Great place to stay on Maui. Very quiet, clean and a short distance from beaches, restaurants, etc. Absolutely beautiful pool and grounds. Great place for couples wanting some privacy and away from the resort scene.

We wanted to get away from the one-size-fits-all, busy, noisy, predictable experience at the hotel chains on the beach...so we chose Pineapple Inn. This place is fabulous. Not on the beach but didn't mind at all since its like a little oasis from the touristy annoyances like screaming kids on water slides. Pristine landscaping with heavenly garden and beautiful pool. Comfy, clean and quiet rooms. In fact, the whole property is so quiet its like you have the whole place to yourself. Owners are so great. Nice and extremely helpful hosts. Attentive but not bugging you. Just the perfect degree of service. Had a great stay and slept soundly every night. And they have an awesome, sweet little dog named Indy who loves belly rubs. Missed our own dogs and got our doggie love fix! Highly recommend.

I am not going to lie I was initially a little apprehensive about a B and B in Maui, I am a bit of a hotel snob and was already planning to do our pool days at a resort. However, we wanted something different for the remainder of our trip that was a bit more local. This was it!!! This place is absolutely amazing!! Mark and Steve the owners do an amazing job with the place. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms clean, the beds comfortable. We stayed upstairs and had an absolutely stunning ocean view. The rooms have a kitchenette that they stock with breakfast and goodies. When we would run into Mark and Steve they would stop to chat see how our stay is going and give us local advice, best places to eat or snorkel. Overall an amazing experience if you are looking for something a little different in Maui stay here you will not be dissapointed.

We rented the cottage mid-October; it was important to us that the place was clean....and it was spotless! Helpful emails from the owners on where to grocery shop, but we found better excursion prices at other than their recommendations. The Inn was full all week, even though it was past the 'high-season.' Gorgeous and intimate grounds. Wonderful to escape some vacation hub-bub by relaxing at the pool with soft Hawaiian music in the background. Thoroughly enjoyed a sunset over West Maui from the hot-tub. We were happy to borrow a cooler, beach chairs and boogie-board from the Inn. Washer/dryer onsite is so convenient and helps to pack lighter! We were very well taken care of by Phoebe....she is so personable and generously gave us fresh papaya, bananas and replenished other things that we asked for. A suggestion might be to include more hooks or a rack for drying all of the towels/swim-gear that we used all week!

My daughter and I wanted a quiet retreat in Maui after a week cruising the islands and at the cottage at Pineapple Inn we found heaven on earth. Located in the Maui Meadows neighborhood, the Inn has a main building with four rooms and the separate cottage with two bedrooms, full-size, fully-stocked kitchen, and a private deck with gas grill. The cottage is spotless and perfectly furnished. But that's only the beginning! A short walk through lush gardens led to the laundry ($1 W/D) and pool with grill, fridge, ice machine, and sink. We always had the pool to ourselves; there are only four other rooms and we rarely saw other guests. Staying here is like being on an episode of Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous! We found it hard to leave the PI but being minutes from great beaches, one must leave at some point! We were delighted to find a store of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, ice chests, and pretty much any beach toy you can imagine (note your economy rental car will not hold a surf board!). The only thing that could top a fantastic day at the beach is the sunset view from the pool and hot tub, a cool beverage, and grilling up dinner. We saved about $100/day not eating out although we had pizza delivered one night ($40 incl tip). Mahalo Pineapple Inn for the best vacation EVER!!!

This is now my official home when I come to Maui! The place will wow you right from the start! The grounds some of the best kept in a resort that I have ever seen. They have a salt water pool, first class hot tub, grill for a BBQ, FREE WiFi, large patio / balcony (if you book the 2nd floor you'll have a view of the Pacific Ocean, mountains, and city lights, cable TV, mini fridge, microwave, and dishes / silverware. The place is also one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in the world! The room was also stocked with plenty of snacks and drinks when we arrived too. To top it all off the owner is a great guy who takes pride in his business. If the cherry on top is what you want for your Maui vacation, the Pineapple Inn will be just that!

Clean comfortable room, well stocked frig with breakfast stuff, drinks and candy. Wonderful grounds with pool, hot tub and view of the ocean, mountains and sunsets. Very hospitable.

AMAZING! We rented all but one of the units for my wedding in Maui. Beautiful property. Some of my most amazing wedding photos were from the garden area. Good price, great service, and close to everything. I hope to be back one day!!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Pineapple Inn in south Maui for five days and had a wonderful time. The rates were reasonable. We don't really need alot of hand-holding when we travel but we do want a clean, cozy room sleep in and the Pineapple Inn delivered. Our room included a kitchenette along with fresh fruit, kona coffee, juice, bagels and muffins. We ate breakfast on our lanai and watched the sunrise every morning. The garden and landscaping of the property was professional and amazing. Also on the property are a saline swimming pool and a hot tub with a nice view. The whole property was quiet and we were never disturbed by others during our stay. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Check out the site for pictures of the place. They are really accurate.
