Only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is because I actually like Arby's. Who doesn't love those curly fries dipped in deliciousness? Anyway, every time we come here the service sucks. The person behind the counter always seems like they would rather do anything but work there. They mumble and get impatient and for the cherry on top (drum roll please) you're always missing something when you get your order. It is so annoying to tell someone exactly what you want and to go back and forth to get the things they didn't give you. This place needs better workers, considering it is located at such a popular spot at the mall. Get it together Arby's, get it to together.

I love Arby's. The roast beef beats greasy burgers and the chicken cordon bleu is to die for. I come here 1-2 times a week.

These sandwiches are awesome! I love the roast beef max and my mom loves the Reuben. We live in Kahala and since the Kahala Mall location closed, we have to travel to Pearlridge just to enjoy one of our favorite meals. The Horsey Sauce is like crack, I can never get enough of it. I always jokingly refer to the sandwich as a means to eat as much Horsey Sauce as I can. I love this place.

What's the point of Arbys without Arbys sauce. Why are you even open today if you dont have Arbys sauce. At least they still had some watered-down horesradish packets after they ran out of it from the dispenser. Disappointing...

This army has to be my favorite!! The staff is always so friendly and probably the ONLY FAST FOOD spot on the island that DOESNT get my order wrong! Tried my very first Ruben sandwich here and I have to say.. It was AMAZING! The bread was so soft and the meat ratio was very generous. Also to my scrumptious sandwich I have a side of their onion rings and another AMAZING jolt to my hungry tummy! So big and crunchy I couldn't eve deal! Lol. Needless to say, want some fulfilling fast food than just a $1.00 burger?!? ARBYS is your place to go!

Looked for a place to sit while my gf stood in line to order. The best table turned out to be dirty with crumbs. There was one lady cleaning the tables but she was busy doing other things too so I just wiped it myself. Usually I get the same ole roast beef n cheddar but this time I felt adventurous and opted for the French dip, lol. Good choice, for a fast food place they have ono deli sandwiches. The "dip" or au jus was tasty too. You can't really go wrong with any of the sandwiches.

So...... english might help with the training of the staff. Yes, I said it but in fairness, welcome to hawaiis fast food service. Now don't get me wrong they were friendly and helpful but communication is key in this business because I don't want to order roast beef and end up with the roast duck, ok there is no roast duck but i'm refrencing here so relax. The rost beef sandwich was good with the horsy sauce and the curly fries are among the better ones in the fast food industry. The seating area could use a face lift, its kind of drab but seems to keep our older generations happy as there were many seniors here eating and enjoying the ambiance. It is sort of pricey for a fast food place and the roast beef sandwich is quite small, but it was still tasty.

I always get the same stuff, roast beef & cheddar. Prices are still up there. They just started serving a silce of Jamocha cream pie which I was tempted to try but found out that one slice was 1000 calories! Bf tried the bacon thing... it was ok... it'd be great if you got more than an anorexic strip of bacon. All in all the service was great.

Came here on a Monday night. Not too busy, but there was a trainee working at the register. He was nice and courteous, but you could definitely tell he was new. His trainer though, was very demanding. I was very patient with him (as I understand what it's like to be new/learning), but his trainer was rushing him to take my order and instead of letting him push the buttons on the register, he cut in front of him and did it! There were no people behind me and I said I'm not in a hurry, but still the trainer was being very rude to this trainee. The trainee looked embarrassed and under stress. I felt sorry for him. Ordered a Beef and Cheddar w/ Bacon combo for the fiance. He enjoyed it as usual. I had the roast turkey, ranch, and bacon combo. Both sandwiches are good. Fries were too salty. Drinks tasted watered down/flat. We come here for the sandwiches, though. Half of the store seating area always seems to be blocked off, due to cleaning (but no one was cleaning anything). This is the 3rd time I've come and 3rd time in a row there was limited seating. And it was dinner time, and not even close to the time they close. HOWEVER, for people who were so into "cleaning", their booths and tables that were available were filthy. Crumbs left over on the seats, wet spots on table, some napkins even! Eww! Had better days here for sure!

I have mixed feelings when I come to this particular Arby's. Located at uptown pearlridge, across from victoria's secret, this is a hit or miss place, but mostly misses. First of all, the tables are always dirty. I think they have a contest with chun wah kam on who has the dirtiest tables. When you walk in to order, there is either one or two lines, and there is no organized order of who is next in line. Clueless people will walk right in and cut in front of you and order, and the staff don't really care. I usually order the roast beef with cheddar. When I was in high school, I remember it being so delicious. Now the beef has hardly any taste, like it's watered down during processing. Arby's sauce is tasting kind of bitter too. I only come here if I'm starving and don't want to fight the food court crowd. The Arby's in hawaii don't accept email coupons which is another pet peeve. I get email deals all the time but the staff refuses to take them. I emailed the corporation regarding this and pretty much got an answer of too bad. Whatever. My other favorite here is the cherry turnover. Again when I was in high school it was super delicious. Now it's slightly soggy and cold when I buy it, despite it being under the warmer. Occasionally has a fish taste. Wtf is up with that Arby's? When it does taste fishy, I exchange it for another one, and usually get a stink eye from the manager when I tell them it tastes fishy. Free refills on soda here as long as you are dining in. Sometimes soda is flat, staff doesn't know what that means. Good luck if you dine here.

Was shopping at Macy's in Pearlridge and for some strange reason felt like eating salad for lunch that day. Didn't care to go to the uptown food court because it's always loud/busy and I'm always unlucky in finding a seat over there so I wandered around a bit and came across Arby's on the second floor, across Victoria's Secret. Wow, lots of open seats in here. Can't be good for business but I loved it....peace & quiet from the bustle of the mall...can at least relax & eat in here even though they got the elevator music going on. Maybe it was empty because it was a little late? 1:40-ish on a Sunday. I seriously hope they don't close because they just shut down the Ala Moana location. Normally when I eat at an Arby's I get some kind of sandwich combo with the curly fries but since I wanted to eat a salad I got the Small Combo Farmhouse Roasted Chicken Salad including a drink for $6.00+ tax. Cheap. Only three choices for dressing though: Honey Dijon, Ranch or Italian. It was a very basic salad that anybody could make at home for sure: iceberg lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onions, shredded cheese, thinly sliced chicken (the same one they use for their sandwiches no doubt), and bacon. It definitely satisfied my salad fix, though it was nothing special. The bacon was thick cut and in big pieces. It was kind of like eating beef jerky which can be a good or bad thing depending on who you ask. Definitely a good value considering lunch can cost upwards of $8 these days. I also wanted to get a chocolate turnover but they didn't have any so I tried the cherry turnover ($1.59+tax). Blech. Was more like a cherry jelly filling. Stick with the chocolate here, it's the best. 31 Yelps Review Challenge (11/31)

Arby's roast beef sandwich always hits the spot. It's wonderfully delicious. You must eat it with the Arby's special sauce and the horsey sauce all over it is definitely a must. I prefer the curly fries and that too goes really well with the special sauces. If you want to try something then just a regular burger and want to kick it up a notch then ditch the boring burger places and try a scrumptious roast beef sandwich.

I went tonight for dinner and ordered food and ordered a turnover. I got home and they never put my turnover in my bag. I called and the lady answered and I over heard her ask the girls at the window and the girl said they we forgot it. So I asked if they can just refund my card, and I guess the manager said she can't do it because it takes to long.

Don't you just hate having coupons that are not accepted in Hawaii? Well Arby's is notorious forth is! I'm a little worried about their long term viability.......only 2 remaining on Oahu and both west of the Airport. Gone is the extra value menu......the 5 items for 7.95 then 8.95..... Tried their new Hawaiian kings bread roast beef sandwich but at almost $5 a sandwich with nothing but bun and meat.....too expensive! I hope they stay around but they have to make it more affordable!

I finally went to Arby's after a long break of not eating fast food and guess what... NO ARBY'S SAUCE AND HORSEY SAUCE!!! Well, they did have it but not in the pump dispenser. I WANT IT IN THE PUMP DISPENSER SO I CAN HAVE AS MUCH AS I WANT. The only reason I go to Arby's is for their sauces. I did try the cheddar broccoli and it was actually mighty tasty! I want to make my broccoli like that all the time. Minus 1 star for not having pump sauces...

There's a saying that basically says "You don't appreciate what you've got until it's gone." This is how I feel about Arby's. Now that it's no longer in Ala Moana, I really want some Arby's... (especially when I pass by a Jack in the Box.) Arby's is cool because they don't have your typical sandwiches and burgers menu. If Jack in the Box and Wendy's had a baby and asked McDonald's to be its Godfather, that baby would be Arby's. - Roast Beef Sandwiches. *drool* - Reubens. Where else you gonna find a reuben? Not at a fast food joint or 7-11, that's fer sure. - Arby sauce and horseradish sauce. I think there are people that drink this stuff... kinda like how I'm sure there are people who drink Big Mac sauce. Yeah, I'm pretty sure... - They have regular fries and curly fries and onion rings, but dude, Arby's (and Wendy's) is the only fast food place where you can get a sandwich combo with a side salad! *fist pump for side salads* - Mozzarella sticks. If you're a fan of mozz sticks, you must order these! I think of Arby's every time I pass Jack's because of the awesome mozz sticks. Yup! They're amazeballs... or in this case, amazesticks? - Turnovers. Dude! Sweeeet. Nuff said.

I'm not really a fan of Arby's. Probably because I'm not big on the roast beef, especially served with bread and not much else. But, I don't go here for the RB, I go here for the Market Fresh Sandwiches! I love the thick, nutty, and tasty bread. I always get a Turkey Ranch & Bacon, hold the mayo -- but then I grab some of the Horsey sauce and put it on the sandwich! Yummmmmmm! Unfortunately, my SECOND favorite thing is now gone off the menu: Jalapeno poppers with that strange sweet red "Bronco Berry" sauce. Those were the best fast-food poppers on the island (and filled with cream cheese, not chedder). If you know a place with mouth-watering poppers, please send me a note......

This Arbys location seems out of place because it's away from the rest of the restaurants? I have not been to an Arbys in a while and it would seem they've expanded outside of roast beef. I got one of the chicken sandwiches and I could only eat half of it because it's the size of a big mac. The sauce that comes with it is a little sweet and spicy which I thought made the sandwich. I thought the dine in area was designed like a fun house. If there was a space to put a chair there, you'd find a chair. A bit crowded for my taste.

By far, the best Arby's on the island! This locations food just seems to taste better compared to some of the other locations.. Pros - Roast Beef sandwich with lots of Arby's sauce and Horseradish... Love the curly fries too and the refills on the drinks! I pretty much order the exact same thing every time I visit!! The baked potatoes, chicken tenders and chicken sandwich look very good too! Cons - Not sure really... Pricing i guess. This place can get pretty expensive compared to McDonalds and Jack in the Box. Would I eat here? Yes Would I recommend to anyone that's never tried it? Yes Would I bring a girl here on a first date? Nope!

We were shopping at Pearlridge and decided to take a lunch break and thought we'd have Arby's. My friend and I had the #1 which is a Small Roast Beef Sandwich with Curly Fries, and a Small Drink. The roast beef was tasty and flavorful. What I didn't like, however, was that it wasn't too hot. In fact, it was rather cold. Other Arby's locations that I've been to have not been like this. It was as though they never warmed it at all. The curly fries was great, but it still was cold, too. This is strange because I ordered the food and less than a minute later, it was ready on the tray. Must have been already made and old? I must say that I prefer the Arby's curly fries over Jack In the Box. JIB's curly fries are too oily. I only go here to eat roast beef sandwiches, since that's what they're known for. I probably will continue to eat here even though our food was cold. But next time I'll bring it back and have them give me another one or heat it up. I also would have wished that they gave a little more curly fries. Half of the carton was air. And that's not cool at all. I like it when they stuff the carton. At least you know you're getting your money's worth! I am, however, hesitant to make a special order here. I'm not sure the staff would understand what I'm requesting. Not that it's a bad thing, but I'm just not sure the staff would be competent enough to know how to interpret the order.

(4)Gspot H.
They don't serve mac n Cheese anymore. The knew turkey sandwiches are good

So...... english might help with the training of the staff.

French dip was good.

(3)Mark P.
The new angus sandwich was a disappointment. Should have stuck with the roast beef. Oh well, I'm sure there will be a next time.
(2)Charlie G.
I don't care what Jon Stewart says! I love Arby's! This one is an Arby's lol if you've been to one it's exactly like that but a little pricier than the mainland. As far as chain fast food goes it's awesome!

Best fast food restaurant in this island. Everyone is really nice, and friendly, food is always hot and fresh. Never had a bad experience here ever

(4)Tiffany W.
(1)Kobe O.
(3)Julie H.
(4)Joanna L.

(4)David C.
(3)James H.
Yes Would I bring a girl here on a first date? Nope!

This arby's needs to hire a whole different staff because the people here move suuuuuuuper slow!!! it's so ridiculous. Don't sluggishly walk to get someone their fries.... I literally had to wait for 30 minutes.
