Usually I pick up a ten piece extra crispy chicken. It's like every time I go into the drive through they always make an excuse for me to get the original chicken. The lady tell me it's going to take 45 minutes for the crispy chicken to be done. So I took the original because who wants to wait 45 minutes? Not me.... So that's the run for most AIEA KFC .. I'd rather travel extra 10-15 minutes to kalihi and eat at Popeyes...
(1)First L.
I can't complain about fast-cooked chicken. It's always a toss up here. It could be too oily and salty or it could just have the right amount of spice. I've bought here a few times. The one time I use my coupon, I was served less than appealing food. My picture will show you how I feel. Reason for rating: chicken with more bone than meat was served.
(3)Oliver S.
Kfc just open I still got wait for chicken to be cook. They told me will be around 10 min
(2)Eric M.
Not the friendliest of employees much of the time but my order comes out right and they aren't actually UN-friendly. Practical down sides: usual short hours, no drink refills, and locked bathroom doors.
(3)Lynn U.
My only beef with KFC is that their prices slowly creep up where the prices are getting totally crazy. I ordered a 2 piece meal (2pc chicken 2 sides 1 biscuit) and it was $8.99! Wow! I remember when the dinner for two which had twice that was cheaper. Why KFC? Chicken is ok. I actually prefer churches and Popeyes but they don't have a drive thru near my home. Service is fast as long as they have the food ready. If the chicken is still frying expect a 15 minute wait. I only come here a couple times a year when I'm too lazy to walk in the mall to get churches or when my kids ask to eat here. Otherwise, it's too pricy.
(4)Thomas C.
Always had to wait for Chicken Tenders but have to give better rating because they taste so good and the person is courteous. I guess expect to wait for them to fry up some fresh chickens just like Jack in the Box, made to order.
(4)M T.
Employees on lunch break and being somewhat loud at times. I glanced over to see what was happening and heard one of the employees telling the other that i was looking at them. Feel very uncomfortable here, will not come here again.

So, I was leaving Bed Bath and Beyond with my two small children and I just spent about five minutes at the drive through window. I ordered 12 of chicken tender and 4 piece meal with all white meat chicken. Now, she did tell me I would have to wait for both orders to be cooked (4 minutes for the strips and 11 minutes for the chicken). When I get to the window after I pay the lady says "I'm so sorry, he's cooking the strips but he's only cooking dark meat. I asked her if they had white meat and her reply "nobody likes white meat" I repeated myself as my question remained unanswered and she STILL tried to avoid by saying he's already cooking dark meat. I told her, I will wait do you have it? She finally said, it's going to be a long wait. I replied that that was fine. BOTTOM LINE - I shouldn't have to MAKE u do ur job. I am a paying customer asking for a food item that IS sold at this establishment but have people too lazy to do their dang jobs. I shouldn't have to go back and forth with you to be able to get what I want AND paid for AND is on the menu AND in stock! Ridiculous. The only thing I can say is at least the lady wasn't rude. She just wasn't helpful. If a customer asks for an item on the menu that you have AND has already paid and stated they are willing to wait then that should be the end of the discussion. So, as if things couldn't get worse the lady from the drive through comes to my car to bring me my order (or so I thought) and tells me that instead of the 4-piece white meat chicken meal I ordered she gave me a 6-piece tender. I'm pretty upset now because I made it clear at the window I would wait (hence why I've been sitting in the parking lot) yet it seems the cook has decided he gets to choose what I eat! I've never had anything like this happen. I told her that cook needed to start my order now as it should have been started ten minutes ago! WORST KFC EVER!
(1)Tiana N.
Terrible! I don't remember any other locations being like this. Every time me and my boyfriend go to this one, they NEVER EVER have what he wants. Then they ALWAYS tell us we have to wait for them to make it OR that they ran out. By far the worst KFC. No wonder every time we try going there it's always empty (the drive thru).
(1)Ej S.
Drive the guy forgot to gave me my gravy!!! Poor hearing. No smiles!!!!
(1)Hollie-Anne T.
The workers here don't smile, BUT they are very fast and knowledgeable. I called to ask about their chicken pot pie because they're amazing... They said they would "hold" it on the side for me, but I didn't expect them to really hold it. When I got there they actually had the two pot pies that they said they would have. At first, when I was telling the lady the rest of my order she wasn't inputting it into the register and I just thought " Oh no she's not going to remember anything and my mom will be pissed" but quite surprisingly she remembered EVERYTHING!!!! They always show us where exactly they put our food items in the bag, which gives me confirmation that they know what they're doing. Besides the workers not smiling, they do tell us thank you and to have a nice day. We always come back to this location, no matter what.
(5)Mark M.
In and out with my food. I've always had subpar experiences here and today was no different. At least my food was hot this time. The last time I came here I had to wait for them to make my chicken which somehow ended up cold not two minutes later.
(2)Lisa F.
Worst kfc around! Not only do they make you wait suuuuuper long to order, they never want to fry chicken for you!!! They tell you that you can only get whats already made! It's 7pm on a saturday night, and they don't close for at least another 2 or 3 hours; so why can't they fry more chicken?
(1)Craig M.
Horrible attitude from the "manager" every time I go there. Not going back! Unfriendly to veterans and active duty military unless you're actually in uniform...cause apparently changing clothes after work makes me less of a battle tested warrior and undeserving.
(1)David J.
What the heck???!!! How do you run out of chicken? I went to kfc last night to buy the 8 piece meal. The worker asks me what kind of chicken do I want? I spoke into the intercom and said I wanted grilled chicken, then he interrupted me saying "i only have original". WHAT THE HECK?? I asked him.. how? How can you run out of chicken? What the heck? Either they are lazy to make some grilled or crispy chicken or they actually ran out of chicken. Whoever the local filipino looking guy in the white with glasses was... get your crap together. How can you run a franchise business and not have the popular chickens? Seriously? ??!!!! Go else where!
(1)Edge N.
What was i thinking. I got screwed the last time I used their drive thru and got screwed again. The next time I make a special trip to pick up kfc for my elderly parents it won't be from this kfc. This kfc in particular seems to be very unprofessional and inefficient. This is the second and last time I will be foolish enough to spend money here. Maybe I can get my parents to crave popeyes instead lol.
(1)Ashley O.
I hate, hate, HATE that something in my order is ALWAYS missing. This last time, it was the cole slaw. In the past, it's been biscuits. And naturally, I don't notice the item is completely missing until I'm all the way back home in Pearl City. Ugh. I'm swearing off this location and just driving up the road to the other KFC. You know, the one by Tamura's. Yeah, I'm pretty much done with this one.
(2)Row I.
I discovered that KFCs in the island are not all made the same. I come to this location at least once a month but for this particular day, their chicken was saltier than usual and chewy. The chickens have a heavier batter. the one by NEX was perfect taste, the one in Dillingham and King Street seem to have smaller chicken pieces. The only thing I can say is that KFC lacks consistency...
