Great experience at this establishment. The decor is nothing special, but I didn't care, it had that nice vibe that only small town restaurants can capture. I sat down and the server came and took my drink order right away. She promptly returned when she saw my menu was closed and I ordered the Ribeye Steak that came with 3 eggs, toast and hash browns. After a quick coffee refill when I had about 1/4 left in my cup (great service), my meal came out and boy was it tasty. So much food, the eggs the way I like, and done medium rare as requested. The price was definitely more than fair, my bill without tip was a little under $14. I even chatted with the owner for a bit, very friendly. Ultimately, I don't get to too many of these small town restaurants, so I'm glad I was able to dine at this one. FYI They do take Visa, MasterCard, & Discover so that was a plus as I had no cash on me.

Perfect place to stop off I80 for food and fuel. Great burger, friendly staff, and a quaint small town feel. I had the Swiss mushroom burger and fries - don't skip the fries!

I've eaten at the Wilton Cafe a number of times, and have never had a bad meal there. It's basically down to earth home cooking. The omlettes are always fresh and hot, and the turkey & gravy sandwich is pretty tasty as well. I'll be back.

We stopped in on Saturday for breakfast. The place was busy, the food was hot, great service. I'll be going back!

When in new places we try to find anything other than a chain restaurant. This was practically the only place that came up near Moscow, IA, where we were holed up getting work done on our bus. The old Cove Restaurant there had closed down. Overcooked burger and decor that was basically a white box barely met our already low expectations. Service was fast and friendly, however. Cash only.
