*slamming head repeatedly into keyboard* You know what this is? This is GOD saying "Hey fatty, remember that thing you said you were going to do, not eat fastfood as much anymore?" And I'm just like "Yeah but. . ." and GOD is like "Nononono shhhh. . .no words now. . .just dreams. . ." and then proceeds to make sure every experience I have at a fastfood restaurant is absolutely horrid to deter me from going back. After crossing Mauka McDonalds off my list with the flamethrower of hatred I decided to visit the McDonalds in our local Walmart instead. People were waiting 20 minutes+ for their food, I myself waited 35 minutes total and the poor lady ahead of me was forced to demand a refund because she had other obligations to tend to. When I finally GOT the food most of it was cold because it had been sitting around waiting to be served up. Then when we were leaving we couldn't throw pur trash away because all 6 of the trashcans were packed till the swinging lid couldn't close, I ended up just tossing my tray ontop of the trashcan. Protip, McDonalds: You can't properly run this location with only 3 members on staff. The lady running the register was actually ignoring people to finish doing other things, she didn't even seem to register that they were there. For exuberantly poor sanitation and customer service this location gets my 0 star review.

They only serve two items is what I was told by the server without excesses or reasons, Chicken McNuggets and McChicken sandwiches. When I asked why, he said... "Because that's what we have, are you going to order?" I guess it's a good thing that was my first visit so I didn't get used to any sort of service or pleasant team members with any sort of customer service.

Wish I could give it NO stars! This ridiculous place had me waiting 20 minutes for my 1 value meal and 1 kids meal. LITERALLY 20. As I watched others behind me grab their food I kept watching the employees like a hawk and then I caught the second that they realized they somehow missed my order. Here I am with a fussy toddler in tow, I was really starting to get pissed off. They finally tell me "Oh we're waiting on your fries" yet I see others grabbing their meals (with fries). So I got my order FINALLY and there was a chocolate milk beside my order so I assumed it was the one for the kids meal. I told them that was pretty ridiculous to wait 20 minutes for my food and as I go to grab the milk, the MANAGER tells me no that's not yours, yours is in the bag. Her tone pissed me off more. I asked her if she understood why I'm upset and how my groceries were going bad and that unfortunately Ill have to leave a bad review. She tells me "Go ahead, that's fine." So I head out of there with my cranky tot and food and make it out to my car (this location is in Walmart) only to realize my nuggets arent in the bag for my meal and THE CHOCOLATE MILK isn't either! I was livid. I had to get my baby out of her car seat and truck all the way back into Walmart storm into McDonalds to tell that POS that my food and milk were missing and that the one that was placed beside my bag WAS indeed mine. She couldn't have cared less. I asked her for corporate's number so I could call right now and she said she didnt have it on her. I hate you, McDonald's, and the shitty people you put in management.

This location was convenient being it's in WalMat but I usually avoid the Mickey D's locations without a drive thru. I like my classic Coke and the locations that you fill your own drinks are not monitored like the drive thru drink machines. This locations coke dispensers had really flat soda. A real bummer. Otherwise the food was good.

OPEN 24 HOURS! Yes, the McDonald's inside WalMart Mililani is open all night. I tried their chipotle crispy chicken snacker thingie. It was good, but the sauce was only on one side of my snacker. The fiance reported that his chipotle snacker had evenly distributed sauce. Small fries were perfect. I forgot to order BBQ sauce to eat with them, though.
