McDonald's really is a normal McDonald's - except for the location. You know something is wrong when the front door is located on the front of the building when it is on a McDonald's - Notice almost always on purpose the doors on a McDonald's are always on the sides and never facing the front counter like normal restaurants. Why? so that you don't get discouraged by seeing a line. So when the door is on the front then you do know that there is something so wrong with the location that the land itself that it is placed on has some flaw. That is what is up with this location. This McDonald's has a hard time with people trying to get in and park or get in and go through the drive through. The space is on a busy street. Be ready at rush hours for a hard time parking or drive through. It is located near both Catholic and normal public schools - so there can be a rush when students get out of school for their meal before tutoring/ sports/ or other normal activities. So be warned. There is normal self serve drinking soda machine like in typical McDonald's. Service is typical McDonald's. Food is typical McDonald's. Bathroom is typical McDonald's. Seating is typical McDonald's- and things can happen that you want to take take out. Menu is typical McDonald's. Other than the location and streetwise issues its typical McDonald's.

Im here all the time. Dont judge me. Its 2 minutes away from my house and my... daughter loves happy meals. Sadly, this is the worst McDonalds location on the island in my opinion. My order is incorrect nearly 80% of the time. I wish I could say I was exaggerating, but unfortunately Im not. Take last night for example. I ordered a large coke, large iced tea and a small fries. Seems easy enough right? Nope! There was a total of maybe 3 cars in the drive through and only 2-3 people actually in the restaurant... yet, I was given a large DIET coke and the chick forgot my fries. She hands me the drink and says, "Thank you, come again!". Um, fries?? There were clearly more employees working than there were customers ordering yet somehow my order was too difficult. What gets me heated the most is the attitude you get when you complain. Excuse me? Dont take that accusatory tone with me like it was MY fault you cant do the simple task of putting french fries in a bag. I hate this McDonalds, but I hate myself more for continuing to go here because its convenient. Bottom line... check your bags before you drive/walk away and if youre planning on complaining be prepared to be told that its YOUR fault they forgot the ketchup. When is Yelp going to make negative stars an option?

Closest Mcdonalds to the Hilton Hawaiin Village (where I usually stay) All I can say is Portuguese Sausage, Egg, and Cheese sandwich for breakfast, and Haupia Pies. Why doesn't the mainland do like a, "around the world" special, where they features items from other McDonalds they don't offer normally? I'd be in everyday.

They really need to put a menu that you can see before you order! I hate to keep the person behind me waiting for me to look, at the menu to see what I want I am talking about the drive throw

OMG, I eat at this place WAY too much. But it is convenient since it is on my way to work. They remodeled this place about 2 years ago and it is a bit nicer than the old building. There are couple of things about this McDonald's to know. First, they don't have much parking and second, during the busy times of the day the drive-through stretches out on to Waialae Avenue. Even if you do find parking, if you there are right before school or right after school the place is packed with high school kids from Sacred Heart or Saint Louis. Typically, in the morning if there is only room for one car to get in the drive through line before you hit Waialae Avenue that means 7-10 minutes sitting in line. Sometimes I don't mind since I'm sitting in the comfort of my own car, but plan for that if you are running late for work. Kudos to McDonald's also for adding specialty items, but PLEASE bring BACK the chocolate dip cone! I could eat those every day!

I often wonder what I'll be like when I'm a Senior. Will I be jet setting around the world with my man servant Alejandro? Will I be exiled in a home care facility cursing my ungrateful children? Or will I be at the Kahala McDonald's kickin' it with the 65 and older crew? This place is Seniors central in the mornings and it's often so full that my kiddies and I can't find seats for the three of us. We'll run into McDonald's when Mommy dearest hits the snooze button one too many times and I run out of time to cook breakfast. So we'll run to this McDonald's to have hotcakes and sausage. I know it's not the healthiest of meals but it's better than nothing at all! But considering the nutritional value of fast food, nothing at all could possibly be a healthier alternative. One time I listened to a group of Seniors discuss Amsterdam and its infamous red light district. It's like listening to your grandparents talk about sex. You just don't need to hear this and you'd almost rather go deaf or suffer from instant amnesia. Thank the Lord my kiddies were busy talking to their hotcakes or else I would have had to scold the seniors for being X-rated before noon in a place built to make small children turn into obese adults. Is nothing sacred anymore? Service is typical McDonald's but definitely not the best I've had. McDonald's sure has everything down to a science and I am always fascinated by their ability to make almost everything idiot proof. They may be making us obese but boy they sure are efficient at doing it. I'm waiting for the day they renovate this McDonald's because its due for an overhaul and wish they would turn the old Kahala bowl into a Lucky Strike bowling alley. Nothing I enjoy more than bowling, McDonald's cones and dropping in on Seniors talking about prostitution.

It's McDonald's in the heart of Kaimuki town. Its one of the two McDonald's closest to me, the other being next to Kahala Mall. At the juncture of Waialae Ave and Palolo Ave, you can see it driving up and down on your commute towards town - unless you get stuck on the H-1 Westbound. Bus route #1 will take you here, so its all good. Breakfast items are always king with me, since breakfast burritos are #1 in my book and just $1. It's always nice to see the McDonald's staff running around nuts trying to give the morning commuters what they want. While its not the ideal place to eat healthy, the portion control idea helps with the $$. At least with breakfast. I don't come to McDonald's normally for lunch, which is a great thing. Breakfast, however, is a sometimes good when you're on the go and need something to quiet the stomach rumbling and you're half asleep on the way to work.

Man oh man. I don't know what happened to this place. This McDonald's used to be my favorite on the island. Service was pretty good and I hardly got any errors. Well, recently things have really gone down hill. Last week, I had an event at school so the family and I had to grab a quick dinner to go from McDonald's. Decided to order inside. We ordered a large fries, Filet O Fish meal, and 2 Chicken McNugget Happy Meals. Waited for a while and the cashier ushered me over to hand me my order. I was running a little late so I didn't do a quick check. Sheesh, the one time I don't check, was the worst screw up of my order ever! The workers failed to put in the Chicken McNuggets into the 2 Happy Meals and they did not put in my large fries! My poor children were still hungry after. What a rip off! There have been other times where they have messed up an order like a milkshake that took 20 minutes to make from the drive through. The early morning crew is better and more organized. But, the mid day to evening shift workers are pretty disorganized and slow. They really gotta get it together.

  • Dave T.

They seem to serve people based on race. While I'm patiently waiting in line (5 employees just standing around with a line of guests), a homeless local boy just walks up to the counter and they take his order. They don't like white people here. The buns and meat were also very stale, low quality even for McDonalds. I thought they had a standard time limit they would let the food sit under the heat lamp.

Don't go...orders always wrong. Not a happy place. Not worth the stress you'll experience if you go. Don't go.

Joseph T. Went to McDonald's (Kaimuki, Honolulu) on Monday night. Took teri-burger home and while eating it bit on some kind of bone fragment or stone or something. Split my teeth all the way below the gum-line to the root. Now need to pay to extract tooth per dentist x-ray. Went back yesterday to talk with manager. She says I can file a claims if I want but since no receipt and/or "stone" will probably not get anywhere with claim. (multi-billion dollar company...shame). Oh, well time to pay for my tooth extraction and move on...

Great location of McDonalds specially with someone like KALO. She is really nice and helpful, she has natural smile all the time on her face. The reason I didn't give 5 star is because of outlet, there was no outlet to charge my laptop or cell phone but the wifi is great.

this is the worst excuse for a mcdonald's i've ever been to. i live nearby and like to eat the food often, but it's almost not worth it. i've visited enough to know the so-called line is chaos, with no structure and all confusion (one of the photos on this page reflects this). the staff is painfully slow, often gets orders wrong, and becomes obstructive or rude when presented with complaints. as other reviewers have pointed out, neither staffers nor managers apologize for any of these problems. literally not ever have i heard an apology. seriously? this morning, i waited more than 10 minutes for my breakfast order (one person, one meal, no substitutions or special orders). as i waited, i saw a staffer behind the counter pick up a tray from the floor and place it on a counter workspace where food was being prepped. that is completely not okay. my long wait, btw, only ended when i asked about my order--which it turned out had not even been started yet, although order numbers higher than mine were being called. (was an apology forthcoming? uh, no.) i really don't understand why this mcdonald's is so terrible. i have complained numerous times over two years of bad experiences, both to the staff in the store and to corporate headquarters. although headquarters is responsive and apologetic, my concerns with the specific store don't seem to be addressed. it's as if the standards for service are nonexistent in this bermuda's triangle of a mcdonald's. wow, i never thought i'd have such strong feelings (positive or negative) about a fast-food chain. i only go here when i *really* want the food--it is only an exercise in frustration to visit more than once a week or so. you can do better, mcd's. i've seen it...everywhere but here.

It's a McDonald's. They are all almost exactly the same. They have "upgraded" the inside of this one a few years ago. But, the drive through line is still insanely long many times of the day. I usually stop in the drive through early in the morning for breakfast. At that hour , the drive through is pretty quick. But, a couple of words of advice. - If you want ketchup or salsa or whatever, don't assume. Ask for it. - Check your items BEFORE you drive away. About 25% of the time, mine is wrong.

Came here to use the BankOH atm since the one farther up waialae at the 7-11 was out of order. Surprise surprise, the atm at this McDonalds was out of order too. The pineapple mango smoothie definitely helped ease the situation. I think it might be better than Jamba even....

It's a modernized McDonald's and a lot of the old folks like to hang out there fo talk story. There's a busy drive-through. Not much to say about the food; it's the same no matter which one you go to. The décor is nice and the best part is it has some free AT&T WiFi for your iPhone if you need an email or TXT message fix with your Big Mac to keep from using your 3G data credits.

Hooray for Hawaii MacDonalds for continuing to cook their apple pies in the deep fryer! I bet you didn't know that fact! Otherwise if you wanted that treat deep fried, you'd have to travel outside the US to find it. The other 49 states are unfortunate to have only baked versions! Better yet is the occasional special pies that rotate onto the menu throughout the year. Currently taro pies are available (sometime starting in November to February is my guess) and haupia (coconuts) is during the summers!

Stopped off at McDonald's last week during my lunch break to get a quick bite before having to go back to work. Parked and went inside because the drive-thru line was all the way out to the main road and then some. The line inside was quick and the total time I spent there was less than 10 minutes. When I got back to my room and took out my food, low and behold, my fruit and walnut salad's best if consumed by date read the date from two days ago; luckily my side salad was okay. A bit concerned, I decided to take the salad back to McDonald's before going back to work. Again, I parked and walked inside. A girl named Nadine took my complaint and I overheard her talking with the manager (Tiffany). All the manager did was check to see if the other salads in the refrigerator were expired (which they were) and told the girl to just replace my salad with a new one from the back stock. The girl went to their storage refrigerator in the back and exchanged my expired salad for a new one. What really threw me in this experience was the fact that the manager was standing in front of me and didn't even offer an apology (nor a free french fries or something to compensate for their mistake of not keeping up to date on their stock). As of now, I am very concerned as to whether their other ingredients and pre-made/packaged foods are expired as well, and have concluded that I will NOT order anything that does not have a consume by date on it from this McDonald's.

It's cool that they give you a free sandwich when ordering an extra value meal when mentioning the malamacard.com -1 star for not offering .89 or .99 soda every day (they only offer on fri/sat)

Usually go to the drive thru once or twice a month on my off day for lunch. The line is usually out to Waialae but moves fast. They have a person outside taking orders to help speed things up. Sometimes when I want to go inside to avoid the long line in drive thru the parking lot is full.

Even though both the husband and I work in Kaimuki, we often find ourselves here on the weekend when we're not at work. While it's your standard McDonald's, it is cleaner than most. Also, finding someone who speaks English at this place is harder than finding an ounce of gold in California. However, the parking is a little tight and really hard to find during rush hour or any time in the early morning when senior citizen mobs are in full swing. You would think that they had an early morning senior citizen special by how many of Kaimuki's elderly hang out here at 8. Another positive for my husband though is their drink fountain... yay for changing up your drink mid meal :).

I was in town waiting for a friend to get home, I had a mean craving for fries!!!!! Its a cool looking place since the updated renovations, a lot nicer. What can I say about McD's than the fries are always the best and the coke has its own taste that jack and those other places, addicting.

Palolo...that word alone conjures many different images, one of which is probably NOT McDonald's. However, right up the street on Waialae and Palolo avenue there stands the Golden Arches. They've been there FORever. I am always impressed by the good nature of their employees that work there. The cleanliness leaves a little to be desired, but then again, it's McDonald's. I'm sure everyone is familiar with Mickey D's. Same ol' menu for a majority of the time, with some exceptions, "Taro Pie" anyone? Gross. Anywho, their service and consistency is absolutely spot on. I've never had a Big Mac without two burger patties nor a quarter pounder with cheese without its cheese. Palolo McDonald's, they're bringing se...nah, they're bringing consistency back. Well...no, they've always been consistent so they can't be bringing back something they already are...ah, nevermind, just go there, you don't have to worry about it, it's always the same!

I once called this McDonald's to complain that they didn't include the BBQ sauce that I ordered in addition to my meal to eat with my fries (YUM!). I was that distraught over not having the BBQ sauce. They were really nice about it and apologized. I realized the next day that the excellent workers at McDonald's had indeed given me BBQ sauce, but I was a dumbass and dropped it on the floor of the car without realizing it. Uh, oh, sorry... I like that the people working at this McDonald's seem like normal professionals just working an extra job. They always get my breakfast request right: bacon, egg, and cheese bisquit, on an english muffin instead of bisquit. Try it; you'll like it - it's way less greasy than the bisquit and not too sweet like the McGriddle. ("Not too sweet, not too rancid...")

If one can say "Palolo", then in the same sense, one can easily say "Palolo McDonalds". You know that's the getaway spot when there's not a darn thing in yer house to feed yer kids. Consistent? Maybe a little. Their new thing I H-A-T-E is when you order coffee, they ask you if you want cream and/or sugar and if so, would you like them to put it in for you. THAT'S GROSS! Don't touch my coffee! You don't ask me if I want ketchup on my eggs or shoyu on my rice do you?! NO! SO STOP TRYING TO BE SO DARN CONVENIENT! I don't need you to add yer funk to my coffee. Starbucks don't play dat and Starbucks is the Almighty of the Almighty. I called and asked a manager to stop that because it was only making my conversation with the order taker too long. Which means that the line will just get longer and if you frequent Palolo McDonald's, you would know that the busiest times are morning and lunch. I frankly can't stand McDonald's but because it's too close to my house, it's too easy to choose to eat there when I'm being indecisive. BUT, if you're craving McDonald's you gotta support PALOLO SIDE, BRAH!

I enjoy coming to this McDonald's whenever I'm in the area. However, I try to avoid the drive thru since no matter what time of the day I come, it's rather busy. Your best bet is to park and walk in. If there is not a wait, I am properly greeted and my order is taken. I am served in a reasonable amount of time (a minute of two), and the food is normally served warm. Drinks are self serve only, which is nice because I can get a refill if I really need one. The dining area is clean, well stocked and lit. I enjoy the value menu and the $1.00 any size drink option the most. All in all, this place serves my needs, my budget, and my time.

I'm hooked on dip cones right now...Aina Haina has them for $1.29, but this one is for $1.69....it was fine. I could go through the drive through and they make it good so it doesn't melt immediately....Kalihi had the biggest one for the same price and so does the McCully McD's...can you tell I'm hooked...until the next obsession hits!

Is it a good day or is it a bad day? This McDonald's is a hit or miss. Sometimes its good and sometimes it's bad. Much like it's drive through line. Sometimes it's 5 minutes sometimes it's 35 minutes. This is supposed to be fast food. There are times where I have upgraded a evm and still end up with a medium fries. They've forgotten certain items. I only go here because it's convenient. Tip: This McDonalds is 24 hours but I heard they don't serve filet or fish after midnight.

  • Chris Y.

I only gave one star for the following reasons: Once in a blue moon they get my order right and once in a blue moon do I get good customer service! The dining area is relatively clean and they are conveniently open 24 hrs. Hold on... Here comes the other reasons: 1. Their customer service sucks. To order something as simple as a number one or even a breakfast burrito seems to be too complex for some of their employees. Be ready to repeat your order 20 times before they get it right.. And by the time they get it right, be prepared to be too frustrated to eat. Hold on there's more... 2. When you get your order. Be prepared to check if everything is correct. 8 out of 10 times they mess it up... And theeeeennnn... 3. When you let them know something is wrong they give YOU attitude even if you let them know nicely!!! I will say... Today's experience was a bit of a mix too. The line was long but their soft drinks machine was broken... So when I left the drive thru and my drink tasted funny. I went back and had to wait. The cashier and the girl at the window apologized. And I got a different drink... The drink again tasted bad!!! If the machine is bad do not keep serving drinks! I even asked what flavors were available before I got the replacement drink. At this point it doesn't seem going back for a damned drink. This McDonalds used to have such good service a few years back... Now I'm not so sure. Back then it was more like 2 out of 10 times might get my order wrong or something... But not as ruude as some of the cashiers are! And last warning... If you plan to go through in the late hours - don't... Save your nerves and go to the one in King Street instead.

I wish I could give NO stars after our experience today. My mom & her husband drove thru here to pick up lunch before coming to my house for a visit. They ordered 5 McChicken burgers, 5 cheeseburgers, a 20pc McNugget & 3 large fries. Sadly they didn't check the bags before leaving & when they got to my house, we were missing the 5 McChicken burgers. My mom called right away to make a complaint & was asked what was missing from her order. When she told the female worker on the phone (I think she said her name was Lorna), she was informed "THATS TOO MUCH STUFF TO BE MISSING". EXCUSE ME???? Are you f***ing kidding me?!?! Are you guys implying we were LYING??? She then proceeded to ask my mom, several times, if she had received THREE bags (my mom had only received two), put us on "hold" twice & then finally asked if we were still in the area. This is the way they run their business yet they think they are entitled to $15+/hr?? We never even received a single apology or admittance that they messed up. I consider myself a regular at this McDonalds & I will NEVER return here & am not ashamed to say I will bad-mouth them to everyone I know.

I've been going to this McDonald's location for many years... It's just convenient! I hardly ever eat McDonald's... But NO FAIL!!! THEY ALWAYS HAVE SOME KIND OF ATTITUDE PROBLEM!!!! Geez...if you hate your job that much, to the point you're a major witch to your patrons, then QUIT!!! I usually order my fries with no salt, for a couple of reasons. 1)It's Fresh! 2)You can control the amount of salt on it! I just left the drive thru and the girl who took my order and collected my money was nice... But, the workers at the pickup counter were very witchy!!! She gave me my ice cream cone without a napkin, then grumbled under her breath when I asked for a napkin! Then when I asked for ketchup and salt with my fries she said out loud, "YOU SAID NO SALT!!!" Omgeeeeee!!! Really?!?!?! I hope management sees these posts??? They really need to do something about their customer service!!!! Oh... And yelp forced me to click a star! I would've left it blank!

I often use the McDonald to grab a cup of morning coffee or some fast simple foods, but this Waialae McDonald seems to be located very inconvenient and busy area. If you drive from West to East bound on Waialae Avenue, No left turn is allowed, and you end up with turning around several blocks down to finally reach to the McDonald. More worse now with the road construction on Waialae ave. I ended up with traffic and wasted more than half hour just for a cup of coffee in rushing morning. Next time, I'll just stop by 7 Eleven which is much closer and convenient to in & out.

Fast service/drive-thru!! :) there were no cars at about 10am but good for us! Ordered some late breakfast we were good to go! They have two lanes for drive-thru for peak busy hours, that's always a good thing.

By far, the best McDonald's in town. They are super busy especially during lunch and after school. However the staff is always friendly, fast and I especially like how the restaurant is always clean with no funky smells like some other locations. The only concern I have is their drive through. It is right off of Waialae and like some others can cause major traffic. Other than that, it's a great, clean location

In a heavy Filipino accent: "good morning, welcome to McDonalds, may I take your order?" me: "Good morning! Can I get an iced coffee with a little white mocha syrup in there please?" Girl at the counter: "Oh, you want the frappe?" Me: "oh, no, I'd like an iced coffee with a little white mocha." Girl: "Okay, so you want the frappe?" Me: "No. Iced coffee please." Girl: "Okay, so you want the frappe?" Me: "Yeah...sure, whatever you're willing to make at this point..." "Okay, thank you." The customer service was spot on. They were delightful, helpful and very responsive... Actually giving me what I wanted, well, that didn't happen. I'm a coffee freak... I begin my day with a nice cup of iced coffee...starting the morning with ice-creamy goodness isn't a great way for me to begin my morning. Especially because I'm slightly lactose-intolerant... Nice people, just don't have high expectations when it comes down to service... :)

Took them 15 minutes for my order which was only 2 "value" meals. There was move than 6 people behind the counter standing there doing nothing. Bad service. It wasn't even fricken busy!

I know it's silly to review a McDonald's, but I've felt compelled to write this for some time now. I go to McDonald's way more than I should. What can I say, I love McD's! But let me tell you, not all McDonald's restaurants are created equal! This particular McDonald's consistently provides good, fast service, and the best McD's experiences I have had (and as I mentioned, I've had way more than I should). The restaurant is always immaculately clean (including their restrooms!), very cool (a bit too cool for me, but perfect for my bf), and even has free Wi-Fi. Since they renovated it, it's super nice and modern too. I also love that all sizes of drinks are $1, with free self-serve refills. Most importantly, my orders are always correct (even in the Drive Thru), and the food is just consistently GOOD. I know that sounds dumb, because shouldn't all McDonald's food be prepared according to standardized operating procedures? I'm sure it should, but it certainly isn't. Maybe I'll write a review for the Manoa one for contrast one day... But this McDonald's always gets it right. My burgers always look picture perfect, the fries are always golden, fresh and crispy, and I always enjoy my meals from this restaurant. I just wanted to put it out there that this McDonald's definitely does it right, and I'm sure that's a credit to their managers (many of whom I've seen there for ages) and better-than-typical McDonald's staff. The workers here operate with a level of professionalism and what seems like pride/enjoyment of their work that I haven't seen at any other McDonald's. I love this McDonald's and hope they keep up this level of service!

Love McDonald's fried I can't lie, but there's always a problem with the line. I think they need to define where to stand and wait in line. Is it one line? Or two? As always mcdonalds food is fast and good tasting. Parking is limited and ime is always long.

Oh how things have changed! I have been going to this McDonald's since I was young. A visit to McDonald's was always a joyous visit as I looked forward to the Happy Meal and the toy that came with it. As I grew older and out of the Happy Meal phase, McD's still became the go to fast food joint of choice when I was looking for something cheap and filling to eat. McDonald's in Hawaii are a different breed to the ones on the Mainland, just like the international stores are different from the American ones. The usual McDonald's items are found here, but there are several items on the menu reflecting the tastes of Hawaii consumers including saimin, taro pie and the Portuguese sausage, eggs and rice breakfast platters. I liked the old store fine. Even kind of cool since they had this transport system that you could see in the dining room, where drive thru meals made in front got transported to the takeout area for distribution. Cut to several years, they tore down the store and rebuilt a new and shiny modernized store that looks like just the one down the street from me. The dining room area of the old store was a bit drab, but the new store is spruced up and more inviting. They even have free wi-fi! This came in really handy on my first day telecommuting from Honolulu. There was something wrong with the connection at home, so I headed here for a couple hours until the issue was resolved. There are a lot of senior citizen regulars here in the morning getting their coffee or tea while conversing with friends. Though it was packed, I was still able to find a space to work from. The only issue that I had with working from here was that I could only find one power plug and it was not working! My battery was drained, so I could not stay long. A visit to a McDonald's in Hawaii is worth visiting just to see the difference between a store there and one on the Mainland U.S. This store now has a coffee shop feel to it that makes it worth visiting to get a drink here while using the free wi-fi.

This is the second day in a row that they have given me the WRONG meal, and no receipt. Yesterday I visited just before 8 am, and they were all talking about the suspected mystery shopper at the drive through. I guess that meant that they could NOT pay attention to us regular customers. I ordered a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit and a Sausage McMuffin with Egg. I got a Sausage, Egg and Cheese biscuit and an Egg McMuffin. I was going to go back and return it, but they did not give me a receipt. This morning, I went through the drive through. I ordered for two people, but only one of the meals was correct. I ordered a Sausage McMuffin with Egg meal. I got a McGriddle. I ordered a coffee with 4 sugars and 6 creams. I got a coffee with an ungodly amount of sugar already put inside for me. The Hash Browns, at least, were right. Again, no receipt to be able to return this. This has got to be the worst run McDonald's on the planet.

I cannot stand this McDonald's! It is bad enough that you are extremely busy and therefore cause traffic because your drive way is overflowing on the road, but the service sucks too! I cannot tell you how many times I order "...and a hashbrown" and they NEVER seem to understand me!? I am like am I saying it wrong or what? I even went there, sat in the ridiculous drive through line (before school) and ordered my hashbrown, and never got it! McDonalds I am very dissapointed in you.

This mcdonalds is shit. My bf and I started playing a game when we go here. It's called "keep a tally of how many consecutive times they mess something up in the order" our record is a perfect 7/7. Needless to say, I drive the extra miles and go out of my way to the kahala mcd's... Not that it's much better...

There is a Coca Cola glass promo right now!!! So if you missed it last time now is the chance to snag a glass! ("Free with the purchase of a large extra value meal") Or you can just buy the glass for $1.99. They have 4 different styles or colors of glasses! As far as the review goes....its just meh. It's McDonald's what is there really to say about food, service and quality? Its just ok in my opinion. Easy, cheap, unhealthy food.

I use to love McDonald's, but in recent years I think they have gone down hill. First they changed there menu and and the look of the restaurant. Now they have a McCafe which serves frapations like Star Bucks. The food is still dry and greasy. But at least they have a healthy menu or some what healthy LOL.

Not great, not good, but ok cheap fast food .... I am a compulsive " sip stealer " when it comes to fountain drinks (sorry 711 you had to find out this way) ..... but at Mickey D's it does not matter .... $1 for any size drink definite bargain and fill em up again when you have bottomed out ! Regrets on the chicken nuggets $5.99 fo 20..... It took me a year to wean the kids from the Happy Meals and now they like the cheeseburger and their fries. I like their coffee and fries. My wife likes their apple pie....
