I don't know if this place is always so busy but every time I went here or drove by it was packed. Sometimes there was a line of 20 people that snaked around the store. The service was friendly and pretty fast. The place is quite dirty. I sat at a table that was sticky my napkin stuck to it and the paper wouldn't come off. If you're desperate than this is a lifesaver, but prepare to wait.

Love that this is located in the Cannery Mall ~~ Starbucks is also proudly brewed in Barnes 'n Noble across the street, but there's like no wall chargers there!! So this is the location to come to. My drink (caramel macchiato) was made very.. sweet.. and the milk didn't taste like the normal milk, maybe it was a different brand than I'm used to with this being located in HI. Nonetheless, friendly workers and all the tables weren't hogged!!

Quick service, but we are always amazed at the rudeness of some of the baristas. For example, today my wife ordered an iced coffee with 2% and no sweetener. When my wife received her coffee it had no milk in it. My wife nicely said it was suppose To have 2% in it. The Barista, in a snooty tone, told my wife there's milk over there. Which there wasn't, so my wife had to ask, the same barista, for the 2%. The barista acted as if my wife was bothering her. This is a common occurrence at this particular Starbucks!

This location fronts the mall, so you can shop and sip your designed coffee. They do have plenty of tables for your to relax at if you are not in a hurry. Overall, I was just OK on this location, because it was kinda unkempt. In the 45 minutes we chilled I never saw anyone come out from behind the counter to pickup anything, and the store needed a little tidying up. The coffee was good, and the employees were friendly, but the storefront needed to paid a bit more attention.

What I love about Starbuck is consistency, this brand has it! This location is no different than any other Starbucks, friendly service and all the 'treats' you can expect from this brand. This location is attached to a mall with outdoor access and seating. Used the wifi and used my Starbucks App. All good! Mahalo!

Very impressed with this Starbucks. They got our drinks right every time and was very fast considering the island is somewhat slow.

Shitty service is right. This was our second visit to this location in three days. The cashiers were nice both times, but baristas were RUDE on both occasions. To top it off, my iced chai tea latte was left with 2 inches of space and way too much ice. Won't be returning to this location. Hopefully the others have better service.

This location is great if you are running into the grocery store or Long's. The service isn't knock you off your feet friendly, but they get the job done. I frequent this location a half dozen times a year, so they don't recognize me obviously. But you're greeted when you walk in and that's enough for me. Need a jolt? You know where to go!

This was the Starbucks I was talking about in my review of the Lahaina Cannery Mall. It is small....quaint.....and very appealing. The staff is awesome and the outdoor seating is great. I ALWAYS stop here when I am on Maui because like I said before I enjoy the ambience and the free WIFI. Eat, Drink, and be Merry my Friends!!!!

There was nothing I overall disliked about this location other than the staff was a little too forward and there was habitually a line. I know it's not the only location around there, however, for the strip mall, it is exceptionally busy unless you are there early in the morning. Our coffees came out well and in a timely fashion. The barista that greeted us was very awkward in her greeting (commenting on my dad's shirt) but not dropping the subject after the initial answer. Normally I'm all about small talk, but the delivery and awkwardness was a bit much. This location has plenty of parking (being in a strip mall), they take cards and have free wi-fi. If you get their at an off time, you are good to go.

Love this location! The baristas are busy, but still have time to remember my name and say hello. My drink is often ready before I can order! Love being a regular here.

Agree with Miki...Pissy staff. Not like I am about supporting the Starbucks conglomeration on the island before I support more local businesses like "Bad Ass" but I went in there looking for a Starbucks Card for a friend and ended up getting an iced coffee. The person who took my order was nonchalant and the great blanco behemoth behind the bar was too concerned with pining over a local who came in behind me, she had to make sure she got his drink done first, which was the exact same drink as I ordered. Got my drink and it tasted like crap, women at this location have nothing like the kick ass women at my home Starbucks (yes I frequent sbux on the Mainland).

This is definitely a hit or miss place. I've gone here before where the staff was über slow and pissy and other times... They ooze too much aloha... So good luck with whatever you get!

Great place to cool off when in the Cannery. Laid back atmosphere. Liked my coffee and all in my party liked theirs. Just watch out for Pike.

They forgot my extra caramel! The staff is slow. Waited in line for a few minutes until someone came up to take my order. Definently below average of the Starbucks that I've visited.

We got there around 8ish AM. Bf got his usual black coffee w/ cream. He had their bagel and thought it was ok. I, however, ordered a hot breakfast sandwich - with turkey, egg white and cheddar and a hot white chocolate mocha (that's all I really drink from Starbucks) -- but instead, what they gave me was: a bacon, regular egg w/ cheese sandwich and a hot mocha!! Seriously, if I wanted a hot mocha, I would've ordered a hot chocolate b/c that was how it tasted. I didn't realize they screwed up on my order until we found a seat outside (there wasn't open place to sit inside) and I was too annoyed by the smoggy loud public buse in front of our table to go back inside. Needless to say, the egg (yellow) tastes like it's been pre-frozen and microwaved. Kind of gross.

Grouchy staff! Not like the staff at the Kaahumanu location. Ordered a non-fat black & white peppermint mocha and what I got was a fatty black and white mocha (no peppermint)!! Booooo.... Bah Hum Bug. Its the holidays gun-funnit!

The staff was novice. They messed up my order of Signature Hot Chocolate for Espresso Truffle. Even though there was a line, they still chit chatted with each other. Not happy at all.

Ordered a triple-tall, nonfat mocha. It was OK. (If you are wondering how many triple-tall, nonfat mochas did I drink today, the answer is: three.) This particular Starbucks in the Lahaina Cannery Mall is exactly the same as every Starbucks in Seattle - except for the fact that the coffee's worse. Why? I don't know, but I could barely choke it down. (And I've choked down some gross shit before.) Perhaps they forgot to add the secret ingredient that makes everything in Hawaii taste better - Aloha. Next time I'll ask for some Aloha with my drink...

Excellent Starbucks, and trust me I have been to MANY Starbucks all over the world! The employees are friendly and make excellent drinks. Don't miss the ham, egg & cheese croissant sandwiches (made locally by one of the hotels). I don't know what the other reviewers were talking about, I have been to this location everyday since I arrived and it has been perfect! Aloha!!

Worst coffee I've had ever. It's worst than the coffee they serve in prison, which is where the monkeys at this Starbucks belong. Seriously folks, making coffee with the hardware they have isn't difficult, it's like making a Big Mac; they supply all of the items you need, you just needs to push the buttons and put it together. It's not hard. But somehow this Starbucks seems to employ Missing Link primates who are not up to the task. You are better off with one of the many local coffee shops.

The other reviewers are right, this location always is busy, but I found the staff to be friendly and the drinks made perfectly. They have a Thai latte made with sweetened condensed milk, if you don't see it on the menu you should ask for it, and it always hits the spot. Why don't the Starbucks in Phoenix have these?

The worst customer service. I dislike going to this starbucks because the staff looks extremely unhappy. I rarely see the staff smile. Either it's poor management or the staff needs to be replaced to revive this starbucks. Something needs to be done.

Had to get my Starbucks fix while on vacation. The service here sucks! Workers didn't look happy and wasn't friendly like the ones I go to in California. Didn't ask for my name and when my drink was made the barista didn't say anything and just left it on the counter, he did that to every customer ahead of me. There were a group of girls waiting for their drinks and the barista just left it at the counter when it was made without saying a word, the cashier had to tell them it's ready after a couple of mins, shouldn't the barista say something? Ordered a iced green tea latte and it tasted watery, maybe he was being cheap and put more ice than milk. And they also tax you on your drink.
