How can it be that I am the first to review this IHOP? Well, probably because the National French Toast Alert was raised recently, and that cool cool blast of air made me want breakfast carbs at an unreasonable hour. Eschewing my regular trip to the Waffle House, we made way to the mecca of 24 hour breakfast, the nearest International House of Pancakes. Though admittedly, I didn't order the cakes, though they looked fluffy and delicious. Nope, this girl went straight for the strawberry banana french toast. Believe you me, it was totally worth the sugar rush! Also sugar-sweet? Our waitress, who was incredibly accommodating. I'd recommend stoppin' at this 'hop next time you want some breakfast. Yummy!

This location, BOY!!!! I don't know what to say. but the corporate office need to shut the whole store down and start all over again. Now this is not my first rodeo with this restaurant. I just really started back coming here. Thinking they have improved on things, AND THEY HAVE!!!! Just a little. But!! This morning i had my mouth ready for a Spinach/Mushroom omelet after i got off work and i got some sh..! That look like throw up. Lumpy Hollandaise sauce and the freaking omelet look like some old rolled up eggs with the same lumpy ass Hollandaise sauce on it. Now! If it wasn't 3:25 in the morning and i hadn't just gotten off work, my behind would be trucking it right back up to the restaurant "if you want to call it that" and act a fool. But!!!!! You best believe i will make a phone call in the morning to the corporate office. Now! Let me mention that the lady who took my order over the phone, i can't remember her name But she was very professional. Once i got there the same lady helped me check out. She made sure everything was okay. But! Me being tired i didnt double, double check my food "my damn dad" i wish i would have. But!! I just wanted to give her two thumbs up for a late night, early morning good customer service. BUT!!! THAT DAMN COOK GOTS GO =:(

Pretty poor service....really shows when you get your order one thing at a time. Makes the dining experience much less pleasurable.

This location made me never want to step foot in an ihop..the service is horrible, forget about ever getting a drink refill, and expect to wait at least 30 minutes before you are even noticed after sitting down..many other customers stood up and left before we finally did as well.

This Ihop is flithy and I gotten sick from the food. I had to wait 10 mins to be seated and that should have been my sign to walk away since it only had two families eating at the time. Run!

This iHop has certainly improved over the years! Don't know if it's new management or what but i was pleasantly surprised by fast service, hospitable waiters, flavorful and well cooked food, and cleaaaan facility! I'm usually a breakfast/brunch snob but on a busy day dealing with soccer and baseball with the kids, the alternative was very nice! We will be back!

Just ordered the holiday Ham special. Very disappointed with small portion of ham and very little broccoli. Service was good.

This ihop is awful, the servers are terrible. They are so slow and leave you waiting forever before coming over to greet us and take our drink orders. So we try to eliminate the server problem(because why would I tip someone when the service sucks) by trying to place a to go order and no one ever answers the phones. It's a shame their food is so good because the service sucks horribly.

Worst IHOP experience ever. It was the most unprofessional environment. When me and my party walked in, the hostess took us to a table that was unclean. When we told her the table was dirty, it was clear that she did not want to wipe it down. Once the table was wiped down, we were sat. A second later, a man who we thought was our waiter, can to our table asking for our drink order. Since we did not have time to look over the menu we asked that he give us a moment. Not even giving us a minute, he came right back and asked us again about our drinks, so we just went ahead and ordered two Splashberry drinks. He asked at that point whether we were ready to order our meals. We said we needed a little more time to review the menu. A minute later a different waiter came to our table and said his name was Kenny & that he would be our waiter. At that point, my party was puzzled. Then he asked were we ready to order. Of course, only a minute earlier we told the other server that we needed a few more minutes to look over the menu. So Kenny went away and never came back. So the 1st waiter came back and said did the other waiter come back & take our orders. We said he came by and said he was our server, left and never came back. So he said okay and that he would just take the order for Kenny. So I ordered the Breakfast Sampler and my guest ordered the Senior Rooty. So once our order was taken we just sat there and sat there, really confused. We did not know who our waiter really was. The customer service thus far was terrible. We both had drank up all of our Splashberry drinks and were due refills. Our food had not come, had no silverware when seated, no waiter had been back to the table, etc. Other customers at other tables were complaining that no one had come to their table. At that point, I just asked another waiter in passing...who was actually our waiter, where they were and if they could find them. They were so gracious and said that Kenny (the 2nd waiter) was our waiter and went and got him. Kenny came to our table and came with some lame excuse. He said that he was waiting all of these other tables on the other side of the restaurant and was unable to attend to us. But guess what? The restaurant wasn't even crowded. At that point, I asked that he refill my elderly guest's drink and bring us some silverware & napkins. He said okay. He had the drink and handed it off to another employee. The refill was brought to the table, with the syrup spilling out of the glass and dripping all over the table. The server saw the mess, but she didn't even attempt to try and wipe off the glass and the spillage off the table. Then Kenny came out with our food. The order was wrong. Meat was missing from the plates. Then when we asked where were the items, he simply shrugged his shoulders and said that's what the other waiter rung up into the computer. Now he clearly repeated our orders back to us (even Kenny when he placed the meals before us) and there is not a Breakfast Sampler on the 55+ menu. He took the plates back but left the pancakes on the table to get cold. We just had enough and said we weren't going to eat there & asked to speak to a manager. When we asked the girl at the front desk (who was playing around with Kenny) to speak to a manager, she would never get one. After being persistent she finally got a manager to our table. When the manager came to the table I explained what happened and said that we no longer wanted to eat there because of the service / treatment. She said okay and that she would fix the bill. The manager never apologized. In fact, no one ever apologize or took responsibility for their actions. What was more disheartening is what the manager did to our bill. She removed the food items from the bill, but she listed them as "MGR 100%Comp" as if she gave us each a free meal. Keep in mind, we did not eat anything. Then she made us pay for our drinks. Then to make matters worst, Kenny (Kenneth - name listed on receipt) who was so busy with all these other tables, came to the front desk to check us out and to try & antagonize before we left. I will never go to this IHOP again. It's filled with a bunch of unprofessional and rude employees.

Called to place a to go order; got put on hold for 10 minutes (at least.... Hung up). Called back; went to some kind of voicemail after a few rings. So I guess I'll go over to McDonald's across the street which also has HORRIBLE service (to say the least). Great night!

I've had breakfast at this IHOP twice in the past two weeks, first times at this location. Both times pleasant staff, large menu to choose from, really nice smooth coffee. This location is much cleaner than a lot of restaurants that serve breakfast, that's a big deal to me. I cannot dine in a filthy restaurant. The restaurant is open and well lit, nice big windows. Plenty of parking. Fun menu! I had blueberry pancakes with a lemon creme sauce on top, decadent- almost too rich! I ordered a couple scrambled eggs on the sides for some protein. I would order these again, very yummy! Another time I ordered Ham & eggs, w toast. good, but not exciting, the ham was good and not overly salty, a pleasant surprise. Our server was absolutely outstanding. She was very patient, and always kind and pleasant, she was the icing on the cake to our whole dining experience. IHOP is a good, solid, family place!

Ramon is the best waiter I have ever had in all of my years. Naturally I like to eat a lot and this man is an angel. I tip him well and get disappointed when we are seated outside of his section or I don't see him when I first walk in. I know there will be big things in his future. The food is great and has become our standard place to get breakfast. Thank you Ramon!

It's good I have time to kill, because it took 10min to give my order and get a drink. On the other hand, when the food came, it was perfect. So if you're not in a hurry its ok. I blame the slow down on the kitchen, not the server.

This iHop is ALWAYS packed, always. Although, this is my first choice iHop to visit, I'm not sure why its always packed. It doesn't matter what time of day you go here on a Saturday - whether its raining or snowing, be prepared to wait. This time we had Mario who regrettably forgot about us. We sat in by the window so it was cool, we had the chance to people-watch as we chatted a bit about the current news. I've been here countless times. A time when we got the new guy who had no idea what he was doing but we were patient. Another time when the manager came over to tease my bf about a Falcon's hat he was wearing. Another time when the manager didn't even remember who he was. That was funny. Another time when we had to approach the manager about an issue. But THIS time was something different. Anyway what brought me to write this review was because of the celebrity spotting - AmberRose...not to be confused with Yeezy's ex Amber Rose, not Whiz Khalifa's baby's momma Amber Rose, not the Amber Rose that refers to her Twitter followers as RoseBuds but Amber Rosario - or something like that. I heard the voice of a sweet southern girl who introduced herself to her table - "Hi, Im AmberRose and I will be your server today..." All I could see in front of me was my bf laughing, then he covered his face. I turn to my left "OH, OK!" and quickly turned my head before she could see that I was chuckled a bit. It was funny and cute at the same time. She was so sweet. I honestly wished that she was serving us because she would've given us the hookup on some extras if you know what I mean. Even if you don't, you have to go see for yourself. Besides that Mario was cool. I usually get upset when I'm ignored by my waiter but I didn't even see him walking around. I had so much fun that morning that it didn't even phase me. The food is always cooked to perfection and it comes out quickly. I always get exactly what I order. I'm really picky about my eggs. I prefer shelled eggs - or country style eggs as they like to call them. I don't care if they're country or city. I want them out of a shell. The pancakes are always good. Although they slip on the hot syrup sometimes, all you had to do is ask and they'll bring it right to you. The price is reasonable. You may catch a special every now and then. Other than that the staff is great and the atmosphere is homely. Try this iHop but remember, do not come extremely hungry. There's always a wait.

I ordered the Chicken & Waffles at this IHOP location. I enjoyed the waffles. They were thick & soft. However, the chicken was a disappointment. First, I did not particularly like the idea of chicken strips with my waffles; I expected chicken wings. Second, the chicken was not particularly well-spiced. Third, it was too hard. My jaw hurt from trying to bite into the meat. The restrooms could use a little more cleaning.

THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. Tara, my group's server, was rude and unorganized. Our food was very slow coming out and when it came out, she brought 2 plates every 5-10 minutes. To play the devil's advocate, it was around midnight and there were more people in the restaurant than on a normal Saturday night but she didn't need to be rude. When we first came in we asked if the tables could be moved to accommodate for our group of 12 and her was "You can go ahead and move them." We ordered shortly after being seated and it took 20-30 minuted to get our drinks. At our table she brought out some of our food before our drinks. When we asked to have our drinks before our food she replied, "Well unless you want your food cold and your drinks hot you'll be served like this." When we got our drinks she ran out of straws and said she would be back with more. She never came back with anymore straws; my friend had to get up and ask another waiter for some. When I finally received my pancake, 45 minutes after ordering, i grabbed the old fashioned syrup and started to pour; it was a blueberry. I told our server and she said," Well she what you Coulda done was grab the Old fashion of this table and used it. See how easy that was." When my table started to get checks one of my friends had not even received her food. When she finally got her food, everyone was already finished with their food. Our table left and Tara received no tip. Some people didn't pay because they either didn't receive their check or they got their food 4 minutes before we left. The food was ok. but the service wasn't.
