Service: Fast as any Jimmy John's location should be. Food: Sandwhich came as expected, decent amount of veggies and meat for a #14. Price is the same as other locations. Location: The shop is very cleaned through out. Lemonade in the drink machine tasted a little off. Sweet tea is a good balance of not too sweet. Great for a quick meal with out going through the drive through.

I like jimmy johns but this location has disappointed me one too many times. They are never really friendly, but this past Saturday they ran out of bread... How do you run out of bread at a sandwich shop. The cashier was not very apologetic and couldn't tell me when the bread would be done baking. We opted for wheat bread, which was awful and felt like I was paying the same price for less sandwich. I'll return to jimmy johns but definitely not this location.

Called to place an order for delivery, the guy that answered the phone was very rude, argued with me about my location, and told me my order "wasnt gonna happen" if i couldnt get change for a large bill. I wont be ordering from this place again.

I order from here all the time..you forgot my salt and vinegar chips today but made up for it with the addition of the new delivery girls you have added to this location. As far as the food the bread is really good here tho not a huge selection to choose from..and the tuna makes the bread soggy sometimes..The cookies are great as well as the chips which are "kettle cooked" so very crispy. I recommend the barbecue if that's a flavor you are fond of. Good prices.

I rarely take the time to write a review on Yelp, but after today I felt the need to give Jimmy Johns in Sandy Springs some props! I have been getting lunch delivered by this location for a while now and every time they have been great. The ordering process is easy, delivery is quick, and the sandwiches are among my favorites. Unfortunately, today I learned some bad news as this location will no longer be able to deliver to my office as the area has grown tremendously and traffic is a challenge for delivery. However, the way in which the message was delivered really left an impression on me. Jeannie Linsin, one of the owners of the business, took the time to come to my office to hand deliver a letter letting me know about the change along with a coupon for a free sub if I come to their location. It is rare today that someone goes the extra mile to add a personal touch. While I will miss having their subs delivered to me, this experience left an impression on me. Thanks Jeannie...and the rest of the Jimmie Johns crew!

My girlfriend placed an order. Delivery was fast, but I didn't get my chips and my girlfriends sandwich wasn't correct. I called to tell them I didn't get my chips and there must have been a mistake on the sandwich (the receipt didn't reflect what she ordered a so obvious type-o or miscommunication). The guy on the other line said that he put my chips in the bag, which weren't. I said there are no chips in the bag, losing my temper a bit. Needless to say the guy said "F-you mother F'er". I drove there, got my chips, obviously angry. I'll go talk to the owner tomorrow (who has always been very pleasant). Oh - and by the way - the guy stated "he knew where I lived and was coming by - you don't mess with people handling your food". My opinion? Don't let these guys handle your food.

Hardly any meat;( they always forget a topping. Which sucks when u have 3 items only on a sandwich. I called once after they closed and the person who answered the phone freaked out on me and was so rude....whatever

I stopped eating or order food from this place in June of 2014 after they made a mistake on my order which made me sick and the manager refused to address it. Terrible horrible customer service. When the manager refused to correct the situation and did not apologize for make me Ill with the mistake he said he did not care if he lost me as a customer. Now I eat at Fire House. Jimmy johns has lost my business and I tell everyone I know about this store. Beware!!

The best Italian subs outside of Philly. The #9 Italian Night Club is my favorite however I hold the sauce when I order mine, it's not bad with it it's just the way I prefer it. The staff is always nice and if your in a hurry you get your subs here fast! The parking can sometimes be a littler challenging in the front but there are always spaces behind the building. I prefer Jimmy John's over any other sub chain out there.

Best Jimmy John's in town. Staff if freaky fast, and the managers are super friendly. Most of the time your sub will be ready by the time you are done paying.

I just had a flashback to my college days of ordering at Jimmy John's after a night on the town, and the experience was as good as I remembered. Talk about super fast delivery. We ordered three subs and the delivery arrived less than 15 minutes later. The subs were delicious--nothing too fancy and nothing to really rave about, but a decent price for 8-inch subs ($3.59 for a sub with meat and no veggies and $4.59 for subs with meat and veggies). They left the sprouts off my Turkey Tom and kind of skimped on the avocado spread I ordered extra, but everything else was a-ok. Fresh ingredients, good meat, and soft bread + speedy delivery + memories of college = happy customer

Jimmy John's has been bringing me hangover-sustenance for a while. They're always super fast, and the sandwiches are always super good. I believe this location's customer service is on par with the rest of the Jimmy John's in the world. I think the beauty of this sandwich shop is that they deliver. They're not the Rembrandt of subs, but if you don't feel like freaking going anywhere, and you're hungry... call Jimmy John's.

I like Jimmy John's. Their subs always have a very unique, fresh taste to them. It's not my favorite sub shop, but I'm very rarely disappointed with them. Their bread is excellent. If I was rating the chain as a whole, I'd be giving four stars. But I'm rating this specific location, and this specific location lost two stars due to the service. I like a lot of fresh veggies on my subs. It's a great way to fill up without a ton of calories, and since it's not generally extra money to load up on veggies, why not?! Unfortunately, this makes my subs very hard to order at a cash register (as opposed to assembly line style places like Subway or Quiznos). So I figure, instead of saying, "I'd like a Turkey Tom with tomatoes, lettuce, onion, alfalfa sprouts, mayo, cheese, cucumber, and oregano", I figure it'll be easier for the cashier if I just said, "I'd like a Turkey Tom with everything BUT the mustard, oil, and vinegar". Fewer items to list off, right? Apparently I was wrong. "You want onion on it?" Um, yes, I'd like everything but mustard, oil, and vinegar. She keys in "mustard". No, I'd like everything BUT mustard, oil, and vinegar. Maybe the "everything BUT" method was the wrong way to go, but having to repeat myself three times? That loses a star, in my book. :\ Also, she wasn't very friendly. I got a couple of sighs, a general "bad vibe", and not a single smile, or a "thank you", or anything. So that loses another star. I might go here again for a Jimmy John's fix if I'm just REALLY craving it, but if I have the time, I'd rather drive out of my way for the friendly service I'm used to at Jimmy John's. At least the cashiers at the one over by Tech smile at you when you order...

Our office has ordered from this place twice now. Both times I got the Totally Tuna sub (priced at 4.59). They offer french bread or multigrain bread, and seem to have a lot of fresh sandwich ingredients, offered for free on your sub. I would not recommend the sprouts, or the Tuna for that matter. The tuna is mixed with celery and onions, and I'm not sure if they use other seasonings or too much mayo or what, but after having it twice now, I can safely say, something was weird about the sandwich. And it could be the combination of ingredients on the french bread. I'm not really sure. But overall, it's a nice sandwich shop, You don't get any sides with the sub so that's a minus, but the ingredients appear to be fresh. Maybe the other sandwiches are better, they seem to have a lot of combinations to choose from.

I really expected alot more from this place.Very disapoointed. I can make a better sandwich with lower quality ingredients. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because of how professional the preseantation of the restautrant was (Now that deserves 4 stars),....and the little quotes on the wall. You got to do better Jimmy John!

I will never return to this location. I love Jimmy John's food, but this location is horrible. It's full of a bunch of snotty, pompous, over-grown college guys with too much facial hair and a ton of attitude. I have been eating JJ's for years, but I will drive another 20 minutes from my office to a different location rather than deal with these jerks. Oh yeah, and the parking situation is irritating.

The Beach Club and Hunter's Club are winners. I think it's the bread that makes Jimmy John's so good. I could eat it every day.
(4)John B.
I get better subs from Publix. who cares how fast it is when it tastes so plain.

this location is horrible david the manager is the worst. i received a sandwich with hair in it and basically was told to have a good day after i was given my money back. no cutomer service or option to remedy this situation due to my hunger. best advise go to a different location.

I'm not sure why this location is getting such poor reviews. I have ordered several times, takeout and delivery and have never had an issue. A place that delivers, even just one sandwich deserves 3 stars just on principle. I've had several items on the menu, the veggie... tuna... italian... roast beef. All have been tasty and filling. Again I encourage those who have had a bad experience to give it another go!
