This was a welcome addition to the Waterloo/CF area. I had never been to a Noodles and Co. before in the past but the dishes they offer for the money are exceptional. The dishes that I have had are the beef stroganoff, chili pepper penne w/ chicken parmesan. These both were excellent combined with there caesar salad and pita bread. I'm hard pressed to find a better quality lunch option for the price. The only downfall is definitely the service, every time I visited the place was almost completely empty with employees gathered in there kitchen although rarely did I witness employees cleaning the tables for guests coming in.

Slow service, if they're busy, but a great spicy Thai soup.

I am in love with this place and probably go here 3-4 times a month! My favorite is the Mac N Cheese with steak, and the spaghetti with parmesan chicken. It is super easy to substitute noodles and meat options (for example, spaghetti always comes with meatballs but I switch it out for chicken). Oh, and their Caesar salad dressing is amazing! Noodles and Co now has a smart phone app that allows you to order from your phone (including paying) and then the food is ready when you get there. It is great! FYI, the parking lot is super awkward and cramped.

I've been here four or five times since this location opened. It doesn't wow me. The pricing is a bit high. Expect to pay at least $10 with your main dish and drink. Then she'll out extra for a side of bread or side salad. Some of the dishes are really tasty. The Mac n cheese is super yummy. The Japanese pad doesn't have a lot of flavor. The warm ciabatta bread is a good side but extra money. I would have given a 4 star but the place is dirty. When you walk in it smells, the tables are sticky and it takes staff a long time to get them cleaned off. The area where you fill your drinks is gross. Needs a good scrubbing now and should be cleaned daily. Just not a lot to keep me coming back.

Over a year later, I still LOVE this location. They haven't disappointed once. In fact, I was in there a couple days ago, and I was running late, but I just needed something to eat. I asked the server if there was a way to rush it, and she went straight to the cooks and asked them to make it a priority. I had my noodles as soon as I sat down at a table, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Very, very impressed with this location. AS A NOTE: Reading over my prior review, I wanted to say that Noodles & Company DOES offer wheat noodles. You can substitute their Whole Grain Linguini in any of the dishes they offer. It's especially delicious in the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese dish (my fave!).

For a franchise what I ordered for the price I ordered was very satisfactory. I got a medium bowl of Indonesian peanut sauté pasta with grilled chicken under $7 and it was delicious. A bit too spicy. Unfortunately the cashier had poor customer service. I mean she did her job, but no greeting, no smiles. This is the reason why this noodles and company is not getting an5 from me. But all else was good, place was clean, and smelled fine.

Came here with my in-laws, and it was okay. The food has some spice and flavor, but nothing overwhelming. I got the Pad Thai, and while it wasn't what you would get in a Thai place, it was decent for a chain that doesn't specialize in Thai. Also got the potstickers, which were not good at all. I have found way better potstickers at Chinese buffets. This place is overpriced. Flat out it cost too much to eat here. $2.59 to add 8 chunks of chicken to a $5.79 bowl of noodles is ridiculous. Would probably not eat here again, but it was an okay experience. Nothing fancy, nothing bad. Just overpriced okay.

I enjoy noodles but rated this location low due to its cleanliness, soda machine smelled like it hadnt been cleaned, tables sticky and food on the floor. It makes you wonder if the public areas are dirty the areas behiend the scenes cant be much better.

Good tasty food but a bit over priced. Save some money and go across the street to AppleBees and get more food.

Excellent service and tasty food! Loved it! We encountered 5 staff persons, one which was Randy the Manager and they were ALL excellent! They really made us feel like we were welcome and wanted us to be happy. My entire family from my 7 year old son to my 21 year old son loved the food.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
