I don't know what all the other bad reviews are about. First off I don't come here to eat I come to play games so it doesn't bother me that the food isn't spectacular. My lunch consisted of the salad bar and wings both of which were just fine. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and polite as she walking me through all the coupons and food items. The food, game, and bathrooms areas where very new and clean. I will be coming here again. We had a blast!

The reason to come here is not the food, which is good. Pizza tastes like cardboard, and the drink station is a mess. Fun for kids obviously.

Horrible horrible horrible! Stay away from this place! Totally what I expected as far as food quality, service, and cleanliness. All were merely adequate. I'm sure it's not an easy task with hoard of kids running amuk. My issue is with the games. It seemed like over half were not functioning. I've heard this from other people and see a negative review from 2010 complaining about the same issues. Seems deliberate and deceitful. There are other options for kids parties and events in the Savannah area. Don't go here. I walked around with a bored 5 year old that couldn't find a game to play.

The pizza was bland and baron of cheese and the bacon we ordered. The play area is poorly designed, complete mayhem. The games have to be rigged. Cashing in the tickets is a complete joke. Way overpriced on everything. The security system that they have is the only good thing here. Will never go back.

We took my son here for his birthday and was sorely disappointed. The staff was absolutely not interested in working whatsoever. They were more interested in the latest gossip and texting on their phones. They even talked over our heads about their weekend plans while we were trying to put in our order. The food left a lot to be desired.... like a vast amount left to be desired. It was downright horrible and even my kids didn't want to eat. We actually stopped at McD's on the way home. Their games are fine, but there were quite a few that were under repair. It all felt so dirty and unclean. The kids that were there were also extremely rude. Not sure if it was just those particular kids or if it was the culture there in Savannah. I would never let my kids push every one in line or try and take their turn after putting their token in. I don't recommend this as a family dinner or entertainment place at all. You'd have better food at the mall and just get on the carousel.
