Overall, their food is meh but I love their ice cream. I am a certified Blizzard whore.

Typical DQ but it is clean and not too busy. Friendly staff does give it a bit more of a home town joint feeling which is why I give it 4 stars instead of typical DQ 3. Of course I don't go to DQ for burgers - I go for the chicken basket and ice cream so my rating doesn't cover the burger part of menu. It isn't best place in town but I do stop by even though it is on the opposite side of town from where I normally am when I am in the mood for a blizzard or in the area.
We only purchased dinner here because everything else in Burley was shut down because it was a Sunday night. My girlfriend and I split a chicken finger meal to go and waited nearly 20 minutes for it. When I asked for ranch dipping sauce I was handed a Newman's Own ranch salad dressing packet by the nonchalantly slow-moving staff. We found quite a surprise in the DQ box when we opened it up a few minutes later. An unidentifiable glop of something white--the texture of warm Play Doh to the touch--in a styrofoam container was what we believe to be mashed potatoes, but we're not completely certain. The rest of our food was what we expected fried food to be: greasy, hot, and filling. Also, how is it possible that a restaurant in the modern era does not have a bathroom?

JUST WARNING YOU.... Do not go during their five buck lunch in the middle of the day unless you want to get pretty much nothing of a portion to what you order and expect. I went today for my lunch with my coworkers and we didn't get our sundaes, no drinks, tiny sized chicken in the baskets, and very little fries. I don't mind coming to Dairy Queen when it's not in the middle of the day but this is just horrible. I ABSOLUTELY DONT RECOMMEND EATING HERE DURING THE DAY.

I recently came to lunch with my co-worker and order the five dollar meal deal...which was a huge mistake!!! I have never seen smaller pieces of chicken in my life and to add to that the employees working were extremely rude they were out of gravy and they didn't give us bread for our chicken strip basket so we had to drive back only to get a nasty smerk from the employees!! ..if we went back it was because it was specified when we ordered....only to receive stail bread ...which I might add tasted awful!!!!! .DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BAD SERVICE AND FOOD.

I can't help it, I have a sweet tooth! This Dairy Queen was very clean inside with a comfortable eating area. Order was made fairly quickly, and everything tasted great.
