Bad experience where we put our name on the waiting list and the worker told us about 40 min wait but waited 1hr 45 min. Would have left earlier but the worker said we were next but then said there was another customer that had the same name as us and the worker said they were first. The worker didn't give us the chance to explain we were initially waiting at starbucks thats why they didn't see us. Recommend putting last name when you write your name on the list. Food is pretty good though.

very fresh and yummy! super low key, busy now and worth the wait. pancakes are light, sweet, onolicious. the scramble was tasty. fried rice is savory, but has bean sprouts? french toast loaded is a sweet indulgence with the insane taro haupia sauce. the eggs benedict look delicious and are next on my list. Yay Kapolei giving Kailua some competition finally!

Food was good? Just a bit crowded? Little confusing you need to order your food first and then you get seated. Tip try their pancake trio

We came here during our visit to Aulani. Aulani's culinary choices are terrible, so it was refreshing to find this small breakfast joint a few minutes drive away. We ordered the flight of pancakes which had three different flavors of pancakes for $10. It was the best, possibly the best I've ever had since it was so different. Truely hawaiian with lilikoi! Also had the acai bowl. Again it was great. Needless to say, I would have loved to try their other dishes. Very large portions too.

Local breakfast spot with great food. I had the pancake flight while my wife had fried rice. We wound up sharing. Cool place.

I liked their turkey pesto panini but I can always make that at home. Was not a fan of their flight pancakes. Sauce was too sweet and their mini pancakes were thin and burnt. Their prices are pretty high for mediocre food. Place is very crammed. No privacy when you're eating whatsoever. So if you're planning to eat there, make sure you know how to eat neatly cause everyone can see you. What sucks the most is having to get up in the middle of your meal to refill your own water from the counter. And their water cups are the ones you place in your bathroom, so expect it to be small. If you wanted to order something else you'd have to go to the register and order it yourself, and pay right away. When we were leaving, passing the counter, the employees looked at us hoping we'd drop something in the tip jar. We did not tip considering their high prices, crammed space and servicing our own water. A good thing however, is that the food service was fast.

Food here is really good. However, cleanliness can be improved. We waited approximately 25 minutes for a table. Previous customers included children. The waitress wiped the table down very quickly but missed a lot of crumbs. There were nice size pieces of pancake and fruit all under the table and the bench and chairs were also dirty with food smudges and crumbs. Prior to sitting looking at where we would be seated kinda made me squeamish and almost made me loose my appetite. I've eaten here 3 time before as soon as they opened so the place was clean.

I'm from the west side and I LOVE breakfast, been waiting for an awesome breakfast place to open on this side and I'm happy that something FINALLY did. I've been there twice and so far so good. There are a few things that I wish they did differently, like accept debit/credit cards, have actual servers (I enjoy being able to drink my coffee while perusing the menu), and have more coffee options (lattes etc.), I DO LOVE their variety of coffee mugs though! Staff is very friendly and I enjoy the overall vibe. Looking forward to trying more things on the menu. So far, I've only had the flight of pancakes (my favorite being the cookie butter one) and the simple bacon, eggs and rice. They serve good bacon, the big pieces, not those tiny little pieces most small restaurants do.

Yummy fresh tasty food. I shared the chicken salad sandwich with my 16 month old daughter, so delicious! So nice to have a fresh healthy option in kapolei.

We have been here a few times, the food is good. The service, usually not bad, until today. I walked in 5 after two, only after seeing a bunch of tables still in seated. Customer service says a lot, in this case the refusal to take a take out order outweighs the food. Piss poor service leads to customers not coming back and spreading the word! When you already have ridiculously limited hours, you better have OUTSTANDING service!

Kailua Pig Benedict was great. Service was good although a bit chaotic figuring out the method of ordering, getting a seat, water, etc.

Tried the chocolate taro haupia and cookie Butta Luva pancakes, grilled chicken and avo omelet, and their aloha acai bowl (should be called acai cup)...was shetteh...cafe kaila, boots and kimo's mo betteh...save yo moneh. Staff was nice.

We ordered the flight of pancakes which was excellent, an avolicious that reminds me of a healthy egg nog that has no flavor, and the kamaaina fried rice which was "okay". Portions were a little too small. Service though was awesome, true quality service! I just feel that the food was over hyped which caused me to have such high expectations.

The food here is amazing and each time I've been here, it's always been good vibes & awesome customer service. I've officially deemed this place as my favorite place to grab breakfast/brunch. I have yet to try their lunch menu & salads, but I will get there as soon as I conquer the breakfast menu... I've made it a goal to try everything on the menu each time I go. I've had the flight of pancakes which out of the 3, the Cookie Butta Lovah was ranked supreme, but don't get me wrong, the Lilikoi & Chocolate Taro Haupia was Ono too, but I've picked my favorite out of the 3. ;) I've also had the Corned Beef Brisket Hash & Garlic Kalua Pig Hash and they both didn't disappoint. Next on my list to try is their Turkey & Avo omelette alongside a Lava Flow smoothie! I've had their PBB&H smoothie and I have yet to try the other smoothies, so I can't just say that this one is my favorite just yet. Lol It's a very trendy, cozy, and intimate eatery w/ the jams of local island roots/reggae to fill the atmosphere. The place is not too big and not too small... Just perfect enough to be able to bring the family & hold convos w/ fellow foodies in the place if you're a social butterfly ;)

Haven't started eating yet, but their lack of service is already worth the two stars no matter what the food will taste. They crossed out our name off the waiting list after telling them that we wanted to stay here and eat. I told them twice that we didn't want take-out please keep us on the list. What do they do? They skip us. After waiting an hour!!!! And then we find out we had to want another 10 minutes for a table because they skipped us we finally get seated. No utensils on our table. They just sat us. No direction on how their ordering process works, no one gave us a menu. So again we sat at our table waiting for someone to take our order and come to find out you have to order yourself. Another waste of time. While I'm typing this review the a/c starts leaking on me. Their excuse is "we told the ac people about it and there is nothing we can do about it because it's from the condensation from the doors being open all the time." If you know it's leaking condensation why put a seat directly under it. We were first timers and there was no directions, no customer service, no streamline. The food may be good here but their inability to provide service equivalent to their quality of food and properly keep up with the demand makes you not want to come here again. I'm all about supporting small businesses so please don't let my review stop you from your experience. This is my personal first experience.

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile since I've only heard great reviews, and finally got a chance to check it out! My cafe is a cute and quaint breakfast cafe with a vintage feel. Like I was told, this place was pretty busy! However, my mom and I were pleasantly greeted right away upon entering! We waited about 10-15 minutes, understandably, before we were sat. The food was definitely worth the wait! Let me just say that everything I tried, tasted so fresh and delicious! The avocado turkey sandwich was bomb!! The sandwich came with crispy chips, and I asked for salsa and the waitress there suggested their house made salsa...it was really good! I also ordered their famous flight of pancakes: cute and colorful presentation, each with it's own unique and tasty flavors! I really enjoyed the lilikoi, and chocolate haupia!! Overall, my experience here was great! Awesome service (thank you Dyana!) and amazing fresh food!! I will definitely be returning!!;)

Food was fresh and large portions. We had garlic kulua pork hash, and panko spam plate and cookie butter pancakes. The pancakes are phenomenal. Our 6 year old daughter pretty much ate all of it herself. Since we are leaving back to Texas we went 2 days in a row. Today we had fried rice loco moco and another stack of pancakes. Yummy!

The service was okay, but the kamaaina fried rice was extremely salty, the flight of pancakes were tasteless and they have no idea how to make a salad. Spend your money at Zippy's, for $40, you can sit somewhere spacious and comfy AND they bring your food to you. $70 at My Cafe will get you mediocre food, service and cramped space.

Food is really good, smoothies even better. Busy place though. Plan on at least 30 min wait once your name is on the list. Order only after your name is called. Don't wait in the line
