I personally do not enjoy eating at corporate restaurants so I'm trying to not be biased with my review. However the 2 times I have gone to this ocharleys the service has been very slow in the entrees take a very long time to come out. This is something to keep in mind in case you are on a short lunch break and want something to eat. The food is okay nothing to rave about.

Haven't been to this place in years! Now serving free pie! With the order of a meal $10 and over. Prime rib pasta was good. apple pie was even better and the rolls are still amazing! Can't wait to go back!

Went in for a late lunch today and order one of the specials........chicken Cajun pasta with a house salad. The house salad was about 9 pieces of wilted lettuce with a couple of soft cherry tomatoes. I took a bite and a half and put it to the side. Seemed like it may have been left from last night's service. The chicken pasta was OK but the portion seemed small. I would have went home hungry if not for the yeast rolls. Service was OK. First time I've been to this location......the ocharley's I go to over by Gwinnett Medical seems to be better.

Really bad to go service. Christina didn't check the order so we got home without the sides we asked for. She and the manager could have cared less! And that was with a 20‰ tip! Tread lightly when you order to go.

I hardly know where to begin. A bithday dinner there 19 March 2011 was maybe the worst restaurant experience of my life. There were 10 of us and that was way beyond what this restaurant could handle, obviously. It took almost a half hour just to get drinks and another half hour to be asked for our order. Several ordered prime rib, one of the few decent selections at this chain, and about 20 mins. after we ordered, all of us really hungry by then, the waitress came to the table to tell us they were out and would we like steaks instead. So we knew it would be another wait to finally get dinner. To the best of my recollection it took an hour and 30-45 mins. to get our meals and the food was awful. Opt for the baked potato over the instant-tasting "smashed potatoes." Everything is slathered in margarine and gross. The steaks taste previously frozen. My boyfriend and I ordered the same thing, steak and shrimp combo, and both of us hardly touched more than the first taste of what was on our plates except for the fried shrimp, and when the waitress asked if we wanted to-go boxes we said no. The food was so bad I couldn't even digest the little I ate and was awake for hours. Why anyone would choose this chain over Longhorn or Outback is beyond me. This isn't even like food. O'charleys is to food as Velveeta is to cheese. Over-engineered, and over-processed for mass distribution to the point where it no longer even resembles food. $60 with one wine and two beers not including tip and we left hungry. The waitress was great and very apologetic for the shortcomings of the bar and kitchen staff. She divided our checks with no problem and remained pleasant and professional throughout the ordeal.

(brace urself, i wrote a lot :) So I've never been here but had food from here courtesy of the wonderful pharmaceutical reps that stopped by for lunch at my old job...and they brought steaks for lunch so it was very good, no complaints my man and I decided to stop here for dinner otw home with the kids (or else it was Wendy's) we sat down right away... our sever, I forgot his name but he was great and really friendly..I liked him off the bat. I felt like he knows what's good on the menu... he offered us drinks. at first he said "what would u like to drink? strawberry lemonade, pink lemonade, Pepsi...." I said strawberry lemonade for everyone (but it would've cost $4 for the kids since it wasn't on the kids menu, no big deal just a little much for just a beverage) anyway the kids got a pink lemonade and I said all this to say I trusted his judgment with the drinks and was not satisfied AT ALL...it came in a fancy glass but tasted like overly carbonated strawberry fizz bleh! I only drunk it because i was thirsty from eating all that damn bread! so we got new drinks... so its time to order and the menu just didn't have a lot of choices...ocharleys they are famous for their chicken tenders but I can get that at chick fil A/Zaxby's..so I was deciding between shrimp scampi pasta and blackened cajun chicken pasta.. to b continued....

Right off the bat our server didn't come to our table after being seated for five minutes, right when we were about to leave our waiter came. The service was incredibly slow. In addition, the ingredients in my mothers salad were old and shriveled up, so much for a "fresh salad". I ordered the classic cheeseburger. I had asked for American cheese and got cheddar, my patty was also super dry and they gave me like ten fries that were itty bitty. Not to mention that my table wasn't the only table with a bad experience. Three other people around us had either a) burnt steak or b) the wrong dish. This experience was terrible. Wouldn't come again, 1/10 ign.

I used to be a regular patron of this particular location. My fiance loved their endless soup lunch deal. Until recently. They used to ask her If she wanted a soup or salad to go. Well she asked today if she could get one to go, and they told her that the server couldn't pack it to go for her. Which would be fine, except that when she asked for the manager, the manger said that that is stealing (which is basically accusing my fiance of stealing). It was explained that it had been done before, and the manger says. "Then whiever did it should be fired". Needless to say, I shall not be setting foot in this O'Charley's ever again. Unless that manager is fired

Not sure why the wait for a table when there were so many empty tables but that was consistent the entire time I was there. 20 to 30 minutes with no less than 8 tables open at a time?? The hostess says "follow me" then literally drops the menus on the table and keeps walking? The table had done sort of flip card on it but it was do filthy and sticky I wouldn't touch it. 10 minutes later a blah waitress came to see if we were ready to order. I guess hello my name is....was not a concept she had heard of?? I ordered pink lemonade and got cloudy water - twice ! Ok forget the drink. Appetizer came stone cold. I guess the good runner concept is lost on this team if I have to ask for it in order for it to be brought out. And finally we stacked all the plates on the edge of the table hoping this would get their attention so we could pay and get out! I tipped as I always do because $2/hr sucks but I'll make my statement by never going back.

I think the food is here really good, especially the potato soup and the sandwiches. The only reason im giving it 3 stars instead of 4 is because almost every time i go there, the service sucks, im talking half a dozen times the service has been terrible. I try to go to restaurants when its slow so the service will be more attentive, but even on slow days, it takes forever for a server to come to the table, and it also takes a month for the food and drinks to come out. I suggest they hire a new staff who knows how to do their job, its serving, not a law firm, its not that hard, i know because i was a server for 5 years.

I grew on this place when I lived in Snell-vegas. Birthdays, anniversaries, random Tuesdays and so on. I haven't been to an O'Charley's since July 2012, but I expected the same ole same ole from years of experience here. Nope. Things have changed at good ole O'Charley's. First off, the giant wall mural is gone. GONE! That's what O'Charley's was known for, their giant wall murals depicting local history and culture. Now it had some gray paisley design. Also, the booths were different, different upholstery, different designs and now they have round booths. They're trying sooo hard to be hip. We came during the after-church brunch rush hour and didn't feel like waiting 35 minutes for one of their cool, new booths, so we opted for a high top table near the bar. Here's where they lose a star...the table was dirty. It was bussed, but it wasn't wiped down. We didn't want to lose the table, so we sat at it anyway with quiet of bit of food debris. It's like the previous patrons decided to eat without their hands. Somehow, a chunk of tomato was found on the glass partition. Several servers walked by, acknowledged our presence with the custom head-nod, and walked on. It was like they were thinking, "if we don't acknowledge the dirty table, maybe they won't notice either." Finally, our server showed up and wiped down our table. And by wiped down, I mean he just took a disposable wet wipe from the bar and knocked everything on the floor. Totally frat-tastic. My sister and I ordered some water with extra lemon, my mom ordered some Chardonnay. When he brought the drinks, my sister and I ordered the Georgia Peach Tea drink, I forget the exact name, but it had a lot of booze in it. It was pretty good, you could taste the alcohol, but it wasn't overbearing. Good splash of flavor and sweetness. I could have drank several more, but we were in a crowd of do-gooder church folk. Our appetizer, spinach and artichoke dip, came out before the rolls. Blasphemy! The rolls are integral to O'Charley's, and should have arrived at our table before the appetizer, heck, maybe even before drinks. The rolls, the soft, fresh and hot rolls served with whipped butter are to die for. I've honestly come here for just the rolls before and left. Sorry I'm not sorry. I ordered the California Chicken Salad, sister for the Apple Spinach salad thing and my mom ordered the French Dip with coleslaw. I'm not too sure how long we waited for food because my Peach Tea kept my busy. Plus, we caught up on a lot of girl talk (aka gossip). My salad was pretty good. Mandarin oranges, strawberries, candied pecans with a nice balsamic dressing. It wasn't the best salad ever, but good enough to justify the price (which I forgot, sorry guys!). My sister is on some health binge, so she picked everything off her salad and just ate the baby spinach. Didn't even eat the bacon! No one should ever waste bacon. My mom ate half her French dip and all her coleslaw, so I assume it was good? She isn't much for talking, so I'm not sure. Oh yeah! They now have "craft beer" at O'Charley's. And by "craft," they mean Redd's Hard Apple Cider. What a tease! It's like they want to be cool and hip, but are afraid of it. We were there for a hour and half and never felt rushed, despite the lunch crowd. I don't know the total bill, because my sweet mama paid for it, but she's very frugal, so I assume it wasn't TOO bad. Fun Fact: O'Charley's now owns Stoney River. Who knew?

After a long tiring weekend I just wanted something simple, maybe a drink or two. The menu does offer a variety. But maybe next time I will leave off the moonshine lemonade because I could not stop giggling at the elderly woman sitting across from our table whose bad hairpiece looked like two raccoons mating. Bless her heart. If you just want a restaurant that has a little bit of everything and nothing fancy then the food is fine. I have eaten here a few times, the food isn't bad but expect wonderful. The servers are friendly but service is a bit slow. Prices are good for what you get. More of a family place or a place to grab a burger at lunch. Would not recommend if you had a relaxed fine dinner in mind.

The food was fine service okay the problem I had was watching the servers placing dirty menus on top of wrapped silverware imagine using a napkin that has been covered by dirty Menus oh and watched the bartender clean off spilt beer on the side of a beer mug with her fingers where you place your mouth to drink from!! what the hell happen to a sanitary place to eat? Management has lots of training to do not sure about returning to that location again.

Should you want fantastic service, ask to be seated in Juliet's section and tell her Tommy sent you!! Our favorite is the Filet Mignon, Loaded Smashed Potatos (Mashed potatoes smothered in cheese, butter, chives, and sour cream!), Veggies, and an Iced Tea... Yummy!! The ROLLS are to DIE FOR!!! Hot, oven fresh rolls with whipped butted... MmmmmmMmmmmmm... I'd make a meal off the rolls alone, andyday!!

As far as chain restaurants go, this one is A ok. I have to admit that O'Charley's isn't my first go to chain restaurant. I usually like Fridays and that's probably more for their Jack Daniel's line. We didn't order anything special just a couple of bacon cheese burgers with potato soup instead of fries. The potato soup (overloaded potato soup) was cheesy and flavorful & actually a bit better than the burgers. But the adult meals there were no surprises. But on the kids menu I was surprised that they had a few other items not usually seen on a child's menu. They had the standard fair Grilled Cheese, chicken fingers & a burger. But the Grilled Chicken breast, pasta and Steak. I don't know about you guys but I don't think I've ever seen steak on a kid's menu.

Had a great dinner at this place. When you come in ask for Devarus to be your server. He gave us the beast service we have had for a long time. Thank you Devarus.

(1)Jennifer F.
Food was good, only negative was that our glasses were dirty on the outside. I believe our server wasn't washing his hands frequently.
(3)George T.
They haven't been the same since they redid the store. New management and staff are not nearly as good.
(2)Holly F.
(2)Brian A.

Who knew?

Good food, good service. I like this particular location because they do a lot to support the city of Snellville PD and other fundraisers.

(3)Joe L.
(2)Arielle C.
Friendly staff. Great looking restaurant. Food was pretty blah but I wasn't expecting too much. Okay place for all ages.
(3)Jennifer I.
O'Charley's is on par with other big chains, like Chili's and Applebee's, but for some reason, the prices are a lot higher. The service at this location varies; I have had some really good servers, and some that were not so great.
(2)Thomas R.
We have been coming here for 6 years now, and we LOVE it!!! From the prices, to the service and friendliness of the staff, to the food... Simply Delicious!!! The manager is always to be seen out talking to the customers, the wait staff is friendly and on top of their game! Our favorite is Juliet!! She is sure to please!
(5)Mebin J.
Good service and nice atmosphere, also good food. Will comeback again.

(3)Joseph F.
Horrible server. They have great service because I witnessed it all around me. Our server was just horrible and full empty promises and lacked customer awareness. Next visit I will definitely ask not to be served by her. Note to self: say no to Jessica. Pecan pie not peach!!!! Omg. Going back to Lawrenceville next Wed!!!
