I go there everyday and they are always happy and polite. The drive thru has a long line in the morning which is typical, but it always moves fast. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to get my drink and go. Coffee makes me happy and so do the Starbucks employees.

I stopped here while passing through on a long drive. I wonder how long this store has been open... They seemed to function at a much slower rate than most Starbucks stores! The bathrooms were kinda dirty, which is unusual for a Starbucks. The drink tasted fine, but I am one of those people with a long, picky order, and although it didn't confuse the person who took the order at all, the guy actually making the drink didn't understand what was written on the cup and had to keep asking.

ORDERED (Drive Thru): Tall Pike Place Roast Coffee - $1.50, Banana Bread - $1.95, Bacon Gouda Sandwich - $3.25, Ethos Water - $1.85 When I travel I usually stick to the Seattle Mermaid as I know what to expect. This Starbucks' drive thru is a bit awkward to enter but the service is fast.

*update to the original review posted below. I have increased my rating since Starbucks headquarters contacted me and said they would fix this issue asap. They also comped me with a credit which I thought was very professional. I have more respect for the company now. I went here at night so maybe the staff on that shift was the problem, but they took FOREVER to get my drink. There was no one else inside either. The employees there ( one large girl and feminine man) were talking bad about the other female employee working there while she went to do something. "I can't stand her she doesn't do her job". This was all right in front of me. Maybe if they stopped gossiping about their employees they would have time to make my dirty chai latte in under 5 minutes but it took 12 instead. Oh, and there were flies in the store!!!! It is the dead of winter. If you have flies in your store it's because you are dirty! And clean your women's bathroom, it was disgusting !!!!!

I literally pass a Starbucks to get to this one. The employees are wonderful. My drink though fairly simple is always right and delicious. It's a smaller Starbucks, however I've never really had a problem getting a seat even when they're busy. I have a great experience every time I go there.

I'm never as much a fan of the Starbucks drip coffee as other places, that said, they do really good stuff here. Pretty standard Starbucks, not a lot of study room, but good chairs and what not. They do really good hot chocolate here and my wife has become a near addict as a result! The place is quick and efficient and are generally a happy crowd. Pastries and breads here are solid and the sale rack for cups and what not is always filled with delightful things we don't need, but that are fun to play with!

I'm not an everydayer... But when I go they still know me and my usual. Dan and Jared are always a ray of sunshine on a Saturday morning. Sad day today 3/16... Dans last day.

This Starbucks is usually dirty, particularly the tables which never seem to get wiped. The tables are not clean and it is swarming with flies in the summer. There is a strange bench with tiny tables packed together against a wall. Not very private and hardly enough room for a laptop. This one has a decent drive-thru and friendly staff.

Stopped in here on vacation with my son, daughter, granddaughter. We ordered 4 different items and the service was very fast. Two people were making the drinks. In and out in 5 minutes. This was in Iowa so Ca. get the lead out your slow.

Great service.....good staff......just don't try to drink your coffee there......people sit around with their laptops or reading a book ..... so not much seating available...... but good coffee.....just have to get it to go.

Man I don't know what it is but Starbucks service seems to get slower as you leave Chicago. The farther away the slower it is. Ordered 2 drinks and by the time I got mine the fiancé was almost done with hers. The free wifi is great and I will probably be back but seriously speed up the service.
