Of all the places in Boise to eat, please skip this one. My fourteen year old daughter and I decided to eat dinner out. The host that seated us was lack luster. The waiter showed up and was arrogant and seemed bothered that he had to work. They brought us chips and salsa before we ordered and it was a thin liquid with not a hint of any chunks of tomatoes, or anything. The meal arrived. The chicken was awful, and the corn on the cob that came with the meal was impossible to get the kernels off the cob. While eating, I observed the next table over trying to order desert and their waitress explaining that they ran out if ice cream. The customer had a valid point in mentioning they didn't want to pay full price for a desert that came with ice cream when there was none. She proceeded to say let me go ask my manager. She came back and said there was nothing she could do for them. That the person that worked there was was going to go buy ice cream didn't have a car that day so no ice cream. My waiter then asked me if I wanted desert. Let me look at the menu and never bothered to mention the lack of ice cream. I got my ticket. And noticed the web survey, so I started the survey. The waiter was walking by and said are you really going to fill out the survey. This was THE worst service, THE worst food, and THE worst cleanliness I've had. You could eat anywhere in Boise and do better than this place. Honestly. McDonald's has better service and food than this place. Let me just reiterate. This place is so bad I would not consider giving it a second chance. HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY

The fresh cipotle chicken salad and table side guacamole were pretty good, but we waited almost 30 minutes for our food. You know what it's like...waiting for your food while watching the people who were seated after you eating their meal... Just sort of a so-so experience. Nothing stood out. The only other Chili's I've been to was in Kennewick and that was a few years ago. Again, wasn't anything there that stood out...that would bring me back for another meal. Something must keep bringing the people in though, because it stayed fairly busy while we were there.

Across from Boise State stadium. I was surprised I didn't see more college students there. Staff was great. No complaints on the food.

ONE Star- Very good service. Our waitress even brought my daughter a little plate of goodies. ONE Star- The bartender who dealt with me walking up from my table to ask him what he suggested because I haven't drank in that long. ONE.5 Stars- for the Buy ONE Fajita get the second for a $1. Greatest promoting ever! All in all we had a very nice dinner. Decent service. Good food.

We came in for lunch around 12:40pm on an Monday. The hostess sat us as soon as we got into the door. And then we sat there, and waited. No one came over to greet us. The waitress with the flower head band walked past us, still nothing. Some other person cleaned the booth behind us, and still no acknowledgement what so ever. Place probably only had maybe at most 10 tables. The other side of the restaurant was completely empty. Bar only had 1 person at the bar. We walked out at 12:55pm. Drove over to Ram, we were seated and we ordered and I had time to write a review for Chilis by 1:10pm.

As someone who typically doesn't leave reviews, I felt compelled to after meeting Bryce. He simply sat us, and, within 2 minutes, provided more customer service than I usually get from an entire sitting at a 5-star restaurant. I'm currently a manager at a Vegas high-end hotel, and have high expectations of customer service. Bryce exceeded those expectations. Thank you, and I expect for him to be my server the next time I'm in Boise. In regards to the food, it was on-point. Our server (and her trainee) were great. We had a very positive experience overall.

If you want indifferent service, Chili's in Boise is the place for you. Now, if getting a good value and good service is important, try somewhere else, say the Ram. The most recent visit, and my last, I ordered using their Chili's to go service. I had a very specific time for pick up due to a tight schedule that night. When I arrived at the specified time, no one was working the to go station, instead I was told to go to the bar. The bartender knew nothing about the order but say it would be a minute. 21 minutes later, he handed my order and gave a half hearted "sorry about that." The order was not prepared properly so I had to send it back for correction. He wasn't very happy about that. That's too bad, as I usually tip on to go orders and have a soft spot in my heart for servers and bartenders. I worked as one for many years and know what they have to put up with. In this case, it was a glaring lack of concern for their failure. I find myself not willing to spend anymore of my money at Chili's in Boise. When I choose to reward a business with my money, I expect a certain level of service and appreciation for my patronage. Don't bother complaining to their franchisee, Shoot the Moon, LLC. I had tried twice in the past to have my issues at least acknowledged but I have never gotten a response from them. Anyway, I have spent enough of mine time and money with this joke of a restaurant group. Next time, I will get my to go order from the Ram.

Horrible service, on a family visit to Boise we were hungry and Chili's was close to our hotel so we decided to eat there. We never even got a table after standing at the hostess stand for 10 minutes we left. Several servers looked at us and didn't even acknowledge us. Disappointing because our family loves Chili's but we probably won't be going to one of their restaurants anytime soon.

Ordered online. Can't pay online or over the phone. Ordered it to be ready at 5:30. My sister got there at 5:20, they wouldn't give her the food until 5:30. She thought at least it would fresh... But it was anything but fresh. Wilted lettuce, soggy stale buns, semi warm meat. Gross

Chili's has refreshed their menu and for the same price as Qdoba or Subway you can get delicious food and great service. Their margarita menu is also fantastic.

Lots of good times were had at this place during the good ol' college years. Whether it was the beer tent during college gamedays or a place to eat after a concert at Taco Bell, I never had a bad experience here. Not to mention a place to have some brew at a bar without having to choke on the smoky smog that tends to co-exist. Within walking distance to those on a tight budget, although some students feel it is ok to protest the rising parking fees by using their parking lot, which causes headaches for all.
