I love Cinnabon! This one is located in Pearl Ridge Mall in the first phase on the second floor in the food court. (Like all the rest of the Cinnabon's on the island, lol.) Its Cinnabon what more can I write? I always get the "Center of the Bun" cup thing, its like almost $4.

Ok don't know what the girls problems were. I put in my order to worker #1 then she walks away n doesn't come back. Understood I had to wait for our chilattas but I had my money ready to pay with. Worker #2 brings my drinks then takes the money $50.27, mind u my total was $13.27. She types in $50.07 and proceeds to five me $36.80 in change. I told her my change should be $37.00 she then just takes my change, leaves the drawer open n walks to the back area to grab her cell phone so she can calculate the change...give me a break all she had to do was add the 20 cents. Service was horrible no smile, no apology, jus a look that said it was my fault. I'm a filipina too and they shouldn't act as if they were better than me. I had 2 customers that were after me n they left before I did. I worked my fair share of fast food n retail so I know what customer service should be. To the managers of this business please talk to your employees n train them better on respectful customer service. If you need to leave the register please close the drawer at least n excuse yourself if you need to step away. DON'T JUST BE PLAIN RUDE!!! By the way they make filipinas look bad and not all of us act they way they do. Too bad there is no such thing as negative star rating.

Bad experience. A more accurate rating would be minus 5. Two sullen workers. Product stale and rubbery, threw half of it away. No greeting, no smile, no "thank you", no care for customer. As for myself - no return no mo. Who's the franchise owner? Who's the manager? Doesn't corporate even care about their image?

Hopefully the warm goodness will be enough to overlook the overpriced buns. Whether they're the mini or regular they're over $3 each.

Trusty Cinnabon at Pearlridge Downtown in the food court next to the theatres serves up various cinnamon buns in different flavors and sizes. I tried the "inside of the bun" with nuts, served in a small round container, which was just the right amount of bun and cream cheese sauce with nuts. Satisfied my craving for sweets for the night for sure!

All I wanted was a Cinnabon! The filipino lady ( older looking, maybe could have been the manager ) was really rude. As I gave her my cash, she aggressively grabbed it from my hand and handed me my change not on my hand but on the table as she proceeds to grab my order. Smh. Where's the respect? And with customer please learn how to smile with out that blank bitchy look face, Please! Just ruined my appetite.

I like Cinnabon aka Cinnamon buns. The classics are always good. They have other flavors and buns to like with caramel, pecan, churros, minibons, coffee, soft drinks, cinnabon drinks, frappes, etc. The price is decent. The staff and customer service is alright. They are conveniently located in the Uptown side of the Pearlridge mall right upstairs by the movies theatre and Panda Express in that whole food court area. Cinnabons are always a perfect and snack dessert anytime. You will probably be addicted if you are a sweet tooth yourself. I love dipping the cinnabon in the frosty sauce they give with it. As if the glaziness of the cinnabon itself isn't enough. I can probably down the frosty sauce by itself without the cinnabon. It's just so damn good. Since it is soo cinnaminny and sweet you will most likely need a drink with it. Good 'ole H20 is good. Yelp 365 Challenge #186/365

Ahhhh Cinnabon... LOVE the smell everytime I eat at the food court downtown in Pearlridge. (always eating at Yummy's! and once in a while Tsuruya!) I always order a regular full size cinnabon (with an extra frosting) and my BF likes the churro too (reminds me of Disneyland!) My Mom absolutely ADORES the caramel pecanbon! It's her fave! So everytime my BF and I go I always get one of those to go for her. And if I go with my Mom, I always get something for my BF to go. I've NEVER had an issue with the staff at this location (matter of fact, this is the ONLY Cinnabon I've gone to!) I've always had friendly and efficient service! Cinnabons are always fresh, soft, and yummy!

Years ago I used to love going to Cinnabon but I believe that the quality has gone down. It's not as good as it used to be before. The workers aren't as nice as they used to be. They give off the "I hate my job, get the hell out of my face" vibe. Haven't gone back in over a year.

While this review if the for Pearlridge Cinnabon location it may as well be for any of them. This places makes the best Cinnamon rolls ever. I haven't had a Cinnamon roll from somewhere else that comes close to a Cinnabon. The gooey dough covered with their cream cheese frosting is as good as it gets. I have a sweet tooth and love deserts. Cinnibon is definitely one of my favorites deserts. On the basis of the signiture Cinnabon I have to give this place 5 stars. Its that good. That being said I recently tried one of their new cupcakes and I thought it was just "meh". I tried the Cinnacake Classic and didn't think it was that good. I've actually have better cupcakes from the supermarket. While the Cinnbon Stix and churros they have are good, I would recomend just staying with the old faithful Cinnabon.

Came to put in an order. The Filipino lady at the register ignored me and the local lady in the back said we open at 9. It's 8:56. Cant they at least answer me? Buying for a friend in Maui. We're exchanging for butter rolls from Komoda's. Never had cinnabons in years. I wonder if they will give me a sample. Lol!

Before purchasing a box of 6 for $13 this afternoon, I asked the worker if it was fresh. She replied "Yes, it was made this morning." If that were true, than it wouldn't be so stale. Status... turned-off.

coffee is not fresh, must have been the same pot from the morning batch.

Whenever my family does go to the Pearlridge Theaters to see a movie, if Cinnabon is still open when our movie lets out, we often stop by and order one of the "CinnaPacks" to take home and enjoy later. If we're REALLY craving Cinnabons, sometimes we'll order several right there to share in the food court. On the flip side, if my family chooses to dine at the food court if we're catching a later movie, sometimes I'll drop by Cinnabon for dessert after Panda Express, Sbarro or my dinner of choice. Cinnabon always brings back fond memories of high school band days, because after the half time show, I would always go to the Cinnabon kiosk and get one of these delicious, warm buns for a snack. Here are some of my Cinnabon favorites, as well as different items I have yet to try: "Cinnabon Classic Roll": This tried-and-true classic is the company's signature item. It features warm dough filled with that sweet, fragrant, legendary cinnamon and comes topped with rich cream cheese frosting. I often get this roll because you can't really go wrong with one of the classics! "Minibon": If I just need a small snack or pick-me-up, this "Minibon" provides the perfect solution. This sweet treat is simply the smaller version of the "Classic Roll" and can be devoured in just a few bites. "CinnaPacks": My family usually gets the 6-pack CinnaPack if we're taking these sweet treats home for later. These "CinnaPacks" are available with either "Classic Rolls," "Caramel Pecanbon" rolls or Combo Packs. If you're in the mood for "Minibons," you could opt for 9- or 15-count packs of these bite-sized wonders. Though the "Classic Rolls" do taste good warmed up the next day, nothing really beats a fresh Cinnabon. However, I've definitely enjoyed day-old CinnaPacks, and my family usually gets the "Classic Rolls" option. "Carmel Pecanbon": I've never had this "Pecanbon," but it sounds appealing because I do love pecans. It features a "Classic Roll" drizzled generously with caramel and topped with chopped pecan pieces. If I'm in the mood for a stickier, sweeter indulgence, this is the snack I would go for. "Cinnabon Stix": When I first saw these "Cinnabon Stix," they reminded me of churros but in a smaller size. They come dusted with sugar and cinnamon, and for added sweetness, you can even dip them in Cinnabon's signature cream cheese frosting. These Stix look light, crispy and crunchy, so one day when I feel like changing things up, I'll have to try a pack of these. "Creamy Chillata": This creamy indulgence has to be at the top of my must-try drink list. It includes an exclusive blend of OREO cookies, vanilla and ribbons of Ghirardelli chocolate sauce. YUM. I love Ghirardelli chocolate because it's homemade (whether it's dark or milk). And, because "Cookies & Cream" is one of my favorite ice cream flavors, I'm sure I would like this cold concoction. "Mochalatta Chill": I've never had any of the Cinnabon drinks, and I do want to try the chocolaty/sweeter options. This specialty beverage features a combo of coffee, chocolate and ice, resulting in a smooth, sweet, blended drink. I do love the chocolaty frapps at Starbucks, so I'm sure I would like this "Mochalatta Chill" beverage. "Chocolate Mocha": This smooth, frozen beverage sounds like it's right up my alley if I want a straight-up chocolate, refreshing beverage on a hot day.

Best cinnamon ever, i don't know much place who make cinnamon type of food but i love it. i think it goes great with milk. all the melted frosting just top it off . now they got cinnamon center piece only too. it's so soft yet warm and gooey inside. it's a high sugar so i can't eat much but when i do i really enjoy it. they usually have it pre-made so it's fast when you order one. i like to have it for desert. you should give it a try if you never ate it before.

I don't like the atmosphere in Pearls anymore... at least, not downtown... am I getting too old? I guess I don't like hearing middle school kids talk/joke about things they shouldn't even be concerned with -__- Anyway, that's the food court on a furlough day for ya. As for the food... its a cinnamon roll.... and oh so gooey. YUM: I want more. Look through those pearlridge ad mini magazines for coupons~ you'll be glad you did

I hate this place. Do you know how long I have to stay on the treadmill when I eat one of those cinnamon buns?
