Terrible. Worst IHOP I've even been too. Sat around 3 dirty tables as ppl waited to be seated. Wasn't waited on till I flag down the server. Go to the store and make your breakfast.

Terrible, awful service. My wife and I waited 52 minutes for our food. Apparently the co-owner and the manager were in the kitchen with the one cook they had. Wait staff didn't do damage control, they simply stayed behind the curtain and only came out when absolutely necessary. Even when they came out you had to get their attention for things. Just terrible. I'd be ashamed if I was the manager or owner of this place. We drove their from galena just because we want IHOP and we fully regret it.

I couldn't have been treated any better. I was seated immediately. Ordered quickly after being shown the specIals and served in short fashion. I requested water ab d received a large glass unlike other places that give you a tiny juice glass. Like bacon and eggs came. They were perfectly cooked and delicious. I received the special with a Varian Bill waffle and black raspberries. It was awesome. I heartily recommend this location.

IHOP is one of my favorite breakfast stops. While the food was good, the service was painfully slow and we never got part of our order even after reminding our waitress. If the can figure out their service issues might improve but for now I'll avoid this restaurant.

It sucks that I cannot give 0 stars because this restaurant's service sucked so bad I didn't even care how the food tasted . It took us at least five minutes before the waitress even noticed that we were there and she seated us. We got to our table and sat down. There were 10 total customers in the restaurant and that included my friend and I. It took us a long time to get our food and to get any drink refills, and we had to go get our own silverware. Not to mention they didn't cook any bacon for a bacon cheeseburger of all things (the waitress touched her food with her fingernail to look for the bacon after handling money, etc), and I didn't get my soup until my meal was basically served. Our waitress basically ignored us and kept doing other things for other customers. She had to check multiple times to see where our food was. We both ordered fries and hardly got any, and their excuse was that the packages were pre portioned. I really don't know how much a person can mess up when there is only 10 people in the whole place to be served. Two of which already paid and we're going to leave. My bill would have been $15 if it wasn't for the oh so gracious $2.80 discount I got for complaining. My friend only a $2.20 discount. I do not ever want to go back.

This place is AWFUL! The service was bad, the food was bad, and they seemed more interested in the antics of their co-workers than helping the customers. There were numerous people that were stopping in to chat with the staff, and they kept going into the prep area by the kitchen. Gross. They forgot an entire meal at our table and the waitress had no clue. We had to flag someone down to let them know after 15 minutes. Then we could hear them arguing about it in the kitchen. The food was nearly inedible. Go somewhere else for pancakes and waffles. ...this place sucks.

Last time I was here, they quoted a 20 minute wait. I waited over an hour and a half to be seated. For a full 45 minutes they seated no one because the kitchen was "backed up"...? But it would have made more sense to let us sit and have drinks. Once they began seating, it took a full 20 minutes before a server came. The people next to us waited over an hour for their food. Clearly, the manager has no idea how to run a restaurant. I have never seen so many dissatisfied customers. I would never return here.

TERRIBLE and extremely slow service!!! I have been twice since November and figured perhaps the first experience was just a bad day. Nope! Both times took 20+ min just to get a drink and almost an hour to get food. They weren't even busy! Both waitresses pretty much ignored our table the entire time, had to flag them down to get refills. Waitress during second visit seemed put out we were there. I gave them two stars instead of one because at least the food was good. Still, I won't be going back. Recently went to Village Inn-good food, good waitress, and was in&out in 30 min.

Seated five people in a booth made for four. It took over an hour to get pancakes and eggs. Chocolate chip chocolate pancakes were gross. Eggs were cold and slimy. Egg yolks were different colors? Food was way over priced. Go across the street and eat at Village Inn.

Went here before a movie with friends. We arrived at 615 and didn't leave the restaurant until 730 (our movie was at 725). There was 1 waitress 1 busser and 1 cook on a Friday night. We waited at least 10 minutes to be seated (there were plenty of tables) then another 20 to be waited on, they had to come back multiple times to recheck our orders. It was a little after 7 when we deliberated about leaving. We decided on yes after we heard the waitress yelling at the cook that our food wasn't started yet when she told us 15 minutes prior they put the ticket in. As we were about to leave the waitress yelled after us that our food was ready, so we stayed. Big mistake. I got sirloin steak with Bleu cheese that was supposed to be medium rare but instead it was raw. Literally. I'm thinking they put it on the grill for 1 minute, if that. My friends meal was also slightly off, she asked for no onions or mushrooms but got both. Her husbands steak was rare when he asked for medium rare. This was all after they originally brought the wrong meals out. I gave her credit due to the extreme lack of help until we only got a 20% discount on a meal I didn't eat. Working in customer service, I know sometimes things happen, people have bad days, but this was 100% unacceptable. Plus my sister and her boyfriend went there weeks earlier, and he never even got his meal. Then the waitress, whom blamed it on her pregnancy, practically called him a liar by saying she filled the order for that meal several times. My friends, family, and I will never eat at Ihop again.

A favorite all around place to eat anytime. Servers are friendly and the food is good. They have much more than pancakes. EDIT: Sad to say this store has changed since April. The attempt to remodel has apparently failed and I would not recommend nd them at t his time (Dec).

Service was good, food was not. My food was lukewarm, bacon was not even half cooked, hash browns were only cooked on one side, and not even close to brown.
