I love Bojangles food. I even enjoyed the food at this visit. What frustrated me most was the service I received. It's difficult when you have to wait for your meal to be prepared and other folks are moving by you when their food is already for them. Not that it matters but two other customers passed me while I stood there waiting. It's even more frustrating when you wait 15 minutes, they ask you to sit down and take your tray, and then they just now remembered to make your chicken sandwich. I wasn't expecting to sit in my seat and then have to stand up and walk back up and ask for the sandwich. I got the impression they were bringing the sandwich out to me. The cashier lady seemed nice but she explained that no one was making your sandwich and she handed me the sandwich that she herself appeared to have made. I don't like asking for food that I just purchased. I may have a biased opinion as I've worked in the food industry but my visit was very unpleasant.

If are looking for a quick on meal on your way south from Atlanta towards Jacksonville this is a great spot a short distance from the interstate. I stopped in and found the service to be good and the food standard for all Bojangles.

Someone had written a 'tip' that they are slow & while it is true that they prob would not beat McDonald's in a drive-thru race, you are getting a hundred times the customer service. I would even dare to say they have as good or better customer service than chick-fil-a. The workers are always very kind and seem to genuinely enjoy their job. In particular, there is an employee named Jasmine who went above and beyond. What she did for us truly added to the quality of our experience, and I would choose that over a couple saved minutes most any day.

This place is better than KFC and Popeyes, hands downnnnn Decided to grab some food on our way to florida...this place is besides the Adock pecan place.....great service, clean place and awesome food that gave me serious food coma....too bad they only have this place in the south Their chicken is equivalent to 2 KFC chicken up here in Canada Also love their sweet tea

NO SERVICE... Stood at register for some time. Acknowledged by person working drive thru but others stood off giggling and talking even after drive thru person told them I was at register. No service...walked out! Get it together!

Seriously my favorite stop on our road trip from MI to FL. We actually stopped by the Wendy's first but their line was super long. Thank goodness! Thanks to that we found this lovely place. Really enjoyed the flavorful crispy chicken, salty and moist biscuit, and the dirty rice! Omg I'm in love with the place. I wonder if we can stop by again on the way back. Oh and the service was super quick. Trust me, my 5 and under kids didn't get antsy while waiting at all. Wish I had a bigger tummy space so I could've tried more.
