I like coming here only when there is no line. Service here is super slow, but on the upside, I have never had bad quality food here. The prices here have been slowly creeping up. An Orange Julius is now $6-$7 for some orange juice mixed with a scoop of mystery powder. A small size cone of soft serve, the same size as the dollar cone at McDonald's, is almost $4. They do have the cheapest soda in the mall, I will give them that. The ice cream cakes are yummy. So are their blizzards. If you order a blizzard, they turn the cup upside down before they hand it to you to show how thick the ice cream is. This place is good but the unwarranted high prices and slow customer service knocked off a couple of stars.

Decided to give this place a try again after forgetting why I stopped going there. After I ordered the orange julius I remembered why!!! It was sour and watery! Like straight up oj w water! And horrible customer service, they all look so unhappy, I was not about to complain about my drink as they look so intimidating. Never going there again!

Today I order a large banana split blizzard Cashier didn't follow the upside down or it's free rule. After I pay for blizzard he turn it upside down. He should of did it before I paid!!!!!!

How do you review a dairy queen/orange julius? First of all, who can say no to an orange julius?! A light refreshing fruity beverage it is. This one is located on the outskirts of the Pearlridge uptown mall food court next to the Starbucks. They do need to resupply their boosts, however. When we went there they only had two boosts available. Otherwise, this location seems to be fully staffed to ensure timely receipt of your fruity refresher.

What a rip off. I ordered a midnight truffle blizzard and there were hardly any toppings in it, nor was it filled near the top. Oh and their employee's uniform is always dirty, it looks like they don't wash it or something.

So, this is pretty much the only place in the island that sells 'soft serve' ice cream cake. It is pretty hard to find something so specific. The best thing about this cake (for all the soft serve lovers) is that there is no 'cake' in the soft serve ice cream 'cake'. It is soft serve all the way through which is really hard to find. This place surprised me! The only reason I took off 2 stars is because 1) the price for the cake is so expensive! and 2) they didn't have a bag for me to carry my cake in (they gave me a longs drugs bag :/ ) ...but the lady at the counter was really nice

I have had nothing but problems with this location. It is located right by the Uptown food court in Pearlridge where Orange Julius used to be locatd but has now expanded to a Dairy Quenn- Orange Julius. I have come here and they have run out of hot dogs and its only noon. Because it was so hot, I went here tonight to get a Blizzard. The line was long, but even after I ordered, I still waited 10 minutes for my Blizzard. Apparently, the ice cream machine wasn't working properly and they had to do some things to get it going right. Not a good idea on a hot Friday night. The workers were nice and apologetic but I still left with a bad taste in my mouth. I have been here a handful of time for different things or items and always encounter an issue each visit. I think I learned after tonight... no more Dairy Queen for me. ^_^*~

Fast service & pleasant workers. But I ordered a large mango/pineapple smoothie & it was rather bland tasting. They were also out of energy boost. Maybe they could have refilled it & taken some themselves.

So I always get the banana milkshake and I add peanut butter and chocolate. It never fails....it tastes different everytime I go. Damn when you get that perfect one that you wish everyone of them would taste like, it just can't be duplicated. If you go to the Dairy Queen website it shows lots of different food choices . Unfortunately not in hawaii. They only serve hotdogs! Why is that mainland stores Rick and hawaiis always excluded!

I haven't had any issues the few times I have been here, but I do take issue with the "real" food they serve at Dairy Queen's/Orange Julius' everywhere. I usually just get an Orange Julius when I come here because they are so delicious and they are also the whole reason that Orange Julius' are even around. It's true, go look up the back story on Wiki; but anyway, my point is that their non-desserty food here is nasty. I decided to get a hotdog from this place one day since I had a coupon for a smoothie and I was rather hungry. THESE HOTDOGS ARE NASTY! Don't ever get one. I got the chili dog and it was just plain gross. Weird texture, and taste. And even though I know hotdogs are not the most healthy food option out there...these hotdogs tasted unhealthier than a regular hotdog, like super greasy. So yeah, avoid the food food here and just get some ice cream or an Orange Julius. I mean, there are many other (slightly better) food options around.

Orange Julius is like one of those places where you are all hungry because you are craving a chili dog (since there are no other chili dog places in Pearlridge) and it just sounds so good when you pass by it. When you finally get your food, its not a surprise that it is mediocre to bleh. Ordered a chili cheese dog with onions. So we sat down on a bench. I thought I sat on a bench with a stench of body odor on it but it was actually the onions on our hot dogs. Perhaps it was stored too long and old?!?! Chanced it anyway. Drank our orange julius drink which was the best thing we bought and scarfed down the gross hot dog. The girls working behind the counter were nice and pretty quick. Overall okay. But what can you expect, it is a fast food restaurant.
