Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

This Chinese Buffett gets 4 stars due to the cleanliness of the place especially the Buffett serving area. The serving area was very clean. If someone left a mess on the steam? table it was cleaned up right away. The food was nothing special. You eat at one Chinese Buffett then you have eaten at them all. The food was warm, not hot. The only hot dish was the fake Crab seafood salad. What I really liked was the fish and the shrimp. The place is nothing fancy, the staff is not overly attentive which I like. I'm there to eat not visit. It was very quiet and peaceful, just the way I like to enjoy my food.

This place is pretty much trash. The food is old and questionable, and all the tables are sticky. The food is what you can find at a standard Chinese restaurant, but old and shriveled up. There was old food on the plates. This place Is an examiners nightmare.

Chinese buffets are best left for moments when you and/or your lunch partners have no idea what you want to eat. Go to said buffet and eat something you like. At least that is the hope. There was quite a bit of variety here... four rows of chafing dishes or cold selections. However, there really wasn't a signature dish that I could find. Or any strong suit. The broccoli dishes were quite laden with florets, which I love. The hot main dishes were also quite greasy, which I did NOT love. They had three different surimi kamaboko dishes. Call me a freak, but I love liquefied, then extruded fish that ends up tasting like crab. Really, I do... I almost awarded a third star! I have noticed lately that Chinese places are starting to put pretty young women at the front of the operation. Smart. BUT, it doesn't get you extra stars or return business in my case. : ) Instead, lose the grease, add some flavor, and have flavorful condiments for patrons to customize the taste of things. I asked one of the young women here for a spoon, and she pointed to the buffet station as she rolled silverware in napkins. I am not kidding.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. We mistakenly tried to give this place a chance. It is like a refuge for people with low food expectations. Each food item we selected off of the buffet (Chinese buffet? Our first mistake) was luke warm to cold. With three kids in tow, we opted for items like French fries, green beans, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, etc. and each were chilly to cold. We expressed our concern and informed our server we were done and set to leave. He pointed out that the food was warm because of the steam coming from the buffet line. My wife handed him multiple samples of food asking, "Is this warm? Is this one?" We paid for our drinks and have written off ever eating there again - we will most likely tell everyone we know to avoid this place.

I tried this place not expecting much. Was just hoping to get full. It was below average and I left hungry. Save your time, money, and gut ache, and go get fast food. At least you know what to expect and it will be hot.
