We checked into our hotel, first time in Savannah have you, and we got a coupon book with a free margarita at One Eyed Lizzy's. How can you turn that down? We knew this would be our first stop for some grub and libations in Georgia. After the trolley tour we exited near the restaurant, which has an exceptional location right on River St. It was kind of slow but hey, it was a Tuesday afternoon who cares. My girlfriend got the free margarita, and the server was happy to oblige. I got a cold draft beer, can't really mess that up. We gazed over the menu, with such great descriptions written down it was actually hard to choose. We started with the house made chips with their salsa, queso, and guacamole. Unknowingly, this would be the highlight of our culinary delight at Lizzy's. My girlfriend got this steak fajita wrap sorta thing, a special. I ordered the oyster po boy. Her steak wrap didn't have a whole lot going on, like the wonderful description on the menu had us believe. The steak was in big, chewy pieces and was just downright tasteless and boring. I felt bad, until I took a bite of my sandwich. The best thing was the oysters. Unripe tomato slices, bagged shredded lettuce, and a poor tartar sauce reminiscent of something you get at Long John Silvers. I really don't feel I need to say more about it. Our server was pleasant and accommodating, though it just won't be enough to bring us back to Lizzy's, even for a free margarita.

Went there with 3 guys. Got drinks quickly but main course took 45 minutes with other tables that came in after us getting theirs first. Had combo fajitas. Didn't come with salsa ($1.50 extra charge) nor cheese. Took up a lot of space with large chunks of tomatoes pushing out meat. Salsa was basically diced tomatoes with water.

Traveling through town was excited to try a local favorite. However, sat at the table with a group of four without being acknowledged by a server for nearly 15 minutes...needless to say we left.

We had just gotten to Savannah and we asked our concierge for a good seafood spot. She recommended this restaurant. We should have read the reviews first. The atmosphere was lacking, but I figured that many of the best restaurant are holes in the wall. This isn't one of them. We ordered the gator bites, shrimp basket, grouper basket, house salad and hush puppies. I am not sure how you can mess up a house salad but the lettuce was limp... almost like the leaves had just come out of water. The fries in the basket were also limp and luke-warm. Come to think of it, so were the grouper and the shrimp. The only reason I am giving this one star is for the gator bites and hush puppies. The service was bad too (the waitress was super nice, but also super slow), but that could have been overlooked had the food been tolerable. If you are looking for a good seafood spot in Savannah, this is NOT it.

  • Lorrie B.

The oysters were small and watery...my friend ordered the steak medium rare and the steak is well-done. The hush puppies taste like cornmeal and that is not how hush puppies taste! You should not eat here!!

One Eyed Lizzy's is located right on the waterfront and is a pleasant place to eat for a family with children. The food itself is decent but what impressed me was the service. It was excellent. We were there during a really bad thunderstorm and they saw to our every need without being overbearing. In addition, they never pressed us to move on even after we were done eating (thank goodness because the weather was still horrible). Would go there again, without a doubt.

One of my favorite places to eat on Riversteet, with an awesome upstairs balcony seating when avaible, and a menu that caters to almost any hunger. Try the crab dip as an app, and the shrimp tacos topped with a mango salsa was amazing. Some say they make the best margaritas on Riverstreet, I leave that for you to decide.

Best fried seafood I've had since I have been in GA. Can't beat the menu selection & price

Great food and environment ! This is a family friendly environment we had a great time and the food was great! A little pricey but the options were great! I would recommend a stop in anytime you are on river walk looking for dinner!

The service was slow and the food was okay. I had the chicken chimichanga & while I ate most of it it was because it was my only meal of the day and I was absolutely starving.

We stopped by to get out of the rain and use a free margarita coupon we found, but i wish that we could have just kept on walking. We were seated and given menus and decided on 2 free margaritas, a taco/enchilada plate as well as an oyster poboy and 2 la bamba drinks. The service was the only thing that was good about this place. The taco plate looked like any other place (i.e. nothing special about it) and the oysters actually didn't taste like anything at all (bland, bland, bland). The margaritas were ok, but I would have gladly taken back the coupon if i had known that the food was going to be such a let down. Too many places near and on River street to be wasting sober moments and money here.

We stopped in for lunch during a recent visit to Savannah. The wife and I shared a Chicken Finger appy and a burger. The fingers were so-so. Rather bland if you were dipping in a sauce. The burger on the other hand, was first rate. Fresh, flame broiled and extremely tasty. I'd go back!

I didn't look at the reviews before we wandered in to get a margarita. There were 2 other people at the bar when we sat down and only a couple tables occupied in the dining area. I ordered a drink and waited a few minutes. Then I went to the bathroom. When I came back, still no drink. The other 2 at the bar had their drinks but the server was still talking to them. We waited a couple more and after 8-10 minutes with no drink, we walked out.

While walking around savannah on vacation a few weeks ago, we were handed a menu with a free margarita coupon on it. After reading some reviews we were kind of sketchy about eating here but since there were so many mixed reviews we took a gamble. Not only did we end up having a few rounds of margaritas because they were so good, the food that we ordered was some of the best we had in town. Friendly staff, and the wait at the table wasn't too bad considering they were short staffed the day we went. Would definitely recommend and when in town again stop in for another meal...

My kiddos and I are staying at Tybee - no decent restaurants, unfortunately - so we took a day trip to Savannah. After walking the River front we were starving, but nothing was grabbing us. As we sat next to the market my son saw one eyed lizzys. Overall stars on yelp didn't scream 'go in' but the menu had something for each of us. That is, a 14 yr old carnivore, an 11 yr old vegetarian, and me who is just trying to fit in my bikini for 4 more days! The chipotle bbq burger was amazing, czar salad and cheese quesadilla also awesome (though we did not have the added queso sauce), and I had the salmon tacos - huge and fabulous! Our server Nicole was friendly and knowledgeable - again lacking at most places on Tybee.

Nice people bad food. This place needs to be on The Food Network's Save our Resturant. Don't order the quesadillas . No flavor and wet. Shrimp Po was supposed to be on French Bread but was on a hoagie and no flavor.

When I stopped here for dinner back in October, it seemed to be the least busy restaurant on River Street. My two friends and I were seated on a private balcony overlooking the river. I ordered a side caesar salad and the Savannah corn and crab chowder. Dear. Lord. That was the best thing I've ever tasted. The salad was good, not wonderful. But One Eyed Lizzy's deserves 5 stars just for that chowder. It was that good. Paired with the beautiful night and privacy of the balcony, it made for a great dining experience. My two friends were less impressed with their meals (one got nachos, I think the other got a type of fajita). Also, our waitress was very nice, but didn't come around as often as I would have liked. But all and all I was impressed. Oh yeah, and the prices were pretty unbeatable for River Street seafood. I really cannot wait to go back. I've read some great things about the grouper fingers and crab dip. The Greek salad looked good, too. But since trying the crab chowder, I don't think there's any way to avoid getting a bowl of that.

This review is for the view from one of the 4 private balconies in the restaurant, overlooking historic River Street and the Savannah River. We were eyeing those balconies for several days and were able to get one, without wait, by returning one weeknight AFTER the dinner hour. The bourbon was excellent (but bourbon always is excellent); the pecan pie was tasty; our waitress Brandy was friendly and helpful. We felt very special sitting out on our own romantic private balcony in this historic neighborhood.

  • Kelley T.

Decent meal, decent prices. The crab and corn chowder was pretty good. The grouper Reuben was good. Waitresses seem to frequently mess up orders; both times I went, I didn't get the side I asked for and instead got fries. Nothing too special.

Nice establishment, it took along time to get my food but it was good, service is slow as molasses.

Too many options along the river to choose this place. Maybe the worst burger i have ever had. Keep on walking uptown for better food options.

  • Kelley S.

Small, seemingly legit place to grab a quick bite on the Riverwalk. We wanted to try out a local place vs. a chain restaurant. Our waitress was fine but the price of the single beer and small sized appetizer was nearly $20. Not worth it.

    (2)
  • Colleen H.

Overpriced bar food. Cute spot, great locale. I did have the boiled shrimp and enjoyed them--but it's hard mess that up.

  • Jennifer P.

They deserve a negative '1' star....... Boooooooooo....... :-( This place sucks from the wait staff to the food and everything in between.... Dammit. Never again I must have been inebriated the first time why the hell did I waste my money and time going back..... With the drink deals on the riverwalk you are out of your damn minds to charge $15 for a pitcher of Miller lite..... Wtf.... Food is over processed or over cooked = garbage!

    (1)
  • Robby M.

The bartender can make or break your experience at a bar and here it broke us. The lady behind the bar was not friendly at all and we tried engaging her in conversation told us she was to busy, mind you the place was 3/4 empty so that was not true. My wife ordered a bloody mary and said it was really bad no taste at all like being poured directly from a premix.

    (1)
  • Henry R.

I'm from Arizona and this place is no where you should go to have Mexican. Everything is from a Jar including the salsa, enchilada sauce, and cheese sauce. I don't think the margaritas are worth while either. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    (1)
  • Bridget G.

After you get over the dirty feeling of this place it's ok. The smell was very off putting. We ordered bacon wrapped shrimp that was worthy of 3 stars. The oyster po boy was boring. There was no spice in the breaking and it was served with tartar instead of remoulade. The margaritas were not up to par either. Nothing is worse than sour mix so acidic it burns the back of your throat.

Recently stopped by for my sister's birthday, and had a swell time! The server was awesome, and tolerated all our silliness, as well as keeping us all happy and un-thirsty. :) I scantly remember what I had to eat, as the company was the reason I was there, but we had a great time at the table in the corner! We even all had separate checks, and it was no problem. Thanks for helping us to enjoy part of our evening! :)

    (3)
  • Kimberly M.

I will agree with the other reviews that there is NOTHING special about this place. BUT the Crab dip appetizer is phenomenal. It wasn't overpriced, but it wasn't super flavorful. Nothing too spectacular.

  • Jenn M.

Friendly service from everyone. The food was okay - good for grabbing in a hurry.

    (3)
  • Gina C.

They play 80's music the entire time. The food was average. Service was great! Pricey for the portion sizes, but it is right on the river. I guess you are paying for the atmosphere.

    (3)
  • Holly B.

So, the location is great. Right in the main drag by the water. The customer service is really good - you interact with them and they interact with you. All very nice. The food was a two star though. We ordered oysters and they were warmer than room temperature so we sent them back. I wouldn't recommend it - more places to go than there.I think Frank K. got it right - it is what it is...

We have lived in Savannah for awhile and never been here. We recently went gluten free so eating out is a big experience now. Our waitress was so great! She was so helpful and patient with us. Great food too:) Will def be back!

Let me preface by saying my party didn't eat here. We just stopped for drinks, air conditioning and to wait for the sun to go down so that we could do some people watching/bar hopping on River Street. The bartender was really nice but the drinks are expensive and small in size. They do give you plastic cups if you ask so you can leave the bar and drink down by the river. My dad is from Savannah so I have some experience with the town, but this just a typical tourist restaurant. If you want Tex Mex and don't want to leave River Street then this is your place. It wasn't very clean (again, it's River Street) so I would probably try another option if I had the choice.

  • Ashley W.

We picked this place for the variety of food on the menu. I ordered the Oyster Po Boy. It wasn't bad but I've had better. The tartar sauce had a lot of pickle flavor. The fries were boring. Shrimp and Beef Fajitas came with very little meat, the menu description wasn't clear enough. The water was quite possible the worst tasting water I have ever had. Our server wasn't bad and she certainly stayed busy but we felt neglected and had to ask for items multiple times. The best part was the salsa.

    (2)
  • Josef W.

I should have checked YELP! first... The food was...OK at best...bland would be more like it. We were there in the late afternoon, OK service, but the food left a lot to be desired... I will agree with the other review...I was tourist trapped. Oh, one other thing. the "beautiful patio" over looking the river was one small three topper table with a bird walking all over the table while we were there...

    (2)
  • Avalon M.

Drinks were great. We went for lunch - it was good. Prices are fair. I have no complaints. We ate upstairs, way in the back, so it was nice and quiet - and it faces River Street's marketplace - perfect. Loved it.

Party of four stopped in for a quick lunch. We waited almost an hour for our food and it was obvious that our waitress didn't care and didn't want to be there. Corn and crab soup was really good but other than that the rest was your typical tourist trap food. There are so many more amazing restaurants in Savannah, please avoid this one if you can.

We went for for margaritas and snacky bar type foods after a long day touring Savannah. It was late and the place was almost empty so we had the full attention of the servers who were all incredibly friendly. The waitresses made nice recommendations on Lizzy's extensive speciality margarita list - but more importantly (at least to me) they weren't afraid to be honest and tell you which ones to avoid. The California quesadilla was finger licking delicious and the margaritas were good enough to order seconds. Relatively inexpensive. Nice place on River Street for late-night drinks and munchies.

    (3)
  • Dawn B.

Ok...before I go any further, let me say this is typical bar food and it's very inexpensive. Families traveling with teens and want to sir down with them in a place where they can relax? Then this is the place for you. Moms to be on the safe side order the grilled chicken sandwich. It's actually quite tasty, served with fries on a grilled bun for $7.50. It's not 5 star food but the kids will like it.

Stopped by or really drawn in by free food and drink. Tried the free samples at the door and given a free drink coupon. Had a good enough time with our group. Wait staff OK not real friendly or knowledgeable about menu. Food: some good, chowder and seafood, some bad, Mexican, if that is want you call it. Nice view up stairs. There are so many other options on River St. probable will not stop by again.

    (3)

Typical River Street pub food. The fried shrimp is pretty good but the portion could be bigger. Limited outside dinning, but nice if you can get it.

Avoid! My first clue should have been the fact that my feet stuck to the bathroom floor. Typical tourist fare. Dirty feel. Dead flies in windows, you get the picture. Nice waitress though.

Have you heard the expression, " It is what it is..." ? What amazes me is when someone walks into restaurant in a tourist section of town and expects to find their mama's cooking ! This is a lot of TEX MEX confluence of dishes prepared here, reflecting the locality of the area as well. I read reviews of people from Indiana, Virginia and Jersey to name a few, that claim the menu is 'weird' ? !!! Get a clue people, if you want a pot roast, go to an Americana cuisine place ! Enough said !! My experience here over three visits are very favorable. Twice for lunch and once for my evening meal. I too, like some others, love this place. It has a great view and lots of ambiance. Waitstaff were very friendly and attentive when I visited. As it is with any menu for a place of this price point there will be 'hits' and 'misses'. I generally go with a dish that can be considered indigenous for the region, and make my selection accordingly. Being as it is located on water and very near to the Atlantic I selected the Grouper Reuben on the menu. Turns out this was a very tasty selection, not greasy and the fries served with it were done to my perfection (like em well done !) I enjoyed cold beer with my lunch and would recommend this dish, restaurant and establishment to anyone who wanted a bit of flavor, of the river district of Savannah. It is what it is, and if you are making a dining decision on a 'gut' feeling. I suggest the drugstore pharmacy to buy some of that pink stuff. Guts are not what I would use to make a decision of where to eat.

  • Jessica V.

We stopped in for 3 things: bathroom air conditioner and some cold drinks (aka Grey Goose martinis). We asked to be sat upstairs on a private balcony but that didn't last long since it was 1000 degrees out. We moved to a booth right inside the door that still had a nice view. We decided on a couple appetizers eventually to hold us over until dinner. The food was as good as could be expected for being right in the middle of Tourist Central. Bacon wrapped shrimp and some spinach and something or other dip (artichokes maybe?). I don't remember it being overly greasy, so that's a plus. The Grey Goose martini's were delicious, dry and dirty and our waiter was super attentive and nice though. All and all, not bad for a cold drink, snack and a view from upstairs if you are just looking to get away from busy River Street.

Not so noisy on the upper level but don't go for the food. It's edible but that's about all u can say. Tourist-trapped, ah well.

  • Jennifer G.

I usually research before I spend my hard earned cash somewhere and now I have learned why. We stopped in after deciding we were starving and could not bear the heat for another minute. This place seems to have some confusion between mexican, seafood and fusion. The menu consisted of things like cordon blue chimichanga and pot roast taco, just weird. After we got our drinks my husband noticed a fly in his tea, the waitress laughed and said oh, he is thirsty and then took her sweet time getting another one back to us, also very odd to me.

    (2)
  • Jen G.

Typical tourist trap fare. I stopped in for lunch, hoping to cool off with a nice local draft, only to discover they only carry domestic swill on tap. I wasn't feeling very adventurous, so I went with a crispy chicken club sandwich served with fries. It was about as inspired as my waitress was to be working the lunch shift on a Tuesday. Because it's situated on one of the most heavily trafficked streets in Savannah, One Eyed Lizzy's doesn't have to strive to be any better than marginal, both in the food and service department. As the saying goes, location, location, location. I'd avoid places like this at all costs, if you're looking for an authentic Savannah experience. This place could be in any town that caters to tourists. Meh.

    (2)
  • Garrett T.

I love this place. The food is decent and the service is usually pretty good. The reason we go there is to sit outside upstairs and watch the river.i have never eaten inside there we always go outside to eat and is always a good relaxing time. Great place for people watching as well.

    (3)
  • Colleen S.

Good bar food. Had the "Grouper Fingers" basket with fries. The grouper was good and so was the breading. Fries were hot and tasty. Soft drink tasted good and not watered down. Waitress was friendly and attentive with out being pushy. Great place to have a quick bite to eat while shopping. Tip: try to sit by the window to people watch.

Our Girl Scout troop stopped in after a long walk along the water. The service was good and the food was eh, ok, I guess. Two of the girls got chicken fingers and said they were nasty. My burger was traditional American fare. One mom got the steak quesadillas and they were soaked in grease. So, you're gonna get exactly what you think your gonna get here. Greasy American dive food.

    (2)
  • Janelle C.

It's true....bar food. What do you expect in a tourist trap? I didn't care though...great view and I was freaking hot and tired. Had the Bloody Maria...that's a mary with tequila ackkkkkkkkk nasty stuff! The spinach dip and bacon wrapped shrimp were good. Nothing freaking amazing but not bad either. The service was good and friendly and fast.

    (3)
  • Kim W.

Avoid this place. We stopped in for a bit to tide us over until dinner. I ordered a frozen watermelon drink and I defy you to find the flavor in it. We split the grouper rueben with fires. Very greasy and nothing special. That goes for the waitress too. It was a bother to wait on us. I wish I had gone with my gut and tried the shrimp factory.

    (1)
  • Jessica R.

..really good corn and crab chowder! They have a wide selection of entrees as well, but the service was a little off when I went in.

    (3)
  • Jennifer B.

Four-star rating based off the $4-6 price range on their fantastic margaritas alone! Cool ambience and locale. Food is mediocre but it does not really matter because two frozen margaritas in and you won't care what you're eating! You can also get a ticket for a free margarita per entree from one of the guides out on River Street. Get the peach-pomegranate margarita...you won't be sorry!

  • Kristie D.

Awesome large, casual joint on River Street. We were seated immediately on their balcony overlooking the water. Our servers were Whitney & Tiffany, they took great care of us. Drinks and food were delivered quickly. I ordered the Cobb salad and I do believe it is the best salad I've ever had. For $9.95 you get this PLATE of salad with rows of bleu cheese, bacon, guacamole, tomatoes and boiled egg. This was so, so good. It was enough salad for 3 people, if we hadn't been 4 hours from home I would've boxed this thing up and would be eating it right now. The BF got the Grouper Reuben which is just as it sounds. Grouper filet on rye, with slaw and sauce. He ate every bite. I would eat here all the time if we lived close. The place is large and clean, employees are terrific. Great food with very reasonable prices.

I came to this coast to try Low Country Boil and I found it here with boiled Tiger Shrimp (1/2 lb) the size of my thumb with drawn butter and cocktail sauce, delicious! I also dined on a couple local caught crab cakes, more cab than cake, also delicious! By bride had a "too" large Cobb salad, very good! The wait staff was spot on and helpful! I wished I lived nearby I'd come more often.

  • Ericka B.

Absolutely horrible. Walked in to about 6 servers standing around the hostess station looking lost. The place was busy but not packed. After our order was taken it took about 20 minutes to get out food. In the meantime our server never came out over to check in us or refill drinks. And let me tell you, the wait was not worth it. None of us liked our food. I ordered a dish with sausage in it and I swear the sausage must have been marinated in dish soap. I can't think of one good thing to say except tat when I complained about my Palmolive sausage special they did comp it. There are too many better options around than to sink to this level.

This is my favorite Mexican/ Southwestern restaurant in Savannah! The crab dip is the absolute best I've ever had! The shrimp quesidilla is also delicious. It is made with very large fresh shrimp.

    (5)
  • Ellie P.

We had excellent service when we were there, but the food was subpar. The prices were at the same level as most of the other restaurants on River Street, however the food was below average. Both my boyfriend and I had grilled shrimp and broccoli and both tasted far from fresh. It is possible we just ordered an unpopular option on the menu, because some of the food walking past us looked good. I do have to point out that their Skinny Margarita was delicious! It was made with fresh lime juice (instead of sour mix) and agave nectar. Definitely recommend that drink if you go!

The Savannah Corn and Crab Chowder is amazing and the fried oysters were really good also.

I enjoyed this little joint. We were seated on a private balcony that overlooked the cobblestone street and the river. Our server was very nice, not anything extraordinary, but got our order correct and refilled our drinks. The food was good, not great, but the portions were large. I had the alligator quesadilla and my husband had the shrimp and bacon quesadilla. Personally I liked his more.

Stopped in here around lunch time on a Saturday. The free Margarita coupon suckered me in. The margarita was watered down and the food was pretty much bland. Tried the shrimp tacos and my other half had the grilled shrimp. Overcooked and bland.

Mediocre at best. I've never been to a texmex place where you have to buy chips and salsa. Not impressed. . Service was meh...

Stopped in for a evening snack and a drink. Nothing really special about this place. They have your average drinks and food. I went with a peach margarita and an order of their crab dip. The margarita didn't taste like peach at all. The toasted bread that was served with the dip was better than the dip itself. Careful when eating it, I got a couple what felt like egg shell pieces in my dip. The highlight of the visit was our server Cheyanne. She was very friendly and helpful. With all the dining choices in the area, I think one can probably find better.

We came early enough on Memorial Day to beat the crowd and sat in one of the 3 2nd floor outdoor patios that are what we call "VIP seating" and had a great view of river street and the river. Really cool place!

I was very impressed with this place. Not only is it SO CLEAN! The staff was so nice! We sat at the bar, and the bartender was a girl with long dark curly hair. I don't remember her name BUT she was AWESOME! Very knowledgable about all of their items. Fast service, and good drinks. We ordered the gator bites, although a little over cooked on some parts, still delicious. Also the spring rolls, loved them. Great flavor, presented nice too. If you're stopping in for a quick bite and a couple drinks, def the place. Didn't have entrees but they made a great first impression and we will visit again for more!

Really good, free margarita coupon from trolley ride. I had JO burrito and it was very good and a lot of food. We all had Mexican food and was very pleased with it.

I absolutely loved this place!!! I was there last Saturday. As soon as we walked in we were seated. We were greeted by the server John. He is great!! The environment was pleasant, just people enjoying their evening having dinner and a drink. We ordered two margaritas and then our entrees. My boyfriend ordered the beef chimichanga and I ordered the shrimp quesadilla. There isn't enough words to describe how delicious this quesadilla was!! I fell in love seriously. Next time I visit Savannah, I will definitely be going to eat here again!!

Stopped in here for dinner and we had a very friendly, kind, sweet waitress. Started off with chips and salsa which wasn't that special. My honeys bacon Swiss mushroom burger was delicious. My wings were tasteful as well. But there was something off on the crispness. The atmosphere was quiet and a bit eerie. Otherwise it was an ok spot to grab something quick.

We lunched here when our trolly tour stopped - across the street. Right along the river, it is located well to simply walk around after eating.

Amazed by the low rating for Lizzy's on here. Third time here in two years and all three times were delicious. it has become my goto place when in Savannah.

Very friendly place. Gay friendly. Visiting or Local its a popular place. Right across from River Street Market which is smaller than I thought but cool to walk around if that's your kind of thing. Food was good. Matches the price you pay. we sat out on the balcony. It was our own little space. I'm definitely going back. Shrimp and bacon quesadilla was amazing!

We stopped in to get a drink from the bar and was rudely greeted and insulted by the female bartender (as she high fived another patron at the bar about her remark to us) literally as we were sitting down. Ordered the drinks still, to give them the benefit of the doubt, and after 10 minutes of waiting got up and left. If I could give zero stars I would. The rude bartender hopefully fixed the drinks and then realized we were gone. So many other hospitable places in Savannah way more deserving of your money. Bathrooms were nasty as noted by many other reviews. Avoid and keep walking as you'll find 20 other places that are better in every aspect with a quarter mile.

We decided to have drinks/appetizers for our lunch. We ordered their gator bites (which were really good; kinda wished they'd provided a few more in the basket though). We also had their crab dip (which was quite tasty and a decent amount) and their wings (kinda standard). We enjoyed our lunch and margaritas.

One Eyed Lizzy's is a standard River St. venue in Savannah. It's kind of towards the far west end of River St. Nothing special about this place. I'd say the brand is well disseminated and the food is average. The drink selection beyond the standard One Eyed Lizzy's cocktails leaves much to be desired. On a positive note, the service was prompt and super friendly. I would return for the quality of service and if I had a large group.

Had a great couple drinks and food. 2 dollar fireball Jell-O shots, how can you go wrong ?

Do not waste your time going here. There are so many better options! The food is over salted and is on the verge of inedible. We Wanted to like it here, but just could not get past the quality of the food. I got the chimichanga, and my husband got a combo meal with tacos and enchiladas. Maybe their seafood is better but the Mexican food was simply not good.

Went here a while back and got the alligator quesadillas, they were fantastic! The service was ok, and the place was a little chilly inside but overall it was a cool place! Will definitely come back next time I'm in town!

Drinks were very tasty. Food was amazing, but also very fattening (beware) the bate rider I had was awesome and sweet. Just wish I could have remembered her name to give her a shoutout. Good spot to pregame while hitting the beautiful streets of Savannah.

Table was sticky and bathroom was disgusting (thank god i went after my meal or I would never have ordered anything). Food was okay. Service was lackluster. Peach and pomegranate Margarita was great. Thats why it gets 3 stars instead of 1.

Stopped in here because they had a sign out front advertising $2 fireball shots. I never had those before. They were really tasty (even though we had to dig them out with a spoon). We shared the shrimp orleans, which wasn't as good as I had expected it to be from reading the description. It was kinda dry and the flavor was a bit off. We also had a couple of Long Island Ice Teas. Best I ever had, seriously!! Hella good and the bartender didn't skimp on the booze. Our server was also really nice and friendly but not overly chatty. The bad part about this place is the bathroom downstairs. First of all it's a unisex bathroom, which is bad enough, but it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. After I complained to the waitress about it, she advised that there are designated men and woman restrooms upstairs. Good to know. Don't know that I'd be interested in going back here for anything other than the booze.

The gator finger snacks was awesome. Tasted just like chicken; however, the Margarita was pricey and diluted. The restaurant is located on the Riverwalk among many stores. Nice place to go for a walk and look around.

My family and I ate here this weekend. It was AWESOME!!!! I ordered the grouper basket and the fish was tender and really good. I tried my Aunts order which was the blackened gator tail, it was phenomenal!!!!!!! The service was great, the price was reasonable, and the restaurant was clean with a nice staff. I'll be back!!
