I ordered chicken sandwich meal and was a big mistake. The Fries is old and soggy and sooo tiny pieces looks like belong in the trash. The chicken bun was burnt and the chicken patty was terrible!!! It was old been sitting in bin for few hours. Common BK manager do your job and check your quality of your products!!

This Burger King is so incompetent, I have worked in a drive-they before and I swear to God, it is not that hard. We had to scream and repeat our order like five times and they still got our order wrong at the window. And the manager hid behind her employees because she did not want to hear us complain.

I've read all the bad reviews, but this Burger King isn't so bad. My order is always right, the fries are always hot and crispy and the drive thru never takes too long.

Still the worst. Forgot my whopper. Every time they screw it up. At least comp my sandwich. Nope! Fail!

I LOVE the interior design of this place! love! it's very modern, bright and inviting. The only bad part about this Burger King, is the PRICE. Holy canole! $10 for a meal, I can make my own burgers with that kind of money. The customer service was decent, they seem very knowledgeable about their products and the food was decent too. I didn't expect the double whopper to be literally twice the size of my hand though! wow! I mean I haven't ate at Burger King in more than 15years and I forgot what it was like to eat here. I grew up and started eating at other joints and forgot all about Burger King. I wanted to try this BK because the one back one was crap, and I was hoping this one was no different. I like it because it IS clean and very nice to be in, but I don't really plan on coming back because how expensive it is it o me. The mini cinibons weren't that great either. I was expecting it to taste legit just like Cinnabon's, but nope. Just another microwaved cinnamon roll. I mean the quality is eh and the taste is ....somewhat similar. I rather go to the actual Cinnabon than order the mini ones here. The parking and opening was confusing to me at first but it's common sense to know where it is if you have it. This place has potential if the prices weren't so damn high! yikes!

Went to Kapolei Burger King for a quick lunch and I was very impressed by the service I received. They were very well-mannered, saying 'Please' and 'Thank you'. That caught me off guard. Not what I'm used to at fast food joints these days.

Great Workers... Whopper Jr. is a RIP OFF ... so small the slice of tomato was larger than the cooked meat patty.... FOOL ME ONCE...

ok guys, I can see when an order gets messed up once, I'll let it slide, but twice, within a few weeks?? really guys? no one should have to open up the packaging at the drive thru to make sure its their sandwich. My receipt clearly states what I ordered and the customer expects to get what they ordered without having to play sherlock holmes to make sure they have what they specifically ordered. Sorry but I will not be coming here any more, if you can not even simply pack a person's order right, why are they still open?

Just went to Burger King in Kapolei last night to try their soft serve. It was great except that while we were enjoying our food, I noticed that one of the employees was picking fries from warmer.....AND EATING IT!! At first I thought she was cleaning the bits that had fallen on the sides but then I saw her pop them in her mouth and eat it. She did it so many times that I was able to catch her with my camera phone. Look at the 2nd pic posted!!!!!!! Don't know how they got certified as a food establishment. Not sure I'll be going back here...and I don't think you should either. Unless you want to share fries with the employees.

Wow this place must be run by cheapskates. Then again it has always been a pet peeve of mine to see the sign "one refill only" or to see that the fast food value menu really isn't a value menu. During our order, the employee informed us that the credit card machine was out of order. Since we are here in Hawaii on business this was quite an inconvenience. We were not offered any consideration... I think they intentionally took the machines down to save on credit card merchant fees. All I asked for was an extra drink and they said no. I then decided to take the survey on the back of the receipt. Upon presenting it to them, he informed me that I couldn't order the value fries and value drinks to take advantage of the survey offer, but I had to buy the bigger sizes. I informed him that the back of the receipt read "any size fries and drink" and that value is included in the offer... heck it's been included for years at so many other different Burger King Restaurants. Cheapskates I tell you. Nice value menu they got going on here. I could have sworn it's been called the "buck double" everywhere. Here they call it the BK Double since it cost $1.49. Ironically the sandwich wrapper says "Buck Double." The Whopper Jr. and the Spicy Chicken Crisp are also there for $1.49. Rip off alert!

I've been to this location many times. My order has never been wrong. They're fast and the food is nice and hot when you get it. Never had a problem with any employees here. This BK gets a ton of volume via the drive thru, but all the times I've been here, I've never seen the walk in line longer than 3-4 people at a time. This BK, however, lacks on parking. Since it's in a shopping complex, they only have 8 stalls of so that you can use. The rest are reserved for the other customers of the respective businesses. This BK is meant for drive thru. When you do have the rare occasion you do find a parking stall, it's a great place to eat. Bright, with lots of windows. They used to have a kids playground area, but they tore it down about 2 years ago. You can, however eat outside as there are a few tables.
