This DQ has the worst service! When it takes 20 minutes to just order and there was only 1 group of 3 ahead of you, something is wrong. We get 3 out of the 4 things we ordered and she says okay. I'm like, okay?? We still have a small Midnight Truffle outstanding. She tells me "I didn't make it?!" Do you see it here??? And then she makes a loud grumble noise and goes to make it. Comes back 5 minutes later with "We're out of truffles".. seriously?? I spent 40 minutes of my time on this terrible experience. Next time we'll just grab the $1 ice cream cones from McDonalds..

Came here a few times but the last time I really noticed how their customer serviee was lacking. The lady didn't say anything to me... not even how much I owed her or a thank you or anything. Even when my blizzard was ready, they didn't say a word. Neither of the workers did. I felt so well, I don't know but underappreciated? I don't know a good word for that feeling but I'm sure you've felt it before. Blizzard was good... I can't complain but honestly, I wish they at least had some friendly workers. Oh and why are blizzards so expensive? It's ice cream mashed with toppings but it's like almost $4 for a tiny one? Seriously?

I don't normally go to pearlridge much anymore, but I stopped by and was walking past and saw a poster for frozen lemonades! I ordered a medium strawberry lemonade, and it was super tart but had a strong strawberry taste that wasn't weakened by the sour lemon. The summer heat made it so worth it. DQ is always great. I don't see how it could get messed up unless the soft serve actually falls out when they turn it upsidedown.... but that hasn't ever happened for me before.

This Dairy Queen / orange Julius is located by the food court in Macy's side. Service here is uber slow. There can be three people working, but only one servicing customers. If the line is long, forget it. Customer service is sketchy too. Some workers are very friendly, and one in particular is super rude with sour face. The ice cream is good, if the workers make it right. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake blizzard, and all the toppings were on the top, and the bottom half was all ice cream. Please blend it better. My son loves the orange Julius here. Sometimes a third of it is foam. Seriously? I didn't pay six dollars for a drink to have it all foamy. Quality control or better training is needed here. I also like the dipped soft serve cones here, even if the price is ridiculous. The same serving on the dollar menu at McDonald's is four dollars here. I order it if I'm desperate. I keep coming back because I like the product, but customer service and attention to detail is severely lacking.

Dairy Queen is located Uptown at Pearlridge Center next to Starbucks. I usually don't eat here but one day I was craving ice cream... and walking by the big ol sign that had an Oreo blizzard on it didn't help much. The line was RIDICULOUSLY long so maybe everyone else wanted an oreo blizzard too?! LOL but the line moved quickly. The staff was nice and my blizzard was done in a few minutes. I like how they turn it upside down for you right before they give it to you... or do I? Hurry up and gimme my blizzard so I can EAT IT!!! lol Oreos and vanilla soft serve... can't go wrong! It was yummy! Minus one star because it's EXPENSIVE!!! I could get an Oreo McFlurry at McDonalds for a couple bucks less and it's just as good!
