For some weird reason, this place has a line out the door on weeknights at 9pm. The employees here aren't as snobby as other Starbucks so that's a plus.

This is now my favorite Starbucks location on the quality of service alone. I've been to this location many times when I've stopped at Whole Foods. For as busy this location is I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my coffee. The employees are also good at letting you know when there is a special. Buy one get one free during certain hours and all that. Very helpful and fast. If I lived closer this would probably be my go to place, if I had a little more time.

Prices keep going up, but gotta get my fix b4 work. Service here is both pleasant and friendly. Lines move pretty quickly and the drinks are consistent.

This is the best Starbucks. Despite being so busy the staff are super efficient and the line moves fast. Barrista's are always friendly and make an effort to connect with the customers. Make mine Starbuck's

This is definitely make FAVE Starbucks Location! Maybe because it is my everyday early morning fix. The employees are always friendly and ON IT! .Being in Kahala Mall the parking lot is still empty in the morning. Lines move quickly, maybe because they know almost everyone and know what they drink? Could be...Mmmm...I love the convenience of the Starbucks cel phone application for payment. Kahala Branch You Rock!

"Yay! I'm a fan." is a good summary. It's Starbucks- same menu so you know what to get. Great meeting place location though is why I like it the best. There is the water fall/ Christmas Tree/ seasonal decorations at times so it is easy to meet at when you need someone to find you and you can grab a cup of joe on the go. Has outdoor and indoor seating as well as freindly staff that are used to people drink Jamba Juice or whatever alond side your starbucks.

Starbucks is always busy, especially during the morning and lunch time. This place know how to keep fast pace, they get your drinks out within the first 5 minutes no matter how busy they are!

This starbucks is definitely a very established and efficient one. There is ALWAYS a line 5 people deep but it moves so quickly that it doesn't feel that way at all. What I love about this starbucks is that they ask you for your name. Some other starbucks don't bother to get names because they don't do the same volume. This means that the kahala starbucks is legit and knows their sh!t. Definitely go down to try it out.

As far as the eye can see, there are many, many Starbucks locations on this island. I mean there are so many, especially in town, that you won't even need an app on your iPhone to look for one. And out of the plethora of starbucks locations, I have to say this is my 2nd favorite of all. The workers here are friendly, polite, socialize well with the customers, and always seem to be in a positive mood despite all the busyness at this location. Also, I like the fact that their pick up counter is at waist height for most, so people aren't struggling to reach their drink on a high counter, such is the case at the Ward Starbucks. Lastly, I love that this location has 2 condiment/napkin stations. Someone was definitely thinking of the customer when they added the second station.

No matter how long the line is, it doesn't usually take more than 4 - 5 minutes to get my drink (standing in line, ordering, and paying included). The baristas at this Sbux are quick with efficient drink-making skills and are excellent at expediting the continuous line. This location is always busy and customers, more often than not, leave happy. The baristas are friendly and cheery, and they hustle. It's clearly a high volume store with a lot of workers scheduled at peak hours, which I assume must help with this store's speediness. Despite the quick and friendly nature of the staff, they are not very keen on matching (or remembering) names and drinks to faces, or vice versa... It's always nice to be recognized or for someone to remember your drink... And I have yet to encounter this sort of "recognition" as a regular at this store. Oh well. All in all, this Sbux is probably one of my favorites. I really love the quick and fast paced-ness of the place. I know which Starbucks to go to when I literally need a quick fix. Yelp 365 - #199/365

Emi H. calls this Starbucks, Kahala-Buck, I like to call it "WHAT-THE-BUCK" because if I worked here i would be saying that ALL THE TIME.. Located in Kahala mall, "WHAT-THE-BUCK" serves the east honolulu aristocrats and some of these people have the craziest orders.. Lady in front of me: "Hi i'll take a Decaf, Venti, 2 Pumps Pumpkin, 2 Pumps Gingerbread, 1 Pump Tazo Chai, 1 Pump Mocha, Nonfat, No Whip, No Foam, Extra Hot, 3 Sweetner, Latte" I kid you not.. If I was working that order and had to write all that down on a cup i would be pissed. I feel even more sorry for the joe that has to fill that order.. What's wrong with ordering a grande vanilla latte cause that's my draaaaank.. This place puts up with crazy orders and i give mad props to them.. And i love coming here for their seasonal stuff.. Gingerbread latte and peppermint mocha lattes always push my through the holiday craze! :) thank you "WHAT-THE-BUCK", you will always have my patronage..

I've never exactly had a bad experience here, but the store is pretty small. I'm basically a professional student, and the arrangement of tables looks so cramped that I wouldn't go to study. Also, the line is always fairly long but the baristas work really quickly (must be those automatic, do everything for you machines they have now) and have good customer service. This location is useful if you're at Whole Foods or in the mall and want a coffee or something, but I'm not sure I would go to Kahala Mall just to go to Starbucks. It's always hard to get parking, so the time lost waiting, along with the line at the store might make it hard to go in and out quickly. That sounded dirty. But yeah.

Wait? How can there NOT be a review for here by now? It's not like this place is new or anything. Well, I like it here. The people are super cool. Very helpful, patient, and they look like they all enjoy working there. Especially Bryan. I like to go here to do some homework or to just meet up with friends.

I think if I wasn't married to my husband, he would be married to a skinny peppermint mocha latte or a trenta iced coffee! He would be happy as a clam because there would be no arguments and he could change it up and no coffee would be mad at him for cheating. Ha! This is normally the Starbucks that I frequent when we're shopping or roaming around. The line moves quickly and everyone is really nice. Sometimes it's hard to get their attention and I don't like being that person that says "ahem" really loudly to get someone's attention. But other than that, they've never screwed up my coffee. I think I would be nervous to work there because you don't mess with people that are lacking caffeine! That would be dangerous! Never tried any of their pastries only because I saw a fly in the Target one once and it's pretty much ruined me for all of them. But I'm sure they're delicious. Oh if you're looking for a seat, good luck! It's usually filled to the brim (like their coffee) with people hanging out for free wifi or just a nice comfy seat.

I don't consume caffeine but have a gift card so have been getting hot or iced chocolate (yes, as in chocolate milk) @ various locations. This location made 1 of the best iced chocolates! They were the 1st to recommend getting it over ice.

I absolutely HATE this @Starbucks location. If I could've drove to another location I would have. So partially it is my own fault. Every time I come to this location there is always a problem. Most of you @yelp users know I luv my @starbucks coffee. First of all this location would get -5 stars if the app would allow. I had a caramel flan latte yesterday at Ward location. Delicious!! Then I come here & the girl said it's a seasonal drink vas that was discontinued. Then I asked for the vanilla macchiato and she said that also was discontinued. So I look at the menu and the vanilla macchiato is still on the menu. So I told her it's on your menu and she then said yah, we are out of the syrup. WTF!!! Get your story straight either it was discontinued or your out of an ingredient. How da hell are you out of ingredients at 8:30 am on a Mon AM. If you can avoid this location I would. The line is always way too long and the service is terrible. Sassy people work at this location. I usual avoid this location but this morning could not be helped. So irritated by this place. Just tidbit about me: I don't write many reviews, but I felt this needed to be said.

I come by here weekday mornings on my way to work. I am always very happy to go through the line quickly with all the staff having a cheery attitude. I have come here during the weekends and it is pretty crowded. I have gone to other locations and appreciate that this staff has to deal with a huge amount of traffic but keep their wits about them. I have recently became a fan of the iced green tea (non sweetened) :) and their soy latte.

Starbucks kahala is the best! The baristas are always cheerful, helpful, & try to make your drinks as quick as possible. This morning I came in to try their new holiday drink, the caramel brulee frappuchino. The batista remembered my name (even though I don't come here too often I feel), which was surprising and a great way to start my day. She even gave me a stamp card for holiday drinks. Buy five & get one free. Cheers to the holidays! (:

This Starbucks is amazing! It can be crowded with a long line but there were enough staff that make the long line shorter and faster! There are plenty of tables to study and meet with friends. It is always crowded. I don't come there to study but maybe to meet up with friends since there are other things to do like shopping. Probably two times that my drinks didn't make it out til really late and I get a complimentary card that would be free next time I order so that's nice. Thanks guys! :)

This location is awesome. The employees are always friendly and get my order correct. Even during rush hour, the barista makes my drink fairly quickly and they often heat up my food order fast as well! I always get iced thai lattes w/ soy :D sometimes with a yummy scone, breakfast sandwich or my fav, the turkey pesto sandwich (as i stand in line, i usually cant resist something to eat!) The hours are good and there's a lot of seating, even in the mall area next to starbucks, so it's great for studying, reading or chatting with friends. Parking can be tough, just because it's the mall, but I'm usually there early in the morning to pick up a drink before mall hours.

I love Kahala Mall and I'm always there, so I really, really wish I could love this Starbucks, too, but it just fails on a number of levels: 1. They cannot handle a crowd, even in the mornings. When the line is long, they still plod along slowly as if they don't feel the pressure of the line going out the door. 2. They take forrrrrrrrrrever to make even the simplest drinks, even when there isn't a crowd. And then they still manage to get your drink wrong. 3. Very few of the employees are friendly. I'd go so far as to say some are downright snobby. This is going to sound like a total white wine, but I'm gonna go with it: TWO visits in a row, they couldn't make a decent skinny caramel macchiato. The first time, I don't know what happened, it just sucked. The second time, they had run out of sugar free vanilla syrup (not the first time they've run out of stuff), and when I asked to add more sugar free caramel syrup instead, they started arguing amongst each other over the finer points of whether this was still considered a caramel macchiato, or whether it was just a nonfat caramel latte. What? Who cares! They were, in fact, so preoccupied by this argument that they completely neglected to add any caramel drizzle, which they had asked me about moments before. I go to the Ward/Auahi Starbucks every morning, and they are SO efficient, maybe I'm just spoiled, but I don't think it's too much to expect that the Kahala store would be able to make something correctly when it's listed on the menu, or that they would keep up with their inventory.

Kahala-Buck has become my regular morning hang out when I'm on a writing deadline and their holiday Pumpkin Spice Latte is my new addiction! Paired with a toasted blueberry bagel I am a happy laptop typing prego mama. It's astounding how much volume this little shop pumps out every morning as the line is always out the door at 8 am. I remember having to wait 15 minutes for my coffee because two girls had ordered custom drinks for their entire office of 20. Nice. People are definitely addicted to their Starbucks! In my defense as I figure I only have a few more weeks left where I'll be able to work in peace at Starbucks so I'm going to plop down my six bucks and drink up my pumpkin flavored productivity! Newborns and the Buck don't really mix too well. As a side bar, if you're looking for some amusing people watching or you want to stalk Phil H (he's at the espresso machine pumpin' out drinks) then this is the place for you. I've been having fun watching them put up the Kahala Mall Christmas tree which is not a tree at all but a bunch of pointsettia arranged in rings.

This Starbucks is deceiving. The line is almost always out the door, but the line moves fast. I love how happy and professional they are and want to give special props to DC. She was so smiley and helpful, she made this coffee buying experience a pleasant one.

The No Seats Starbucks My greatest gripe about this location is it's lack of seating. Actually, any food joint in this general vacinity will also get this same complaint from me. Why is there never any seats here? After battling to get a parking space for your car, you now treat yourself to a soothing coffee. Only to discover now you have to stand in line and battle to park your butt someplace.

This location was at the bottom of my list at first but now they really changed it up. I come to this location because I'm on this side practically 4 days out of the week thanks to school and work. At first I didn't like coming here because they used to suck at making my drinks (Strawberry Black Tea Iced and White Chocolate Mocha). So I was really surprised that my drinks tasted like they were supposed to taste like. It can get pretty crowded in the mornings (which Starbucks ISNT crowded.. that's the real question) so it can be a little longer than usual to get your drink. But what do you expect? Like everyone around the world, they need their morning coffee. What I like about this location is that their workers keep their cool even though the line can work it's way out into the main area of kahala mall. For myself, I've seen workers at different locations (I wrote a review about the Macy's Starbucks at Ala Moana.. terrible) lose their cool and give terrible service on top of their terrible drinks. So these "little" things really make a huge difference for me. The workers here are always very friendly and don't make you feel rushed to order your drink and meal if you decide to get one, but of course, after standing in line for that long, you should already know what you're getting. Those who still don't know what they want after standing in line....drop kick them off the roof! LOL. I'm never dissatisfied with my drink and what is a major plus is that its hot but at drinkable temperature. Some places (*ahem* Macy's) make it so hot! But no not here. By the time I get in my car and drive to school/work, I can drink it with ease. Great location with nice people. Very good ^__^ 31 Yelps Review Challenge: #4/31

We come to this Starbucks regularly. It is conveniently located right outside of WholeFood at Kahala Mall. After shopping groceries, we get a drink. This location is always busy. More than 5 people ahead of me. YELP 365 - 180/365

Kahala Mall Starbucks has been my weekend hang out spot in Kahala Mall. The only beef I have with it is: ITS TOO CROWDED!! Every time I want to plug in and recharge my iPhone, I can't because everyone is using the wall plugs. I once had to sit next to the wall where everyone was waiting for their drinks and plug in there. Nobody said anything, but it worked for me since my battery was necking 2%. I never do come here during the week, since I get my morning brew from either the Starbucks on Bishop Street near Hotel Street, or the other Bishop Street location near Merchant Street. Still can't believe that there are 3 Starbucks locations in a 2 block radius and they are doing swift business!! It's just wild. Still, love the baristas and their service. They are awesome. Just like McDonald's with the fast service, but its so custom made, its vintage Starbucks in a way. The brownie is sometimes dry, but sometimes moist. I dunno if its worth buying it everyday, when its not chewy or moist (or both). God, I hate a dry brownie.

Mostly good luck with this Starbucks, the only off point was when I added cream to my iced coffee and didn't see until I got to my car and was driving (because I didn't take a drink) that it was lumpy! EWWWW. Thus I carefully check the cream now. But that did not stop me from coming back when I am too lazy to walk up to B&N Starbucks.

Now I'm a major sbux fan! Ever since I moved to Kaimuki side, the Kahala location has been my GO TO sbux since college. The place is always crowded, if you are looking to study, location is prime during daylight hours! Mornings are filled with the older couples quenching their thirst after their daily rounds around the mall. During lunch and afternoons into early evenings, the place is filled with business associates, bosses, and crying kids. If you want to sit in the shop, and spot someone leaving, grab that seat! I've made mad dashes from the line to put my stuff down and then proceed back to the end of the line just because I wanted to sit and study so badly :( Or come with a friend. Hahaha. But the staff is friendly and efficient and I always get my coffee in a timely manner no matter how busy it is. Now post-college, I work night shifts so this is my stop before work at about 10pm. No lines, I'm in and out in 5 minutes. Lots more leg room to sit at this time. There are always the same weird people that spend all their time at Kahala (don't lie, you've noticed them too), and they sit in here at night. I've also seen gamers here making good use of the free wifi. **Oh on occasion, there is always an HPD officer and I'm guessing one of the secretaries making coffee rounds at this location (I've also seen them at ward gateway) ordering coffee for the entire force it seems. If you happen to stumble across them before you in line (around 10:15-10:30pm) be prepared to wait a long while because they order 20+ drinks and the baristas will make all of them before yours.

Out of all the Starbucks location, this has got to be my absolute FAVE! maybe because all the workers are so nice, friendly, helpful and regular customers at the bank I work at. I've just recently gotten back into caffeine thanks to last semesters finals and of course all my many many Starbucks gift cards. Whenever I need a caffeine fix right before work or before class this is always the first stop. They never make my drinks to sweet, to bitter, to much ice or to hott. It's always just right and that's something important when you're on a caffeine fuse. Because this place is so popular it does get a little busy especially between 7-8am and lunch time, but their all pretty good with lobby management. Their area is also clean and always in stock with napkins, straws, etc. And another reason why I love it here so much because is that they ALWAYS SPELL MY NAME CORRECTLY! And yes it is a pet peeve of mine because people especially at other Starbucks location tend to always misspell my name to "Rachel" instead of "Rachelle".

Reasons why this Starbucks is better than the one in Barnes and Noble: 1. There are outlets. 2. People leave you the hell alone 3. Better at toasting bagels... for some odd reason. 4. Nicer employees. Right on

It's quite shocking when you encounter a rude barista at Starbucks simply because it's so rare. I have to agree with some of the other comments about the snotty barista. The young girl was so irratated when I asked her to wet a napkin with water. I wanted to wipe off the sticky mess that was left on the armchair by a previous customer. (restroom is on other side of mall) Instead of saying "Sure" or "Sure, I'll be right with you", she says in the most irratated voice "YOU GOTTA WAIT OK!" She looked like she couldn't handle the workload and the stress had brought her to a tipping point. I have a feeling this is not the first time she's been short with customers. To be fair, the rest of the staff have been great but that one barista does not belong in customer service and certainly not at a busy Starbucks.

I love Starbucks... I am seriously here every morning before work. And reluctantly admit that I have up my visits to twice a day. I am seriously addicted. The Staff here is amazing! Not only do they remember my drink, they remember my name. It does help that I've been coming here for years now... but it does have its perks! During long lines, they look out for you so when you do finally get to the register, your drink is ready and waiting... and still hot! I do have to admit that there were a couple of times that they ran out of my drink... yes, really!?! I was dumbfounded when I heard that. To compensate, they did offer me a different drink to try on the house, and the next day they actually remembered to ask how it was. I'm a creature of habit so the drink they recommended didn't go too well with my taste buds. So again, they offered another drink on the house, this time my norm! Thank goodness! I love this particular Starbucks the best! The Staff and the service that they provide make this particular location stand out.

The Kahala Mall Starbucks is usually pretty crowded, but the line tends to move pretty well. There are lots of tables and chairs inside Starbucks, in the mall, or outside, but depending on the time of day it can take a while to hunt down an open one. Once you find a table though it's a great place to people watch! Coffee is the same as any Starbucks--no better, no worse.

Kahala Starbucks. My favorite Starbucks on the island! This is my study spot headquarter! During the school semester, I'm here 3 - 4 x a week. Monday thru Saturday they are open till 11pm, which is a plus. On Sunday, they close half an hour earlier, at 10:30pm. The staff here is friendly and efficient. Even when the line is long, the wait usually never exceeds a few minutes. The drinks are consistent, but I'm usually drinking a regular coffee or non-fat latte. While it may be difficult to find a table at times (and near the power outlets), something usually opens up after a few minutes of scouting =) See you soon Kahala Starbucks!

I love me some Starbucks! I've never encountered an issue with my incredibly simple order - venti black iced tea unsweetened- no matter which location I've been to or how busy they are..... until the Kahala location. Maybe I came on an off day? Not only did it take forever to get my order when there were only 4 customers, they got it wrong & seemed appalled when I brought it to their attention. It was the first time I've ever encountered baristas that were borderline snobby. The customer even had to walk up & ask if the drink that was sitting at the counter was hers since they didn't bothered to call out the orders. Really?

I'm a frequent visitor to Starbucks, the Pumpkin Spice Latte is great. Although it doesn't agree with my Paleo diet, I do indulge on my cheat days. Located at Kahala mall, you can't but not stop in once you smell the aroma of the over roasted beans.

I really like this Starbucks location out of all the Starbucks locations that I've been to. I frequent Starbucks, and even Starbucks kiosks, but Kahala is by far the best. Even if Kapahulu is right down the street from me. The pricing is like any average Starbucks location, and they never have "run out" of anything important like milk, or cream, or other ingredients (and I visit them like every other day, if not, at least 4 times a week). They make drinks up until the very last minutes of closing, which I think is impressive. Some Starbucks just say "we're closed", 15 minutes before they actually are scheduled to be closed. The baristas at Kahala are super friendly, efficient, and faster than most places. They remember your name, your drink, and even try to make conversation with you sometimes. Even when there's a crowd, they get the drinks out really pretty fast. They are also all about the customer. A woman knocked over a glass cup once, and one of the guys immediately said "Don't pick it up! We'll do it!" out of concern for safety, as well as care for the customer, not once hinting or asking for any type of payment for the broken cup. This location is always crowded, and we all know why. They're just REALLY good!

One of my favorite Starbucks on the island though there is always a line, I like the way they brew coffee and the workers are very polite. I enjoy their little snack plate with grapes, a boiled egg and a bagel for a quick and healthy snack on the go. Did I mention it's cheap too?!! Caramel Macchiato and I'm set to start another day of work. I like when they have sales on coffee cups and mugs, really good deals! It's a very convenient location right at the entrance to the mall that I feel like I'm always at. They open early which is great for days that I have to go into the office at the crack of dawn so I can get my much needed coffee fix to help me get through the day!

Cliff Notes: Consistently good drinks and fast service no matter how long the line is. Service: These baristas are awesome! Friendly, fast, and competent...the killer trio of starbucks barista qualities. These guys have it! When you come here regularly, they hook you up with the fast service...you don't even have to say your drink. My brother even has a drink named after him. Drinks: Good and always right. I can only really speak of the ice coffee. I think they actually do brew their ice coffee every morning because it doesn't have that bitter, kick-in-the-face flavor as some other starbucks-es. It's smooth and delicious. Noms! All in all, one of the better starbucks-es on the island!

I heart this Starbucks :) Four stars because the staff here are always friendly & quick. To be honest I am not a fan of Starbucks brand coffee...but I do admire that the flavors of drinks are generally consistent throughout various establishments, even across international borders. There is a certain measure of comfort knowing what to expect. This location can get very busy especially when schools start, & it is often times hard to find a table or chair. But the great thing is free unlimited wifi & possibly the only place in Kahala Mall where you can plug in for electricity.

Every time wifey wants to come to the mall, I want 2 things: a pretzel, and a drink--yes, that kind of drink. But as I'm in public, this place offers a dry solution. Over the holidays, I was mostly getting the holiday flavored lattes, but my awesomely frugal wifey had me try an americano with a flavor shot (gingerbread or pumpkin) and it was much cheaper and still mighty tasty. Today, I needed a pick-me-up and we got a lil' something from Whole Foods and then got an americano with a shot of hazelnut (2 pumps). I added my usual splenda and 1/2&1/2, and for some reason, today's drink was DELICIOUS! It was rich and full of body and flavor. It was so good today, I felt compelled to yelp about it. I'm gonna go look for that 1 particular barista every time I go!

Definitely the best Starbucks location. It's quick, efficient, and customer service is top notch. I get treated the same great way whether I'm ordering six drinks for the family, or just one drink for myself. Honestly, I think it's the staff that makes this location -- definitely a cut above. The best part? They're open till 12am Mon-Sat now! The crappy part? Kahala Mall is SUPER busy nowadays so it's nearly impossible to get parking on peak days.

The only Starbucks on the island that gives me TWO cups when I order a coffee. What could be more wasteful than doubling everyone's coffee cups and putting a sleeve on them. Seriously guys! We won't burn our fingers... that's why there is a sleeve. STOP BEING SO WASTEFUL! The line is always super long. They often run out of the coffee I want, which means I have to wait for a new brew... when I am decaffeinated, grumpy and in a rush. GRRRRR!! If it weren't the closest cup of strong coffee to my house, I'd never visit.

I've been spending a ridiculous amount of time here over the last year as I study for some exams. It's always busy, but the staff is very much on their game. Don't be intimidated if there is a long line, it moves very quickly. If you're looking to score one of the coveted tables near the electrical outlets, you need to come early. Come by 7:30am to be safe, by 8:00 you are pretty much out of luck. When you get hungry, you can also troll for samples at Whole Foods. The Panini place in Kahala Mall (about 30 steps away) serves KC Waffle Dogs!

I remember back in the day.....(okay I'm not that old, or I like to think so) but teenagers didn't hang out and meet friends at a coffee joint. Wow I make it sound so European. I remember the days when we all hanged out at Zippy's over Ice Cream Parfait. Now these young kids all meet at Starbucks for hot/cold beverages, company, people watching and working on computer and ipod. Well actually us grown ups like to go there too for a pick me up drink and to meet clients. Sorry need to remind myself I'm still young. Geez I better stop before I sound like an old fuddy duddy like Mr. Wilson from Dennis the Menace. Great atmosphere for client meetings with air condition and soothing music. The drinks ahhhhh the drinks. I love my frapps, flavored chai teas but I especially love those Limited Time Drinks especially during the holiday season. Everytime I get my Pumkin or Egg Nog Latte I know the holiday season is here. Okay I'll be honest not a big fan of the Egg Nog but its tradition and I always order it. Cue the Christmas music....... Kahala Starbucks.....well not to sound bias but if you have Kahala in the front of your name it should be a nice location right. I must say yes it is. So this Kahala Starbucks doesn't disappoint. Everytime my day sucks I head to starbucks

Open @ 4AM on the weekdays & spacious place for lounging--in/out doors. Now, if only Whole Foods next door could open by 5ish, life would be perfect.

This is probably one of the better Starbucks on the island. The baristas are more than competant and they get my drink right 9/10 times. The only times it's been wrong has been because the proportion of milk in my iced coffee was off. Other than that, make friends with the baristas, they'll hook it up without having to say a word.

Love this place it's my home away from home, the seating can be limited but people come and go so I never see it as an issue. Great place to sit, relax, study or even just talk with a friend. And it's in a mall, walk off ll your coffee calories and shop after ^.^

I just stopped by the Kahala Mall Starbucks and noticed that they were closed. Oddly, the sign said "Starbuck Closure" due to emergency plumbing repair. Are they permanently closed or are they temporarily closed? If they are temporarily closed, when are they expected to reopen?

I love this Starbucks! 9 times out of 10 I'm in and outta there in five minutes with my iced grande quad caramel macchiato. Staff work quickly and are very friendly. You make my day, Starbucks!!

THE BEST STARBUCKS EVER!!!!!!!!!! They are awesome here, they pretty much all know me by name and what I drink!!!! Sometimes I come in and my coffee is waiting for me at the register!!!! They are fast and efficient, maybe that's why this is the busiest Starbucks on the island!!!!!!! Only thing I wish they always had spinach feta wraps, but sometimes that's how it goes.

I'm soooooo glad they spent the few days to remodel and take out that pesky third register. Hey, if you don't open it when lines are fourteen deep at 8 a.m., you might as well get rid of it!!! LMAO I've lived and travelled all over the U.S. This one is not the best, but not the worst, either. Friendly enough, but seemingly unaware and/or uncaring about long lines. Heads bowed down or face forward, cashiers never look to their left to see/acknowledge the building line. They MAY open the second register; they may not. Not sure there are understood criteria to opening that second register. No one multitasks. Baked goods guy doesn't do much else. If no one orders anything from his case he stands around. Lol Needs a change in management or, at the very least, better leadership in SINCERE friendly and speedy service. Agree with other poster...wasteful on second paper cup AND cardboard sleeve. Sometimes go to Whole Foods for brewed locally grown coffee beans.

The line @ Kahala SB is always long, but the staff is super nice. While waiting for my drink along with at least 12 other people, I did noticed they do mess up on drinks more than often than other SB. The good thing is they're always quick to fix with no questions asked.

I think I first went to this one in 1998 and for years it was an almost daily experience. Overall, this is one of the better Starbucks. It's changed a lot over time, both in staff and furniture. Most of the time it is really good. If you are lucky, DEB will be there when you stop by. She has been there since the beginning and is an absolute gem!!! I give this place one extra star for her alone.

i feel like the workers at this starbucks were bimbos. don't speak to me in that valley girl talk. they didn't mess up my drink order so that was good.

i can't believe this starbucks only has 4 reviews! this is the best starbucks on the island. the staff is super friendly and strives to remember all their regulars by name. and they do! i go here nearly everyday (aside from those days i feel guilty about my latte lifestyle and make my espresso at home) because i work in the area and i am always greeted by name and with a smile and get my drink quickly and efficiently. i also appreciate when they make me feel special by offering me an extra shot for free ;). nick is my favorite barista, he takes the time to listen to my changes in my order (sometimes i switch it up) and he is ALWAYS nice. the guy never seems to have a bad day! or at the very least he doesn't show it. great customer service is hard to come by these days and this starbucks has it down to an art. i think it has a lot to do with the manager, lisa, who is also consistently great with her customer service.

Another 5 star experience this morning! Super friendly baristas, especially since the line is long as usual... but boy, do they know how to jam and move the line quickly! Reason for updating my review: female barista at register, so warm and welcoming! Male barista with bow tie who was cleaning milk/cream station... smile from ear to ear, kind, and friendly! Told him this was my favorite Starbucks! And he genuinely thanked me. He brought out fresh creamers anf wiped everything down. They know what they're doing at this Kahala Starbucks ... and doing it right!

"Bolo head" is slang in Hawaii for bald. Often used in a derogatory manner. An employee at the Kahala Mall Starbucks Hawaii wrote this on my cup to describe me instead of my name. Pretty unprofessional! I snapped a photo of the cup with the description written on it. Thought people should know some employees are doing this to customers.

The Starbucks at Kahala Mall is the location I patronize the most. I find the staff is always friendly and efficient. The baristas are always experienced. The areas with the cream, sugar, napkins, etc. (there are 2) are kept clean and well stocked. This Starbucks always seems to be busy but the line moves regardless. As a bonus, I don't see the crackheads that hang around other locations.

First off when I went in I was the only one there so there shouldn't have been anything messed up! I ordered two skinny cafe lattes and a a coffee with half and half. The only coffee that came with a cardboard sleeve to protect against heat was the coffee. I didn't taste them because I figured they made them correct. So when I brought them back to work for my employees and myself we tasted them and the skinny cafe lattes were completely wrong. They are supposed to be made with sugar free syrup.

I usually go to this location during evening hours and I'm never disappointed. Barista/Managers, Alex or Steven, are always there and always take care. Close to 3 years ago I worked in the mall and every night after our store closed I would stop by before I went to my car. After a while they knew my drink, never got it wrong, and had it waiting for me before I even stepped foot in the store. Over the past 3 years I would stop by maybe once every few months or when I had to spend a late night doing homework (thank you for staying open till 12). Till this day both baristas remember my drink to the tee! I tell you that is what keeps me coming back to this place, customer service at its finest. Keep up the great work Alex and Steven, I appreciate the both of you so much!

Well since Yelp had to remove my review after making a mistake merging the new drive thru business page with this one, I guess it's time for me to update my review of this Starbucks. This is one of the more crowded Starbucks locations. There seems to always be a line, and it's usually difficult to find a place to sit inside the cafe. Luckily, there is plenty of seating outside and by the fountain. The only junky thing is that kahala mall won't allow you to charge your electronic devices. So if you're low on battery, cross your fingers you'll get a spot inside Starbucks OR stalk the tables like a hawk. I like this location in particular because the baristas are nice and fast. They also seem to be better stocked than other Starbucks locations in terms of snacks and food options. If you're wanting something a little more substantial, there are a bunch of healthy options (whole foods, aloha salads, Grylt) nearby. Now that the drive thru location is open, hopefully this one will be less crowded. I'll continue coming here for late night study sessions. I especially like coming during the holidays for a Starbucks holiday beverage and to sit next to the poinsettia "tree".

Although I am at Kahala Mall weekly, this Starbucks has been lost its appeal for awhile now - but, I went into this Starbucks today and was quickly reminded why I had stopped patronizing this location. Service is always slow here with the majority of partners here not very friendly (there are a couple exceptions) - perhaps, I caught them at the end of their shift? Who knows.... but, when I discovered that this location is now considered in the Waikiki district, that's it - I'll get my Starbucks at another location before coming here.

This is a excellent location to stop and get a cuppa Joe in the morning when you're in a hurry. Bathrooms are clean. This location except credit cards. Believe it or not this location has indoor seating as well as outdoor seating as well as Wi-Fi. Order coffee grab a seat and surf the web!

Despite it being so busy, the staff is pretty efficient. And some of them would actually remember you and your "usual" order. Today, Jessica just totally amazed me. She knows what drink size I wanted, and what coffee choice I like. I didn't expect for her to remember me because I rarely get served by her. But yeah! Stuff like this makes me smile. And I usually don't smile.

i have been coming here for YEARS -- IT HAS BEEN MOSTLY / GENERALLY / USUALLY Great EXPERIENCE of EXCEEDINGLY Courteous manner AND REMARKABLY Detailed oriented service PLUS STRIKINGLY Fast service ( considering how busy it's always ) , however , tonight something is shockingly unpleasant : the apparently NEW and unfamiliar FEMALE fairly tall SELF Claimed SHIFT Manager stopped me taking a Photo; she said it's fr DISTRICT Manager !?? I politely explained that I just wanted to take a Photo of the NEW Cold Brew Coffee to inform my friends ; she STILL Disallowed -- EVEN After I then showed her THOSE Photos @ Facebook and Yelp !!!!!? I then SHARED , explicitly stressed , the Question that what if Customers having Meetings or even Parties here : she STILL insisted that her DISTRICT Manager told her to DISALLOW Photo Taking anymore ???! FOR REAL ? I suggested that they should have a Sign : if you don't let one person taking Photos , but forget or unmindful to let another doing it , there may be Legal problems of Discrimination , harassment , ........... I DON'T believe this is from the DISTRICT Management , probably from an unsophisticated BRANCH new Manager ?????! #

This has to be one of my favorite Starbucks locations! I always receive good and FAST a service here. Today, by the time I put my card back in my wallet and in my purse, my drink was ready! The baristas were friendly, too. Even on other occasions when they were super busy, I didn't have to wait long and they never mess up my drink :)

When I arrived at this location, there was a short line of 5 people ahead of me that moved on in a very orderly and quick manner. Within a minute, my turn had come up. Since I planned to use my soon-to-expire rewards, I wrote down the recipes for drinks from the Secret Menu PRIOR to this visit. Both items were rather complex but, having copied the recipes saved time for the cashiers because they code the cups and charge/account for each ingredient. Yes, I could have just passed my smartphone over but, I figured it's less readable (font size and anti-glare screen) on my device. In the meantime, I noticed a line had formed behind me. I could almost "feel" a sense of impatience from the patrons behind as it took both cashiers to get involved. Oh oh, would I BE THE CUSTOMER who caused a log-jam? Would the customers behind give me a "stink-eye" for delaying their caffeine fix? Thankfully, NOT! From queue control, cashiers, barista to receipt of my order, this crew moves like an exceptionally well-oiled machine! Plus, the 2 drinks were very tasty and well-earned rewards. 5-Stars for Kahala Mall Starbucks' service, efficiency and flavors!

I normally get good service here- come almost every day. Was told (for the first time) that I was not able to get a refill on my black tea lemonade? Only the black tea? One associate said I could pay $.60 for lemonade... I agreed... Once I made it to the cashier she told me something to the effect of "Unfortunately we can't refill the lemonade. Even if you pay. You'll have to buy a whole new drink. It's a policy at this store." Interesting policy...

This is a busy Starbucks but quite an efficient one. Seems better staffed than other busy locations. But maybe it was because it was a Saturday in December and they expected lots of shoppers. Friendly staff, too. Only demerit is the wifi - couldn't even connect.

This Starbucks line is always long but they are fast especially when they have half off frap days . The workers are very nice and friendly compared to some other Starbucks. This is my favorite location to go to. If you need to do work in Starbucks most times there are a couple of seats open if not there are more seats in the mall area.

The coffee is pretty good. I frequent many starbucks locations and this one is good. The only drawback in my opinion, is the crowd in the early morning and holidays. Also, they are already depleted of pumpkin spice latte.

My fave Starbucks location overall. The staff here are very nice, friendly, always remember my drink and I have to say they are the busiest and quickest Starbucks employees ever & on top make the drink right. I've been to several other Starbucks and they are nothing close to this location. The others are very slow at preparing no matter if they are busy or not. Also not everyone is as friendly as the staff here at Kahala. They make a extra effort to be nice and cheerful. I will visit here before I go anywhere on my day off and before work too.

I've been working in the Kahala area for the past two years so this Starbucks has become a daily (sometimes twice!) stop for me. I love the staff in this location; they've all made an effort to get to know me whole doing their job efficiently. Whenever I come in, most of the employees greet me & they remember all my orders. My daily fave is a venti non fat iced caramel macchiato, extra shot of espresso. I also adore the bagels, breakfast wrap, artisan bacon sandwich & the chocolate croissant warmed. That croissant has made many a day better. This location sells a good amount of items such as beans, different cups & brewing machines. My only qualm is that this location is in kahala mall so it is very busy often which leads to limited seating & some long lines. Overall though, this is one of my favorite locations.

Starbucks oh Starbucks! I've been a loyal fan for over a decade. Thank heavens you finally added a rewards program. My new "usual" is their new Caramel Ribbon Crunch frapp. (Uploaded Picture here:) yelp.com/user_local_phot… Otherwise I also love their Caramel Macchiato or Iced Toffee Nut Latte. Kahala Starbucks is the SB to go to. The Baristas there are the friendliest, and hustle to get your drink to you as fast as they can. If it doesn't taste right, they will remake it...and I have never received attitude for it. Because we go here practically every day, they call my hubby, my daughter and myself by first name. They all deserve higher than 5 stars! Mahalo Kahala Mall Starbucks!!

Lots of seats and it opens up into a bright and cheery food court area. Can get crowded as it is the most visible coffee shop in the mall.

What the hell happened to this Starbucks tonight? I used to think so highly of this location because they were always on top of their game when it came to customer service and creating drinks... I walked into this location and ordered a complex drink that included quite a few add-ins. The employee at the cashier didn't even bother to repeat my order back to me and only asked for my name. No interaction and no friendliness whatsoever. I checked my cup later to see if she had gotten my order right and she did, but then... The person who made my drink completely screwed up. I asked for peppermint syrup in my drink and either 1) none were added or 2) the peppermint syrup wasn't fresh and had a stale flavor. My frappucino literally had the stalest taste I've ever had at a Starbucks and I was debating whether or not to just throw it away after the second sip. He didn't even bother to call my name or the drink order out either. All I got was "you could have made the order simpler by saying such-and-such." Really? I'd like to think that this night was just a bad experience and that it doesn't reflect on the quality of this location completely, so I'll leave this update at two stars and hopefully return to a better experience in the future.

First, I love, love, love this Starbucks. Which is why when I find myself venturing to other Starbucks due to convenience, it often leaves me feeling like no other Starbucks could live up to this one. Because of this location, I have high expectations for Starbucks in general. Of course, this place is "poppin" and is usually busy in the afternoons, the mornings, nights; especially since it is located in the "bustling" Kahala Mall. But catch this place in the early morning (and I mean, early as it being still dark out) and it makes for one of the most serene coffee places where you can just sit down, relax, or catch up on some work. Like many of my friends on Yelp have voiced in their reviews, these workers are on it! Efficient, speedy, and oh-so-friendly. I also love that they have this cute little plaque of their customer of the week. Talk about total customer appreciation here. They're even wearing big smiles despite sometimes grouchy customers who haven't had their java yet. LOL. Love this place, can't go wrong with Starbucks ('cept maybe the price, but it's already a given that it's gonna be more on the steep side, but can't complain).

A great location inside of the Mall with an entrance also from the parking lot. In-Store seating as well as tables around the fountain in the Mall. Tables are often busy and taken by people conducting business and bible study groups as well as college classes meeting outside of campus. But there is also bench seating around the fountain as well as tables throughout the Mall and outside. A Jamba Juice is close by, as well as a Whole Foods, Gelato, Aloha Salads and other restaurants. There is also a drive thru Starbucks on the other side of the Mall.

How can any Starbucks be sold out of the Pumpkin Spice Latte for the rest of the season? Stopped by today to enjoy a cup of our favorite fall coffee and were told that they are out for the entire season, unless they can find a sister store to share with. Even worse was the fact that if you know that you are sold out, shouldn't you cover up the item on your menu board. They had another choice covered up already, so it means they have already done this before for a different coffee selection. We waited in the long line for nothing, but a short rehearsed apology from a cashier who was really trying to be nice. It's not the cashier or any counter persons fault. This just goes to show why I no longer visit this location. Will be so happy once they open the new location on the outside of Kahala Mall.

I feel obligated to give the people who work here a good review because they're always giving me the best service. I work in the mall and basically go there every day that I work so I have a good idea of how they usually are service and quality wise. 10/10, will go again.

My story of Starbucks and Spartacus. Yes, really. I like this Starbucks. I mean, I like pretty much all Starbucks, so it's not much of a surprise, but I like this Starbucks a moderate bit. I came in today because I was given a Starbucks card for dog-sitting for a friend's dog, and I'm trying to save on dinero. I was pretty hungry, having been shopping (too much) in the Kahala Mall. It was lunchtime. Does this set the stage enough for you? Anyway, I wandered up to the huge food counter, before the ordering counter. As I got there, a small line formed behind me. I waved the impatient looking young business guy to go ahead of me, as I was eying the sangwiches. (Yes, I know how to really spell it.) I was surprised at the selection (good) during lunchtime. I've been to other SBs that have sold out of most stuff right around lunch, which is sort of a pain. I grabbed a Turkey and Havarti Sangwich, a Greek Yogurt and Honey thing, and a packet of those ridiculously good almonds. I wobbled my way to the counter, after the business guy had given his complex and confusing order to the poor girl behind it. (It was confusing because he was ordering for someone else, and didn't really know what they wanted. She had to call over a manager to figure it out. She was good under fire, though.) The huge sign proclaimed that Starbucks had the seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latte in. I asked the girl, "Is the Pumpkin Spice Latte awesome, or no?" She smiled, a little embarrassed, and said,"Well, people order it all the time, and really really like it." I was like, "What about you?" She finally admitted, "Meh, I don't like pumpkin. But everyone says it is awesome, so I would get it if you like pumpkin stuff." I was all like, "Sign me up!" So I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte, but with soy, because cow's milk disgusts me. I asked if they had cold water, because I didn't see a bottle, and the nice girl told me that she would just give me a cup of water, and that I didn't have to pay for that. I actually really appreciate that, and told her so. At this point, she asked my name, so she could write it on the cup. I said, MY NAME IS SPARTACUS. She didn't get it. She just said, "Okaaaay. Uh, how do you spell that, Spartacus?" She knew that I was joking, but she was too darn young to get it, I guess. I figured it would be better when the drinks came out, and that was really the point at which I wanted the true awesomeness to happen. The water came out first. "I have a Venti Water for...Spartacus? Spartacus! Ahahhaha!" Nice! Also, there was a distinguished gentleman, waiting for his latte, who initially blanched, then cracked up. I waited to see if anyone would say "I am Spartacus," but no one did, so I did, and picked up my water. The girl slinging drinks (I know she's a barista, but I like "drink-slinger" better) was cracking up, and when the Pumpkin Spice Latte came out, she was laughing to hard to really call it out well. I heard a choked out, "Here's your Pumpkin Spice Latte, Spartacus!" The gentleman came up as he left and gave me a metaphorical "high five." But that's it. Oh, well. I guess I will have to try that again. I just had awesome images of everyone in the entire Starbucks jumping to their feet, proclaiming that THEY, were, in fact, Spartacus. Maybe one day. ---- On the food/drinks: The Pumpkin Spice Latte with soy milk was really frickin' good. A bit sweet for me, so maybe I'll try to have them tone it down next time, but it really was good. Very smooth, not too pumpkiny, and the perfect hotness for drinking--that "ow but yes" temperature, you know? The Turkey and Havarti sangwich was good, and something made it just a bit tangy. I meant to only eat half of it...but I ate the whole thing. It was really good for being "pre-packaged," and tasted like something I would make at home, if I weren't lazy. The Almonds were ridiculously delicious. I don't know what they do to them, but they are so good, it's crazy. Oh, and the little cranberry pieces in there were good, too. The Greek Yogurt with Honey thingy is OFF THE CHAIN. If you have never had one, go to Starbucks and get one. They sell out of those, sometimes. The honey cuts the bitterness of the Greek yogurt, and the Granola they give you with it makes it into a smooth, sweet (but not too sweet), crunchy delicious-ness. Victoria approved. ------- My tip: Expect a short wait...and of you are eying a table, jump on it! It can be hard to get one at peak times. Oh, and if you have better luck with the whole Spartacus thing, let me know. :-D

This starbucks I've been a custom to coming here. Not only it's located in the mall they have seating within their space with additional seating outside and inside the mall. What a great location where their won't be worrying about parking.

So I travel the island in search of greatness and today I am resting at Kahala Mall. Soon to bee my permanent place of business, this location offers direct access to the mall and whole foods with all the usual comforts of a Starbucks. Great energy, a bit noisy but that is to be expected in a mall. Kahala simply has a different flavor then any other. The people here better fit my target market and therefore this location is the tip of the spear. Not a fan of the plans to relocate to a free standing building across the parking lot but I isn't the end of the world. Be sure to get here early if you want a seat the line is way out there and it is only 8:15 am. Almost forgot, no soft seats but the location makes up for it.

This is a great location and staff always efficient. I wonder how new location will be as they are building by Macy' s parking lot. Anyway, Starbuck's is a leader in business by treating their employees generously and fairly with healthcare and tuition aid. So, isn't it nice to patronize one of the good guys of business.
Blue M.
For some weird reason, this place has a line out the door on weeknights at 9pm. The employees here aren't as snobby as other Starbucks so that's a plus.
(4)Lesley S.
(5)T. L.
Prices keep going up, but gotta get my fix b4 work. Service here is both pleasant and friendly. Lines move pretty quickly and the drinks are consistent.
(3)Robert P.
Place is full of really nice employees. Always helping out. And the actual place is my favorite Starbucks because of the room. Make sure to visit this location.!!
(5)Leslie S.
This is the best Starbucks. Despite being so busy the staff are super efficient and the line moves fast. Barrista's are always friendly and make an effort to connect with the customers. Make mine Starbuck's
(5)Brian M.
(5)Darin O.
(4)Priscilla V.
Starbucks is always busy, especially during the morning and lunch time. This place know how to keep fast pace, they get your drinks out within the first 5 minutes no matter how busy they are!
(5)Debbie R.
I HEART Starbucks. . . sorry, can't give em less than 5 stars.
(5)Teresa L.
(4)Michael C.
(4)Kim M.

Hibiscus refreshers, 5-pk get a coupon for 50% off, just ask!..green tea too! Employees are always fantastic, only problem everyone hangs out here, seats are hard to come by... Air conditioned, clean, not too noisy.

Emi H. calls this Starbucks, Kahala-Buck, I like to call it "WHAT-THE-BUCK" because if I worked here i would be saying that ALL THE TIME..

I absolutly love the team here, they always know what I want and make it with a smile

Koa is a rockstar!! Line was backing up and he took over with getting those drinks out!! He told me thank you for waiting, I hope your drink is yummy and ill see you next time hon!!! Wait time wasn't long after he took over.
(5)Kim S.

(4)Iwalani D.
(4)Sherylynn S.
(4)Jenn T.

Finally getting my Blond brew.. Dark and french roast hides the true quality of the coffee.

(4)Lisa M.
This Starbucks is deceiving. The line is almost always out the door, but the line moves fast. I love how happy and professional they are and want to give special props to DC. She was so smiley and helpful, she made this coffee buying experience a pleasant one.
(4)Brian A.
(3)Shanisse I.

(5)Margaret D.

(5)Raych D.
(5)Buzzy L.
Service was wonderful, the Moach coffee was toooo muuuch chocolate syrup in the cup at the bottom. was too thick -Tooooo sweet. Even after I stir with the stick ,it was still very thick. very thick. Most times it was ok. Need less chocolate syrup!!!!
(3)Darcy K.
Reasons why this Starbucks is better than the one in Barnes and Noble: 1. There are outlets. 2. People leave you the hell alone 3. Better at toasting bagels... for some odd reason. 4. Nicer employees. Right on
(3)Jamm K.

(5)Sam B.
(4)Mari S.
(5)jay c.
Really?

Rating: 4/5 Date(s) visited: 2/28/2011, many times. Although there was a long line, this particular Starbuck's really knows how to get people in and out the door.
(4)Scott K.
I'm a frequent visitor to Starbucks, the Pumpkin Spice Latte is great. Although it doesn't agree with my Paleo diet, I do indulge on my cheat days. Located at Kahala mall, you can't but not stop in once you smell the aroma of the over roasted beans.
(4)Krys Y.
(5)Jean P.
(4)Jermy D.
(4)Cheryl S.
Love this Starbucks! Employees and service are just awesome...plus they know my drink as soon as i walk in :-)
(5)Mark W.
Standard Starbucks... Next to the apple store, whole foods, and open corridor to the mall with lots of seating. Make sure to stop by Saturday morning for the senior tai chi / stretching classes :)
(3)Reilynn Y.
(4)Gene K.
(4)Just B.
(5)Amanda M.
(1)Jason S.
My one stop for late night coffee no matter how far out of the way it is. The staff is always cheerful and friendly, which is always a plus!
(4)Kenny L.
(4)Cy C.
(4)Michelle O.
Open @ 4AM on the weekdays & spacious place for lounging--in/out doors. Now, if only Whole Foods next door could open by 5ish, life would be perfect.
(4)Jessie D.
This is probably one of the better Starbucks on the island. The baristas are more than competant and they get my drink right 9/10 times. The only times it's been wrong has been because the proportion of milk in my iced coffee was off. Other than that, make friends with the baristas, they'll hook it up without having to say a word.
(4)Kristal G.
Love this place it's my home away from home, the seating can be limited but people come and go so I never see it as an issue. Great place to sit, relax, study or even just talk with a friend. And it's in a mall, walk off ll your coffee calories and shop after ^.^
(5)J L.
I just stopped by the Kahala Mall Starbucks and noticed that they were closed. Oddly, the sign said "Starbuck Closure" due to emergency plumbing repair. Are they permanently closed or are they temporarily closed? If they are temporarily closed, when are they expected to reopen?
(4)Erika R.
I love this Starbucks! 9 times out of 10 I'm in and outta there in five minutes with my iced grande quad caramel macchiato. Staff work quickly and are very friendly. You make my day, Starbucks!!
(5)Nelle H.
(5)David C.
(2)Joyce K.
The line @ Kahala SB is always long, but the staff is super nice. While waiting for my drink along with at least 12 other people, I did noticed they do mess up on drinks more than often than other SB. The good thing is they're always quick to fix with no questions asked.
(4)R K.
(4)Nicole K.
i feel like the workers at this starbucks were bimbos. don't speak to me in that valley girl talk. they didn't mess up my drink order so that was good.

i can't believe this starbucks only has 4 reviews! this is the best starbucks on the island. the staff is super friendly and strives to remember all their regulars by name. and they do! i go here nearly everyday (aside from those days i feel guilty about my latte lifestyle and make my espresso at home) because i work in the area and i am always greeted by name and with a smile and get my drink quickly and efficiently. i also appreciate when they make me feel special by offering me an extra shot for free ;). nick is my favorite barista, he takes the time to listen to my changes in my order (sometimes i switch it up) and he is ALWAYS nice. the guy never seems to have a bad day! or at the very least he doesn't show it. great customer service is hard to come by these days and this starbucks has it down to an art. i think it has a lot to do with the manager, lisa, who is also consistently great with her customer service.

Great drive thru service!! Always busy.. Weekends are good but need to come early if u are going drive thru. They have a window on the other side of u don't want to go drive thru.
(5)Eric M.
This is a busy Starbucks but quite an efficient one. Seems better staffed than other busy locations. But maybe it was because it was a Saturday in December and they expected lots of shoppers. Friendly staff, too. Only demerit is the wifi - couldn't even connect.
(4)Tiffany M.
This Starbucks line is always long but they are fast especially when they have half off frap days . The workers are very nice and friendly compared to some other Starbucks. This is my favorite location to go to. If you need to do work in Starbucks most times there are a couple of seats open if not there are more seats in the mall area.
(5)Daniel N.
The coffee is pretty good. I frequent many starbucks locations and this one is good. The only drawback in my opinion, is the crowd in the early morning and holidays. Also, they are already depleted of pumpkin spice latte.
(4)Mindy H.
(5)Brigitte S.

(5)Ax C.

The best and most friendliest STARBUCKS!! I'm always here!! They listen and understand your order.

(4)Curtis H.
I LOVE KAHALA MALL STARBUCKS! They did drink with pizazz and the employees were friendly especially during the early evening.
(4)Leon H.
Great location at Kahala Mall for staying out late and just chilling. Not that many people but its wide open with seating outside and inside. They also just switched to TIVANA tea. So go check it out.

See Lindsay she is the best... So kind to us gotta have coffee... Best ever amen thank her for us!

(5)Bonnie M.
This is a great location and staff always efficient. I wonder how new location will be as they are building by Macy' s parking lot. Anyway, Starbuck's is a leader in business by treating their employees generously and fairly with healthcare and tuition aid. So, isn't it nice to patronize one of the good guys of business.
