RUDE! 1 star for being 24 hours but the worker "Namie" was totally rude. From the time we placed our order they were out of stuffed jalapeños, then we tried to order potato wedges which they were also out of; no apology, nothing. When we got to the window we wanted to verify what we ordered. She then repeated it, walked away from the window then finally gave us a bag, said "wait, 1 more bag" gave us the next bag and then shut the window on us! No acknowledgement whatsoever. If you can't handle a graveyard shift, switch shifts! Terrible customer service. To top it off, the sourdough bacon cheeseburger we got had barely any if any bacon in there. Totally disappointed.

Damn this Jack In The Box got us again. This Jack can't help but piss us off every time we try it. Today it took 30 mins to get through a 4 car drive thru for 3 sandwiches, 2 fries, 2 shakes. And the whole reason for this trip was because I wanted to try the Blazin Chicken Sandwich. Looks pretty epic in the ads (of course). But the real thing came up waaaaaay short. The sandwich is pretty much the same as the $1 menu chicken sandwich. Only diff is some sort of mayo sauce and 4 (yes 4!) slices of jalapeño. Look at my pic that compares the diff. I think in the ad they must have pushed all 4 jalapeño to the front so we could see it. Cause I had to dig to find them. I seriously believe this Jack and the Wendy's are trying to push everyone to McD's which is pretty consistent. This is a no return for me. I'm running out of Wahiawa places to eat.

One of the workers name Gloria has very poor customer service and talks shit in Filipino ilocano. Just because a customer is fat doesn't mean their ethnicity isn't filipino. Very races. I don't recommend people ordering from her. Because she has no shame saying something in front of her customers face.

One of those places you love to hate and hate to love. I love jack in the box and love their food but unfortunately I get horrible service here. Most the time they are on point but after tonight I'm fed up. This is the third time that I have gone here and they forgot something out of my order. I ordered two tacos which I assume doesn't take too much effort but for some reason on a night that wasn't busy my order was left out and I had paid for it. Considering it's only a dollar I don't mind but it's the principle of it. I call them back to let them know about it and they can't even answer their phone. So upsetting considering this is one of my favorite fast food establishments. Sad to say I'll probably be back but just needed to vent about this place in hopes that someone will see it since they don't care to answer their phones. My meal would have been filling if I had my two tacos.

I love Jack in the box but I will drive to the other side of town to go before I go to the one in Wahiawa. They always get my food wrong, usually give me fries that aren't cooked thoroughly and even after I pay extra for sauce they rarely give it to me.

We have been there maybe three times today was our last every time we have gone in they get our orders slightly wrong but today was just ridiculous we order the sirracha burgers( they are beef) and come home to realize the made them chicken sirracha burgers they gave my husband a strawberry and Oreo? This happened 1-2 months ago so hopefully the drive thur lady isnt here still. But I can understand why parket lot empty here, cause service is by far the worst I have ever seen. I love thete Jumbo Jack, but not here. Called the Corp office on this place and they were nice. They wanted to sit down with me and talk about what happened with Jack in the Box area Manager and I toplld them NO. Also wantec to give me free food and I wasn't dealing with this place ever again. It's that bad here. If you need Jack in the Box go to another one on the island. Not this one.........

Terrible service. They take so long to put together your order doesn't matter if it's the drive thru or walk in. I'm not surprised that people who walk in and have to wait to order suddenly run out so they don't miss the bus to town. The first couple times I went there I had to either use the restroom or tried to get something to eat. Both times I ran out so I didn't miss the bus to town coming back from haleiwa/north shore. Now that I have my car again, I tried to walk in because the drive thru was so longbut they take so long to get to me. I had the breakfast jack the most recent time I went. It was soggy. And the bun looked pretty old. Fortunately I just ate the egg, meat and cheese then threw out the buns. The hash brown was like what you would find at any diner. And the drink, I opted for an orange juice. Bad idea. Next time I'll get a soft drink. Don't be fooled by the slogan "we don't make it til you order it." That means it will take longer for your food to be ready. On that note try not to go to this jack in the box when in wahiawa. The best ones are either in kapolei/ewa, or in town in the makiki/McCully/kapahulu area.

My order is always correct, the staff is always friendly and my bacon cheddar potato wedges are always delicious. Their burgers also taste like ACTUAL meat. Not whatever it is that mcdonalds is throwing around. Not sure why this place only has 2 stars. It's the king of late night/pregnancy cravings! Upset I hadn't given Jack in the Box a try sooner :)

I can't stand WAHIAWA JACK IN THE BOX, Every time i go there they have someone taking your order that can't speek english so you have to repete it several times to get it right, then they STILL get it wrong or screwed it up. Yesterday Saturday, 6/27/15 about 6:15 pm. i stopped in for some Tacos, i walked in this time, NO BODY came to get my order, they just stared at me like, WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT!!! I gave the GIRL my order and she shouted my order to the kitchen, then the MANAGER shouted extra lettuce, I got my order to go rather quickly and i soon found out why, The Tacos must have been sitting there for hours, OR I GOT SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER THEY MESSED UP, The girl slammed my order on the counter and said nothing, also, while i was waiting, several locals come in and helped them selfs to the soda fountain with out paying and just walked out. When i got home to eat my food i reached in the bag and everything was upside down in the bag, i took ONE BITE, the Taco was soooo tough that it took too bites too get one bite and had to yank on the Taco to chew it, I checked the rest and they were all the same way, so i just threw them out... THIS HAS TO STOP, I also reported it to the BBB, and Jack in the Box Corporate Headquarters in Hawaii, maybe something will get done....

Spicy sriracha burger....could've been better. The patty was dried out and it didn't taste very fresh. Not to mention I sat in the drive-thru line for about 20mins from pulling into the driveway to getting my order. I see why everyone gives such bad reviews of this Jack in the Box. Perhaps they need a change of staff to get the flavor and quality that other Jack in the Box's provide, such as the Kane'ohe location.

I've heard of kids who were afraid of actual Jack in the Box toys. You should be afraid of this particular Jack in the Box establishment. We paid them a visit on our way home on Super Bowl Sunday to order Bacon & Cheddar potato wedges. But what did we get? Just wedges! There was hardly any bacon or cheddar - in either box. My sister called them to complain; after receiving a slightly snarky attitude from the girl on the line, they promised to give us two more orders whenever we decided to pick it up. I returned on the following Friday to collect on their promise. As it turned out, the girl who answered the phone was not the manager AND forgot to log our complaint. It clearly pained them to honor my request. Things continued to go downhill from there. I ordered five crispy chicken strips to compliment the potato wedges, at which point the manager handling my request repeated the order aloud. "Five crispy chicken strips." I got five chicken nuggets. Failing to fulfill a customer's orders on two separate, consecutive occasions is inexcusable. It's a symptom that betrays a lack of professionalism and cohesion. Avoid this place if at all possible.

This particular location is strangely slow for being 'fast food'. And the 'food' is strangely hard to actually call 'food' with a straight face. Yes, it's Jack In The Box; why would anyone have high hopes for such an establishment? Well, I don't know. Of course one only goes through the drive-thru at 2AM or later at a place like this, and I am not sure if it is a one-person shop in there at that hour, but it seems like it. Everything takes forever to come out, and you wish it would have not come out at all after you take a bite of the product. Located in Wahiawa on Kam Highway across from the old Wendy's. Jack in the Box is usually NOT my first choice of fast food... typically it's my LAST choice only because I don't really care for anything on the menu... I know I know I'm weird like that! Usually if I DO go I'll get the grilled chicken sandwich on sourdough bread with curly fries... AND the cheddar bacon potatoes (oink oink)!!! Oh yeah can't forget the sour cream for the potatoes and the BUTTERMILK... ohhhh gosh the BUTTERMILK is gooood goooood goooood!!! I don't get mayo on my sandwich just so I can add buttermilk instead lol! And then buttermilk on the curly fries... and then buttermilk over the sour cream on the potatoes... and then, well, you get the point, BUTTERMILK IS GOOD WITH ANYTHING!!! I personally have never had bad service at this location. The only gripe I have is that the food for the most part takes pretty long to be ready, but I guess the flip side to that is that you're always getting HOT FRESH food which is better than the food being done quickly and getting OLD CRAPPY food. So I'll shut up about that. I've never gone inside and I always use the drive-thru... and like I said... I've always had friendly service!

This place has been a miss for so long. I give them a three star only because I've had a good experience as far as customer service goes, even when they mess up my order. It's a fast food place in Wahiawa, which gets really crazy during lunch. Unfortunately, the drive through is always crazy slow. I don't know if it's cars ordering for two families or the cooks are that slow but you can listen to two full songs with a commercial break before you get to the window for your food. And by that time, your stomach gave up and is no longer hungry or it's even hungrier and you need to order more at the window. As slow as it is, I never order inside. It's too spooky for me, bunch of weirdos inside and out. And I hate the drive thru exit. Not because it's in a bad location, it's actually a great spot. Drivers are just getting ruder and ruder with not letting you go unless you full on smile and eye flirt just to get through.

Ok so mind you, this Jack in the Box is in my hometown & I used to work at a Jack in the Box (undisclosed location but not this location...lol) as a young teenager over a decade ago...lol...anywho, I've had a couple of disappointing trips to this particular Jack in the Box in the past but tonight (11/26//11) the service was just spectacular. Our total came out to $51 (ouch) but I have a big family & I'm home visiting for just a week & we had a long day at the beach. Destiny took my order when we came inside to order our food and it looked like she was running a great crew. She looked like she was a manager or a shift leader. Whatever the case, she provided excellent customer service by making sure our order was correct and bagging it up nicely and making everything easy to carry to the car. When we got home everything tasted great.

I've eaten at this particular Jack in the Crap a couple of times and each time I haven't come away particularly impressed. My stomach has suffered intestinal distress though so that's a plus! The service here is a joke as evidenced last night when my friend and I ordered a sourdough Jack, small Coke and a chicken fajita pita. No extras, nothing fancy just simply that. Apparently that was too complicated as we were asked to wait in the parking lot (for 5+ minutes!) while they got our order together. Mind you, there was NO ONE in line behind us in the drive thru so I'm unclear as to why we had to pull into the parking lot (thus defeating the whole convenience factor) and wait. When we did get our food it wasn't particularly fresh as I can attest to my chicken fajita pita's lettuce being oily like they poured the dry, obviously made MUCH earlier, chicken over it directly from a greasy pan. YUMMMMM Or not. I guess I'm not surprised that there weren't more people in line behind us for this fine dining experience. You won't find me coming back again.

Ok so mind you, this Jack in the Box is in my hometown & I used to work at a Jack in the Box (undisclosed location but not this location...lol) as a young teenager over a decade ago...lol...anywho, I've had a couple of disappointing trips to this particular Jack in the Box in the past but tonight (11/26//11) the service was just spectacular. Our total came out to $51 (ouch) but I have a big family & I'm home visiting for just a week & we had a long day at the beach. Destiny took my order when we came inside to order our food and it looked like she was running a great crew. She looked like she was a manager or a shift leader. Whatever the case, she provided excellent customer service by making sure our order was correct and bagging it up nicely and making everything easy to carry to the car. When we got home everything tasted great.

I've eaten at this particular Jack in the Crap a couple of times and each time I haven't come away particularly impressed. My stomach has suffered intestinal distress though so that's a plus! The service here is a joke as evidenced last night when my friend and I ordered a sourdough Jack, small Coke and a chicken fajita pita. No extras, nothing fancy just simply that. Apparently that was too complicated as we were asked to wait in the parking lot (for 5+ minutes!) while they got our order together. Mind you, there was NO ONE in line behind us in the drive thru so I'm unclear as to why we had to pull into the parking lot (thus defeating the whole convenience factor) and wait. When we did get our food it wasn't particularly fresh as I can attest to my chicken fajita pita's lettuce being oily like they poured the dry, obviously made MUCH earlier, chicken over it directly from a greasy pan. YUMMMMM Or not. I guess I'm not surprised that there weren't more people in line behind us for this fine dining experience. You won't find me coming back again.

Grilled cheese sandwiches in the value menu section. I don't know when I'll return to this town again but I don't recall seeing a grilled cheese sandwich in my town's Jack in the Box.
