Ordered an artisan spinach & feta Flatbread pizza and picked it up. Well the pizza did not look edible at all. Drove all the way home and was upset. Called the store.. Spoke with Domino's and they delivered another pizza. So far service has been good... The 2nd pizza came in about 30mins, so pretty quick & was edible and fresh. Tasted how it should have the first time. I am overall satisfied being that I was pretty upset and they fixed the situation quickly...

Sigh. I have had good experiences in the past. However, this time not so much... The delivery driver got lost. EVERY delivery driver so far has at the very least called and was able to be talked in... This guy? Sigh... Not so much. He was very polite just needs to learn his way around! At least learn big land marks! Anyways, pizza came out good and was still warm. Wings were perfect. The lava cake was well, lavalishish! We'll still go here... Mostly cause papa johns is too expensive and Pizza Hut sucks..

My overall experience with this location has been terrible except for the delivery driver who was sympathetic and genuinely nice. Long story short, this is our 2nd time ordering from them and I'd rather buy a frozen pizza, cook it myself and save myself the hassle of dealing with this place. Food arrives lukewarm if not cold, the customer service is awful and the wait time was outrageous. 30-45 minutes turns into a call back saying they lost my order and then finally an hour and 20 minutes later I receive my order which is cold and incorrect. Maybe in a few months we will give it another shot.

This a really nice Dominos location. I haven't seen one so spacious (not even in mainland) with an array of seating for dining in. There's even TVs to gaze at while you eat or wait for your order. There's bar stools for you to sit right in front of the counter where they make the pizza. Very unique experience compared to the usual locations where they make your food in the back. It'd be a perfect lunch spot if you want a pizza fix because of the seating and TV offering. It's very clean and bright inside which is very inviting and comforting. The staff is very friendly. There's always a special going on being a pizza chain and they are more than welcoming to explain them to you. I always make a stop here when I'm buying pizza for my soldiers.

Staying with my parents this weekend, we decided to get pizza for dinner. Because dominos was recently opened by Tamura's... We decided to try it out. The person taking our order really didn't seem to know what the specials were. He also seemed impatient with us and couldn't really talk to us about what the specials were. I think he got even more irritated when I asked about how their specials compare to Papa John's Pizza! Although his eye brows were on point, his attitude and lack of customer service was very poor. He didn't even bother to thank us after we paid for our order. I have to be honest, I wanted to give Dominos a try because there aren't as many Dominos on Oahu as there are Pizza Huts or Papa John's.... But the 1st impression with their customer service did not impress me, nor made me feel like I should come back. Hopefully the pizza is good, but if I were rating in customer service, 1st impressions, and over all experience, they only get 1 star!

The first time I ordered take out. When I got home I was super excited to eat my stuffed cheesy bread only to be completely disappointed because it WASN'T cooked! The dough was raw! So I called and they said they would put a free order of stuffed cheesy bread to my account. Today I ordered some more, this time it was cooked however I found a piece of blue plastic in the bread! So gross. I'm not even going to bother trying to be compensated I just will not go back. I'm not a picky person I just like my food cooked throughly and without plastic.

I have ordered over 10 times since they have opened. Every time i have large bare spots in my pizza. Like an air bubble was in the dough. Schofield field store used to deliver to Wahiawa and they had there pizzas down perfect. Now we got this new store, delivery is slow. And they close before the schofield store. Wahiawa lost quality and service

This location is located 3.4 miles away from HMR. When trying to view the menu on the website or even the app, I have to enter my address. Then I am told I am outside the delivery area. 3.4 miles is too far?! Their loss. Hello Boston Pizza!!!!
