Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I like Pancheros because they cater to a variety of health conscious diners. I stick to a keto diet and they make it super easy to customize your meal! Plus they're FAST. A ok because I know they don't cook their tortillas very long which is a little soggy/doughy.

Maybe I got lucky, maybe I was just plain hungry but my carnita burrito was delicious and the green chile just spicy enough for my taste. And I must be extra talented because I was an,e to not make a mess despite yen tiny plate (big enough for the burrito and some). Come on, this is a burrito chain that sells you burritos for $6. In that context, it was excellent.

Compared to other Panchero locations, this one is above average. My two stars is for the Panchero's chain in general. As far as burrito places go, I think Panchero's is the worst. The main reason being the the tortilla that they press for you is always thin and doughy. Then once they fill the doughy tortilla with fillings, they place it on a tiny plate. What in the hell is the deal with the tiny plate? You have to eat a giant messy burrito off a tiny plate and it always turns into a god damn mess. If you are looking for a burrito place in this area I'd suggest Bandit Burrito, although they don't even give you a plate..not even a tiny one. What in the hell is the deal with Burrito places and plates?!

C'mon people, raise your standards. I got a steak burrito and the steak looked and tasted like Alpo*. Took them about 2 seconds to make my burrito and the results were predictably awful. Go to Bandit Burrito in Johnston instead. Same concept, but fresh, and tastes a million times better. *Based on a assumption of what Alpo would taste like.

Consistently good and the best Pancheros in town. Ultra fast just like any other burrito joint. The staff is efficient, not overly friendly, but they get the job done even if English is their second language. You find a single TV with ESPN on here. Darn busy from 11:30a-12:30p.

This is my go to lunch spot. No matter how many people are there the line moves like lightening, as the staff knows how to keep things moving. I always get a veggie salad as it is a little more filling with the tortilla and beans than a plain salad. My family likes to come for dinner also - burrito for the husband and tacos for my daughter. One of the few places we all like. This store and Jordan Creek area Pancheros have the same owner. They are by far run more efficiently than others I have been to. Much faster, cleaner and better food.

This ain't no Chipotle. Went for dinner on 3/26/12 and ordered a chicken burrito. The thing fell apart after taking 2 bites. Had to finish the burrito with a fork and knife! The chips and salsa were serviceable. Disappointing - wish they wouldn't stuff so much stuff into the burrito.

It was terrible. It just reinforced my belief that Chipotle is the top of their field. Their burrito bowl had hardly any food in it and they wanted to charge me extra for adding veggies. Seriously??

It was great to be able to find somewhat healthy food after our super long flight and long day of travel. After checking into the hotel, we decided to check out the nearby restaurants and settled on this one. This is kinda the subway sandwich approach to burrito's - lots of options as you go down the line and decide how you want to customize. The one big difference is that at the end of the choices - they take a big spoon/spatula thing and mix it all together. This is a great idea because pretty much every bite is the same. The staff were nice. There were lots of condiments. It was very clean. Sadly, there was no recycling. This might be a Midwest thing. If they were located nearer to me - I'd certainly visit regularly.
