Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

This is my favorite Chinese food in the quad cities. It's on the west end and I live in bettendorf so it's a bit of a drive. But worth the effort. I have ordered the Mongolian beef and general tso's chicken. Both are flavorful and portioned well for the price. My husband ALWAYS orders the Kung pao chicken, which he loves. Food comes with plenty of steamed rice. We also enjoy the crab Rangoon. Just finished eating there and the place was busy. There is a buffet on Saturday night for $7.99. Not bad for all you can eat. We didn't get the buffet because we have our favorites we order. Service was friendly and prompt and our sodas did not run dry. Atmosphere is dated but clean. It they remodel maybe prices would go up. I prefer the cheap price tags!

You know the saying don't judge a book by its cover? That sums up the little joint perfectly. Its kinda sketchy looking at first and when no ne was in there it made me feel awkward, but whoa, the food was great! the price for dinner was only 8 bucks for the buffet, heck yah! Now don't get me wrong, if you can afford better, take the more expensive..but if your a broke college student, down on your luck, have a big family, or just want some cheap food, go here because its clean, and great priced for what you can get.

The only good thing this place has going for them is their crab rangoons. Everything else was mediocre at best. We had ordered sesame chicken, chicken low mein and the rangoons. The sesame chicken was mainly all crunchy breaking with a sliver of chicken inside and the low mein was super watery if that's even possible. If it's at all possible just skip this place.

The food here was amazing especially the chicken wings. I can't describe in word how amazing the chicken wings were. All the Asian lady in the kitchen were very nice to me, and they gave me warmest welcome to the restaurant. Hands down the best restaurant in town.

I used to order from them all of the time and it was my favorite, however- that has changed. The egg rolls ass awful, the filling is just bland cabbage. The fried rice had so much soy sauce it wasn't edible. I was so disappointed- I will not be ordering ever again

Not the best and not the worst Chinese food I had. The buffet did not look overwhelmingly inviting so we ordered off the menu. Service was very friendly, attentive and fast. Now the food: taste was okay. The spicy dish was well seasoned but far from spicy. The non-spicy food was close to bland. The use of vegetables was the bare minimum and everyone was disappointed about that (the dish described as coming with Broccoli came with exactly 2 pieces). This is not my favorite Asian food place but I might come back if I need quick and easy take out.

Great Chinese food! Large portions, fast delivery, reasonable buffet price, although small, it is still delicious!

I apologize for being the first review. Sad looking lunch buffet in a blend looking decor. Ordering from the menu or takeout is probably the best way to go. Made to order General Tso's chicken was good.
