Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I have driven by this place over the years and never tried it. Today i had the breakfast special for $3.99 with 2 eggs/choice of meats/2 big hash brown patties all was good I was surprised. Will try it again for chinese food since the cook is from china and seems to know what she is doing. The waiter/cashier really does not speak english....even tho he has been in hawaii 10 years! I spoke to him in Mandarin......and he is very pleasant and accommodating.

Don't be fooled by the ordinary Eco looking place, the food is fast and great at the same time. Very authentic Chinese food and very reasonable priced!

The BBQ plate was pretty good and the setting was nice as well. The chicken was really good and the shrimp was very crispy. There is an ocean view of the view from the balcony which is seen from the window. We also ordered the wonton soup which was very good. The wontons were good. They offered us tea and the service was great.

Cheap food and lots of it. The young man seems to speak no English so order by the number. We had sweet 'n sour, Salt and pepper shrimp, fried rice, a beef dish, crab cheese won tons, and shrimp noodles. Everything was above average. Restrooms need some cleaning, but on the other hand they let you bring your own beer in. We were sandy and hungary and had some beers in our cooler. It worked well for what it was.

Went to dinner on a Friday night, Very bad service. Ordered spareribs but they were all out. 1 server who doubled as cashier/order taker so food was coming so late. By the time each dish came out, we were done with previous dish. Also ordered plain white rice and half way through service it still did not come.

This is a very casual, reasonably priced Chinese restaurant conveniently located on the Highway and is just a couple of miles from my house. I had a hankering for Chow Mein so we decided to check it out. We came at an off time and were the only patrons in the restaurant. They have an extensive menu board serving BBQ plate lunches, breakfast and Chinese dishes. We ordered orange chicken with steamed rice and chicken chow mein. The food came out very quickly. The orange chicken was very saucy and almost like a sweet and sour. Meat quality was ok, though I did find a couple of hard bits. The chow mein was tasty, if a bit greasy, with some freshly grilled veggies. Overall the food was reasonably priced and enjoyable. Not a fine dining experience, but totally acceptable quicky chinese food.

This is a nice place for lunch after swimming or snorkeling at Honaunau harbor by the city of refuge. The food is simple (Chinese style), but it is a change from other local places and it is inexpensive. We have been there on several occasions and liked it each time.
