Good...but not great. The girl who made my burrito mumbled and seemed like she would have rather been doing anything at that moment besides making a burrito. There was practically no wait time though, and plenty of seating. They were also pretty stingy with the chips!

Customer service from the worker ZACH was horrid..I said to go and I got a tray and baskets. I went back back to him and said I ordered to go and he pointed to the bags. Then I was told the counter wasn't a place to package my food when all the tables were filled. So I asked where do I do it then and he replied curtly there and he pointed to the trashcan edge. I left and called the manager to find out his name because his name tag was on the side of his head. And she told me the name ZACH and I filed a complaint with her about the bad service. She (the manager) was sweet and concerned and genuinely sorry for the bad run in and asked if she could do anything to make the stay better. I told her to make sure no one has the same experience as me. And she told me that she would have a talk with him.

Hungry for lunch, I decided on getting a burrito from Moe's while I was the mall. Their food is ok, but what do you expect for mall mexican food. The service also was not the best. They weren't very busy at all and I felt rushed to make a decision. The girl making my burrito did not seem to care about asking me what I wanted in the burrito and I got hardly any chips. She rang me up so fast I didn't even have time to tell her to put it in a bag to go. Needless to say, the food is ok, the service is ok, and I'll probably go back next time I want a burrito.

It is similar to Chipotle, in how you order but is certainly not the same quality or taste wise. I've only ever had the burrito here so I can't comment on anything else. I think they use plain brown rice which is pretty chewy and bland flavored (and in my opinion unusual for a burrito), so be aware if you get beans it might be very tough to swallow. The chicken is kinda 'meh'. Too salty and not much flavor besides what I guess is a vinegar taste which adds to the whole dryness. I liked the chips that come with the burrito, there wasn't too much though. There is a condiment area in the back with salsa, guacamole, etc which is neat because you can go and get more without paying extra, but who knows how long it's been sitting there? Customer service is okay, never had a rude experience or an over the top one. Since it is an eat in joint it could be cleaned up. Employees don't seem to care or want to clean under the table and chairs or the tables themselves for that matter, even if it isn't busy. In my opinion it's an 'ok' place to get a burrito, but not something I'd go out of the way for.

I remember coming here when they first opened at Pearlridge. I can't remember exactly how long that was but over time I've seen some improvements upon this place from their restaurant atmosphere to their food menu. There are many selections that you can choose from the menu from tacos to burritos to rice bowls. A lot of the food is customizable since you have options of choosing your own toppings at the counter (beans, sauce, cheeses, etc.) This is actually a nice alternative to if you don't want to eat at Taco Bell but I wouldn't come here if you want authentic Mexican food if that's what you are coming for. I do enjoy their bowls more than anything (chicken, tofu, and beef). I also like the tacos and burritos but sometimes that can get too messy with all of the salsa and what not. The staff and customer service is good. They have a very generous military discount which is 10 percent and 20 percent on Wednesday nights after 5PM! Too bad I am not military. The food overall is pretty good. All meals come with free salsa and chips which is awesome. They have a salsa bar where you can choose you won salsa and take if to go if you want. They have a decent amount of table and seating areas for dining in. They are conveniently located at Pearlridge Shopping Center Uptown right across from Robeks. They are right in front of the entrance of the mall if you are on the ground level right next to TJ Maxx. Their food is always made fresh daily. They have one LCD TV on the wall for sports and other stuff which is pretty cool for dine in customers to watch and stuff.

Love the hearty "welcome to Moe's" greeting as u enter. Great burrito at a great price. Great quality ingredients. Excellent service. Since we don't have a chipotle mexican grill out on the islands, this is the next best thing.

Came into Moe's at 1:15 today. Not busy at all, but everyone we dealt with was very unfriendly and cranky. Not the best customer service I'd expect to receive. aloha to you too Moes's.

was not really impressed with this place! it says all fresh ingredients but when they put my order together, they scooped it out of the already made food in front of them. i didn't enjoy it and will not be back.
