My wife and I stopped in to watch the Blackhawks game and we both ordered the mini pizza and salad which was great and a bargin at $6.99 along with a tall boy special at $3, great food, great sports atmosphere,and awesome service from our waitress( Tina ).

We decided to go here because that had really good ratings. When we got here I wasn't impressed by the outside and inside. It was both small and a little worn down. The service was good but there was only one person waiting tables so if it were to get busy then you would be screwed. I lost hope at first when we got our appetizers because the onion rings tasted like freezer onion rings and the boneless wings were like chicken strips with really bad sauce. Once we got our burgers though I got really excited. They were huge! We all got the Hawkeye burger and I loved it. I could hardly finish it because it was so big. The fries were good as well and there was a generous amount of it. I also got like three huge containers of ranch which is a plus for me. Overall it was a good place but could work on the appetizers

I think I've found my new hangout spot in the DSM metro. Went here during happy hour with a friend and were immediately greeted by a very perky bartender (I think her name was Katie). She's one that can execute sarcasm perfectly and was fun to have serve us. She guided us through the menu and was very honest about the selections. That alone stands out in my mind. I had the boneless wings in hot sauce. They were very large and plump and the hot sauce had a very nice kick to it. I also didn't get upcharged for sour cream like most establishments do--even if you don't have any ranch. For a sports bar, it was quiet enough you could have a conversation. Look forward to my next visit!

Best place for wings in town! My dad used the take the whole family here when we were younger just because the food was so good. He even bought the sauce that they used because it was so great! I wonder if they still let you buy their homemade hot wing sauce...

This was another referral from our realtor. Told him I liked spicy wings and he told me we had to check out Victors Sports Club. So we went there around 6:30pm and there about a dozen people scattered around this sport bar. Waiter came over and took our drink order right way as we looked over their massive menu! Everything from salads to fish. Never really think of a sports bar as a place to have an orange roughy sandwich (the hooker, line and sinker, I think they called it) but my fiance had it and she said it was one of hte best fish sandwiches she had ever had. Of course I tried the "really hot" wings and the sauce was flavorful but did not pack a punch. These were the type of wings I could eat all day and not burn my face off or something else off the next day. I will eat them again but I was hoping for something a little more fiery! Only grip was that the waiter was a little slow. After taking our drink order it took him 10 minutes to bring them to us and when the kitchen rang the bell that our food was ready it sat there for 5 minutes (which seemed like an eternity when your hungry and can see your food). A second bell rang from the cook before he stopped watching baseball and brought it to our table.

The first time I went to Victor's for lunch, I was with a group of guys that swore the place was good. I am always a bit hesitant to eat at bars because their food is a bit unhealthy. I was expecting the same old bar food. I am very happy they introduced me to this place! I have been back many times (only for lunch). They have a nice selection of sandwiches to choose from and their sides range from deep fried to healthy. My favorite sandwich is the Jillian's Sandwich. It is cut-up Cajun seasoned chicken on a hoagie bun topped with melted pepper jack cheese. It is sooo good! Although I try to be healthy, this is one place that I get a deep fried side. The Buffalo Fries are sooo good and the side of ranch is the perfect dip for them. I have had a variety of their other sandwiches and have never been disappointed. Service is the typical service you expect. They only have one waiter/waitress during the lunch hour but you still get in and out. If you want a delicious lunch, try going here!
