Delicious burrito bar. They were very helpful in choosing what to put in my custom made burrito. It was huge a delicious. The burrito bar comes with a small bag of chips so don't make the mistake I did and order chips and guacamole. You can order the guacamole by itself. Definitely a place I'll try again when I'm down by the clock tower.

Great place for fast-casual burritos (similar to Chipotle). Staff is really friendly and the ingredients are all tasty! Make sure to get a punch card for a free burrito after 5 (I think 5).

Awesome food! I love their taco shells and lime rice. Mmmm just give me a bucket of that rice. Friendly staff, never dirty. Their food is fresh and obviously not out of a box.

Great food, great location only blocks from the harbor area. Since I was here for only a day on the American Queen steamboat, I was looking for a yummy option within walking distance. Boy, did I score!

If you're reading this then you care about what you eat. WHen you step to the counter you will be asked a lot of questions so be prepared. Hungry,? Pick the huge burrito. Not hungry, then the tacos. On a diet then the Salad. The roast beef is spicier then the pork or the chicken. All three are good. There's also an all vegetable as well. Next move on to one of the two rices. I like the cilantro rice. I also like the black beans. Over the other types of beans. Then I loaded up with all the other vegetables including the corn and so on. There's plenty of hot sauce. Enjoy. Cozy little place. Like a small little restaurant is. No surprises here. But it's great food.

Had the burrito with all the fillings and it was very good. The decor is basic and the place is clean. A good value except the price of fountain drinks and side quac. I would definitely recommend this place if you are downtown and want a quick bite. Prepare to be stuffed when you are finished.

Easiest way to describe Adobo's is by comparing it to a Chipotle or Pancheros. This is a locally owned burrito bar, with a much larger variety of ingredients than the other chains. The food is fresh and delicious. The staff and owner (also the chef) are very friendly. They also offer sit-down service for dinner, which is also very good. I recommend trying the queso dip or Fajitas.

I used to come here once a week when I was pregnant. It was amazing then and still is. Adobo's ingredients taste much fresher than Los Azteca's and I think their flavors are bolder also, which I love. Their remodel has made it very beautiful inside also!

Friendly and curious staff. Order came out hot and fast. Menu is packed with many different options. Free chips and salsa! I had the 3-cheese steak burrito with beans and rice. Would definitely dine in again!

I wish I could go back and change my two star review, but I have to tell myself that at the time we had only a two star dining experience . So after reading the review by Keith H. we decided to go back and give it another try. I am so glad that we did! It looks like since we were there last time they have expanded the menu. There are so many interesting things I would like to go back and order. They offered us a large basket of chips and brought a few salsa's we requested. Let me say that Keith H. was right, the salsa's were soooo good. I appreciated the fact that they had several to choose from and each had such a unique taste. Again, the salsa's were top notch. Bet let's get right to the point, our main meal. All the dishes ordered were incredible! All of us shared each other's plate and I can't say one thing that no one liked. Not only was it good, but I have to admit that it was one of the best Mexican meals that I have had in this area. The only thing that can make this experience "the best" would be home-made flour/corn tortillas. They would really go ahead of the local competition if they did this. In my last review I had mentioned that I wouldn't go back. I was WRONG and I will be back.

We ate here for lunch. I had Tacos. They had this picture of tacos with lime and queso fresco, so I was all excited that we were eating at a pretty authentic restaurant, but what I received instead was the Americanized version of Mexican food. The carnita tacos were greasy and fatty and did not sit well with me the rest of the day.

Lunch review: The Coke in bottles is enough for the four stars to this girl.... But we really enjoyed our lunch here. The decor leaves something to be desired. The urban sign / logo would lead you to believe the interior would be more "mod", for lack of a better word. The multiple salsas with multiple heat levels were divine. A nice change of pace for the other DBQ Mexican we've become accustomed to. I had three steak tacos ($1.75 / taco) and I enjoyed the simplicity of meat, cilantro, onions and lime wedges. TAaaasty spiced meat. Ordered a side of gauc and found it to be creamy deliciousness. A solid 4 stars.

I had heard good things about their burritos so I decided to head over and try one. Words cannot describe my disappointment. I decided to get the "Burrito Deluxe" from the menu since it has sour cream and I love sour cream. It was listed on the outside menu at $4.50. I walked in and found it on the menu, and it was $4.75. No big deal I thought, it's still a good deal. I ordered and it was ready pretty quickly. I carried it out and returned to work. I opened it up and was instantly disappointed. There was a puddle of watery grease across the bottom of the carry out container, and the burrito was no bigger than a taco bell taco. It contained Chicken and re-fried beans on the inside. The chicken was pretty good, but the tortilla was soggy and the beans were very gritty and paste-like. There was a few shreds of lettuce around, and a teaspoon sized amount of sour cream on the top in the middle. This wasn't even a burrito. It was a taco with beans. There was also no cheese included at all either. This was just a soggy taco, and didn't fill me up at all. It came with chips that were very typical. Not good, not bad. Just dry tortilla chips with no seasoning or salt. The salsa was decent though. I was hugely disappointed, and I do not plan on returning here. The 20-minute round trip drive to Panchero's across town is more than worth it.

I eat lunch here often. Their Ranch Rice Bowl lunch special is a perfect mid-day meal. I eat it with the complimentary chips.

These four stars are in comparison with the other Mexican restaurants in town. (For a point of reference, the waiter had to ask again when my husband ordered "Enchiladas Tejas" because he wasn't used to people pronouncing it correctly.) This one has the best Mexican food in town. The refried beans were the only thing that was disappointing. We left filled and satisfied.
