With all the sandwich places around, we still love Jersey Mike's soft fresh bread and delicious quality meats. We're a big fan of their Italian sandwich! The best day to take children is on Sundays for their kid's special. We also like their rewards card to earn points towards free sandwiches. The Snellville location is friendly and clean. Now that I'm writing this, I'm craving one right now!

Owner is extremely polite to the point where it's a little over the top. I just felt he was trying to hard to the point it felt disingenuous, but I digress. The sandwich was good but the bread wasn't as fresh as I usually find when I eat @ Jersey Mikes. Still better than anything from Subway...

I am giving this location 1 star only for the amazing employee who made my usual sandwich (ham, turkey, cheese, and jalapeños). I believe he was the manager, but I am not too sure. His name was Travis and he was incredibly nice and helpful. Unfortunately, everything else about this location was awful. Awhile back the store had gone under new management and it is apparent. The new owner has really done what they could to "cut cost" as in cheap plastic to-go bag and pre shredded lettuce? But regardless, my last experience there was beyond anything I have ever seen at a restaurant. I was standing in line waiting to order and behind the counter was the new owner talking to the employee who later made my sandwich. As helpful as Travis was to me, I found it completely unprofessional the way the owner was talking down to him literally just behind the counter for other customers to hear! Since when is telling your employees they "look like trash," "should work in a junkyard" ever okay? I was completely disgusted the way an OWNER was talking to his employee. I can guarantee you that this employee by no means looked like "trash." I was honestly shocked that this was even going on. I ordered my sandwich only so Travis could make it, but I really doubt I will be returning to this location. I cannot stand people who talk down to others and will not be giving my money to anybody like that. I hope corporate comes in and takes a good luck at the way this store is run, because it has just gone down. I am very disappointed.

Solid chain, good fresh meats and decent prices. I really like the bread they use. Definitely one of the places to get fresher ingredients and a better quality sub, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Clean place with a current 95 health score! Staff was very nice but the subs are just not that good; the bread is tasteless and the meats are sparse and not of good quality.

Best cheesesteaks in Snellville. Also, you should try #13 on the grill. Very tasty. They do offer a kids menu and kids eat free on Sunday. My kids love to eat here.
