I stopped here on a whim, ordered a dinner combination with Mongolian Beef. It was very good; however, the fried rice and egg roll was mediocre...peas and carrots DO NOT belong in fried rice! I will stop by again if I want quick bite at a low cost nearby.

I eat at this place occasionally, it isn't my favorite but when I'm craving Chinese food it can get the job done. I normally order the Teriyaki chicken combo (comes with Teriyaki chicken, egg roll, & fried rice). I like it because it is really saucy. The portion size is pretty good. I wish they didn't mix the teriyaki chicken with the fried rice, I like my food separated so I can mix it if I want. The fried rice is just ok, I have had better. I actually ordered takeout from here yesterday. I got to the bottom of my plate and I found some hair in my food-no, it wasn't mine. I was highly disgusted, but I knew there was nothing I could do because I had practically eaten all the food before I found it. I probably won't eat here again. Just thinking about that hair is making me nauseous :(.

The staff was very rude my first time trying here. The food really is nothing to brag about for Chinese food. The 1-star mostly goes to the cashier who made sure I don't care to give them any more business

I ate here one time. I can't remember what the food tasted like buy I know I decided immediately I wasn't going back. I remember it being a texture thing....and the general tso sauce tasted funny ( I always start w that and the hot/sour soup) soup was fine. Staff was average...not rude or overly friendly. Stayed busy so someone likes it. Not impressed

I've been to this place 3 times. I'm just now eating while typing this interview. *Napkin ((wipe wipe, food good! lol)) Prices is cheaper than other chinese spot I've used to be loyal too. :-) New Fan. It's not a huge restaurant... small place if you want to enjoy peace and quiet with a date maybe.

Ok. The rice doesn't seem like it's prepared fresh. I think they buy it somewhere else and reheat it in the back. Portions are kind of small compared to other places. Not my favorite. I had the sweet and sour chicken

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
