I have been a waitress for the past 6 years, and the service and food at this restaurant is some of the worst I've come across. The staff isn't particularly friendly. The food is not consistent either. My hubby and I have eaten here a few times just bc we have discount vouchers. It takes a long time to get our drinks most of the time. The food is very bland. The burgers must be frozen. The only thing I do like is the wings appetizer and the BBQ sliders, and they are just mediocre.

Over priced. A single beer is $6.50. A hamburger is $15.00. The difference between a kids meal thats $7 and the regular hamburger is lettuce, tomato and onion. That's it. Every thing is obviously frozen and heated up. If you're leaving island you're better off not eating here. Actually no one should eat here. Management needs to fix the menu, it's terrible.

The last two times we ate here we were very satisfied the food was good and we enjoyed sitting in the outside area near the pool. My daughter loved that. To be honest we had not been to this restaurant in at least a month because while we enjoyed the food, the attentiveness or lack thereof of the waitstaff really frustrated us. We have been at the Best Western for over two months now and decided to try Willoughby's again before we move. I really missed the food. I must say I can see improvement in the waitstaff and I can only hope and pray that the service provided will continue to improve in the future. I give 4 stars for the delicious food!

I have two words that will say it all. FOOD POISONING. My husband got so sick from eating "the catch of the day". We believe might be the catch from last week. The doctor in the ER was adamant it was food poisoning. The manager at the hotel was kind and comped us a night at the hotel since we were at the hospital for one. The part that really gets me is that he wants proof that my husbands stay in the hospital was from food poisoning before he returns the $80 we spent on dinner. The Department of Health went there and found one Health code violation which may or may not have something to my husbands illness. The restaurant did fix the violation on the spot. Mean while my husband gagged when I told him. They were storing the fish under in the red meat in the cooler. Who knows what may have dripped from the top raw meat tray into the fish tray. (((((shudder))))))) Good luck if you choose to eat here. Do so only if you have a iron stomach.

This restaurant is ok. No more, no less. I stayed at the airport hotel to which the restaurant is attached for a few weeks while on a transfer with the Navy. I have had ample time to experience it. While the vibe of the restaurant is great ( open windows, poolside, etc.) the service leaves a little to be desired. If you have tome to wait, this will not be an issue. If you're on a schedule and need to eat here, budget in some extra time. The food itself is nothing special: typical fare with names pointed at the tourist trade. Also, because this is in an airport hotel, the prices are a little high. Not bad, but your average breakfast costs $13 and your average dinner $18 before beverages and tips. If you have time and an expense account, go for it. If not, move along; there's nothing to see here.

I was pleasantly surprised! I was presumptuous in thinking this place was going to be an overpriced dive. Yes, it was pricey but the food was actually quite good! We went for breakfast. The average price is about $10 for bacon and eggs. Portions were generous and everything tasted really fresh. Service was pretty good. The waiter did forget one of our drinks but mistakes happen. He was nice and was pretty attentive. The decor...mediocre. I mean I wouldn't take a date here but it is what it is...a hotel restaurant. Everything appeared clean. There is a little fly problem outside but...you are outside! All in all it was pretty good. I would not make a special trip to come here but if I was staying in the hotel I would definitely take advantage of its convenience and decent food!

Got a big discount and I still felt I overpaid. It's like going over to a friends house and having a random mom cook for you, you just miss your moms food. Skip if at all possible

Five words: Breakfast and dinner ... No lunch!
