Newly opened Jimmy John's in Urbandale. Stopped by here in a rush needing to get back to work...normally this is the go to brand for a quick lunch. Unfortunately I think they haven't trained their team well. My standard number 9 was flavorless and I waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me (not a huge deal but this is Jimmy John's where they are supposed to be FREAKY FAST). When they finally did they had my order wrong and had to go and find my sandwich. The gentleman at the window simply said "I am sorry I don't know what happened..."
