No problem! Big Hole Bagel has got you covered. Stopped by BHB on a recent trip to Grand Targhee and picked up some Bacon-Egg Cheese Bagels for the crew and they were delicious and just what we needed to start the day. Their customer service/cashier Roberta was very friendly and knowledgable about the surrounding area. Highly recommend.

The best breakfast I have ever had. The salmon Benedict is unbelievable. If you're anywhere near Driggs you have to eat here for breakfast.

great personal service. this is as far from mass produced food as it comes. as a new yorker, i won't rave about the bagel, but it was very good and the lox was first rate.

Stopped in on our way home from vacation. Cute place. Not crowded, but busy. Husband ordered a ham & cheese omelet. I got the biscuits & gravy. The wait was LONG - too long for how small of a place they are. But once the food arrived, we were very pleased. If you're in a hurry, this might not be your place. If you've got the time for a leisurely and yummy breakfast, definitely check it out.

Service, not speedy for the sit down breakfast. Though they do have a grab and go counter. We sat down, the wait 1/2 hour with three full tables 5 people total. My husband really liked his Denver omelette, my eggs Benedict was also good. Thick slice of ham perfect poached eggs. I am a hollandaise snob, this was pretty good not grainy, but not much flavor either. The potatoes rocked. Both of us loved these perfect home fries. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Great Food!! Great atmosphere. Home made and worth the wait. Our favorite place whenever we are in town!

Very satisfying... unique breakfast combos. Where else one would try French toast bagel - soooo good. The portions are huge too.

Okay there is way too much negative about this place. I live right down the street from it, so take my word for it, its good. The bagels are baked in house and are delicious (I grew up in New Jersey, I know a good bagel) Check out their "Better than day old" bagels. They serve Pork Roll (Taylor Ham). Most probably have no idea what this is but if you get a chance order it, you wont be disappointed. I don't drink coffee but they served coffee from Teton Coffee Company. The guy roasts the organic beans in his garage in Tetonia. My family enjoys it so much they have me send beans back east. I have never had an issue with waiting but I always get bagels with cream cheese or a breakfast sandwich. If you are looking for a quick grab-and-go style breakfast, this is your place. If you do have to wait all I can say is, "Welcome to the West." People out here don't rush. We live here to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

I've eaten at this restaurant several times now. Everything I've had has been fantastic! The eggs Benedict is the best in the valley. And the Reuben is the best I've ever had. The pastrami used on it is of the highest quality. Not too salty like other Reubens. I especially love the choice to replace the traditional breads for these dishes (English muffin and rye bread) with their respective bagels. Looking forward to trying the amazing French toast I've heard so much about. Kevin, the owner and head chef, really knows his stuff. If you're in Teton valley, big hole bagels is a must for a delicious, fair priced dine in breakfast or lunch!

Some really great valley folks have come up with a winner! Locals will recognize the players and visitors will love their hospitality. The bagels are fresh and flavorful- this is my new fav breakfast hangout when I'm in the metropolis of Driggs. They are brandy new- lets' see how they do this ski season! They are just north of Ski Hill Rd. which is access to Grand Targhee Resort-

Me second time here. Food was OK but the wait was painful. I understand it is a small place but almost an hour is not good. Maybe they just need time to get their act together. I hope they last.

Stopped in to this cute place at 1:30 pm. There were only 8 other patrons, virtually empty, but it still took 45 minutes for our sandwiches to be served. Food was fine, but the wait was ridiculous. Server was kind and eager, but appeared oblivious to the length of the wait.
