Wow!! I was completely blown away! This is definitely a top notch establishment. Every item we ordered was delicious and made with the freshest ingredients I think I've ever had at a restaurant. The variety of dishes is sure to please every palette. My husband's calamari was perfect, light and crispy, well seasoned and included fried lemon slices which was a heavenly complement to the whole dish. My grilled chicken BLT panini was a wonderful blend of fresh meat and vegetables, on a light and chewy focaccia with a yummy drizzle of bacon aioli. The roasted corn nut salad was my favorite of all the dishes we tried and I plan on taking a bowl home with me on the next visit. Skip the soft drinks and enjoy the wonderful lemonade and waters. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the manager was attentive and even brought us a sampling of their delicious croissants. This is a quick order at the counter and they bring it to your table restaurant, but it has nice seating and lighting that make it a fun date night or a quick business lunch.

I used to go to the F2O in Johns creek while growing up and loved that location. I don't know if the menu option changed across all F2O's or it's just this particular location, but they didn't have the salad that I grew to love. I ended up getting a shrimp salad and thought the shrimp was absolutely disgusting. It was in some weird curry sweet sauce and did not go with the salad. Service is quick and lines weren't too long.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would! By far one of my favorite places to grub! A "fancy", yet laid back atmosphere. The employees are always nice and the food is always on point! I've only visited this F2O location. It was a few years ago and I had the best experience! I was greeted with a smile and good energy. The food was quick, fresh, and perfect. My two favorites dishes are, the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad and the Asian Chicken Skewers with mashed potatoes. I love the yummy croissant that each meal (except sandwiches) comes with too! Each time I dine or take-out, it's usually for lunch so I'm in a hurry; they are always fast and fresh! Not to mention, all of the employees are super nice and helpful! I don't live as close anymore, but I still make time to go back as much as I can.

F2O was a complete surprise. I wasn't expecting much since in general I'm not a fan of chains. The food was very good, the portions huge and the prices moderate. Service? Meh. So I took Nonna for our Saturday outing. The first few minutes were inauspicious. The place is staffed by very young people who have memorized the corporate-approved lines to every question. They couldn't quite figure out that we needed someone to say that you order at the cashier and they bring the food to the table. And that table, BTW, was sticky, But once I understood and we ordered, the food was surprisingly good. Nonna had chicken skewers that were very good. Very thin pieces of chicken breaded with a bit of panko and herbs and then grilled. I had the salmon on a greens. The sides were more interesting that I expected. The orders (3/4 size) were still more than we could eat. The dessert - chocolate silk ice box pie was good once I scraped off the whipped cream and the way too sweet sauce (was it raspberry?). The concept is interesting: the menu has a handful of sandwiches, wraps, salads and entrees, but each is made surprisingly well. The sides are interesting. The sauces actually enhance the flavor rather than covering it up. F2O is a long way from the standard "family restaurant" chain.. F2O received Nonna's highest compliment: "Let's put this place on the list to come back to."

As a pescetarian I've eaten a LOT of veggie burgers & I have grown a preference to black bean burgers over the other beef patty substitutes. That said, this place has the best black bean burger/veggie burger I've ever had. It's about $8 & truly filling. A lot of calories but it's protein-filled. You can also add a side for $2 more & may I suggest the grilled veggies? It's all delicious, hence I have made this my weekly spot. There's also an app for frequent visitors such as myself! $3 off your first purchase. On top of that, there's also the F2O punch card that promises $5 off when filled up (and filled up it will be). The employees go a little out of their way to make sure everything is to your liking, so 5 stars for this chain restaurant. Bravo.

OMG. Why did it take me so long to get here? I had the soup and salad combo and it was plentiful. As soon as it came to the table I asked for a to-go box. I just knew I wouldn't be able to handle all of it. I tried my best to eat each item in proportion but it was hard. The tortilla soup was good and flavorful which I finished first and the Asian salad had just enough kick to it. Who knew I'd love ginger in my salad? I will definitely try my hand at making this at home. I loved the set up as well. I think they sell beer or wine oh heck I don't know there was some kind of libations being served but who knows it was during lunch on a Monday and my Boss hates when we return to work extra happy and buzzed. Ha! No worries I will definitely be back to try other dishes and a sip of wine. I really hope to be brave enough to get a full plate. Seems a shame not to take advantage of so much goodness.

"Fresh" only partially describes the what you get from this establishment. "Quality Deliciousness" would be my word choices for the remainder. "Fresh Quality Deliciousness" has indeed been what I've received in return for all of the hard earned money I've handed over to Fresh To Order every time I've visited. Superb food experiences have been had with everything from their Grilled Veggies, Chicken Tenderloins, House Turkey Club Panini, Creamy Chicken Vegetable Soup and my absolute favorite Tomato Bisque Soup. There's without a doubt no tomatoe/tomato debate here. Only totally good / totally gone. Fresh To Order has hit a home run each time at bat with me!

I walk into this restaurant that is literally right around the corner and I have never been until today! It is very nice inside and when you walk in there is someone saying "hello welcome" or something along those lines. It was not lo g until someone started to take my to go order. The cashier was very polite and seems to be very social with the customers. That is something I look for when I go somewhere for the first time. The prices are o. The high side or the scale but the food is fresh and tastes wonderful. I will be back here for many more check ins!!

Changed to 3 stars because of EXCELLENT follow-up customer service post-initial review. Salmon panini was just too greasy!!:( had to use at least 4-5 napkins to sop it all up. Fish itself no flavor: how is that poss?! No seasoning Outfitted with corn, avocado, etc., which, in theory, sounded great but wasn't. Too bad. Mint vanilla anise lemonade was the most redeeming part of meal. PS Customer service was so on top of things and organized, was sent an electronic gift card as an apology for aforementioned inedible. Game to try a salad next or something!! Impressed me mucho.

One of the worst F2O experiences I've ever had. Normally, I'm excited to go to an establishment serving fresh fare at a casual, quick, sit down restaurant, but this was anything but. First, the ordering took forever. It was 10 minutes before we even got to sit down--they had one register open with another half open--the guy was taking orders one minute and running around greeting people the next. When we finally sat down after getting our drinks, the food then took an excruciatingly long time to arrive. Fast casual? I think not. My friend's bison burger was in some sort of pita wrap -- WTF? It would've been nice to have been told that her burger would come looking like a flatbread with a patty on it. Five minutes later, my food came. I got the steak entree, which came dripping in sauce and dressing. I got a another plate so I could wipe off some of the sauce and actually taste my steak. The servers at the restaurant were awkwardly hovering around us the entire time too. And when we finally needed them to clear our plates, they asked if we needed a refill and then walked away. All in all, a terrible experience and not worth the money for the quality of food we had. Not going back to this location again.
LOVE this place! Only place I know that I can get tuna without having to get dressed up & fairly quickly! I also love that their nutrition facts are available online-helps me calculate my Weight Watcher points!

I love Fresh to Order. Before coming here, I've only eaten at the Cumberland location since my work place always cater from them. Because of that reason, I became a fan and have been eating there since then. I decided to go to the Sandy Springs location to meet up with a coworker from out of town. It's located right off Roswell Road near Fanoos & Punchline. I love the stylish modern look since I've only been to the Cumberland location and it's located inside the mall. Inside it looks like a cool cafe. The staff was sweet. My fave dish is the veggie panini. It's so flavorful and healthy. Side dish is either chips or apples. I usually upgrade and pay more for a fruit salad since I prefer melons in my fruits. I've had the meat versions too but the veggie one is so freaking good. If I could eat it every day along with Indian food, I'll be a vegetarian. They have the best chocolate chip cookies ever. Seriously.

Just like any of their stores, the food there is great and obviously fresh. However, there were so many people at lunchtime, while a a majority of the restaurants in the same shopping plaza are empty. Luckily, I got there early so I could find a place to sit but there were lots who were not as lucky. The food was definitely fresh I have the panini and their tomato bisque is always perfect. There hope things are always great but when the crowd got going the just a little and they were plenty of sticky hands!

This used to be my go-to spot for lunch meetings...the menu was diverse, the tables large enough to spread out and easy parking. In addition to lunch, I'm bringing the hubby and my MiL here for dinner. Plenty of fresh, flavorful and yummy options. They have several dinner specials each evening including fish and daily soup options. Portions are ample and each of can either stick to what we've tried and loved or explore the menu. While the southwest chicken salad remains my favorite dish; I'm proud to say to that I'm trying other things. The trout special is nicely prepared and served with Asian-inspired sides. One night the daily salmon special had a sweet potato mash as the side. Yum. The cup a soup and 1/2 sandwich or salad s a nice way to sample several menu items on one long plate. The chicken ceaser panini is noteworthy for it's unique combination of flavors as is the waldorf chicken panini. Refreshing summer fare. Check out the adds on -- wheat berry salad, grilled veggies, etc. They also brew a variety of iced teas (an iced tea bar???) in the beverage service area. A nice touch.

A friend suggested we eat here about a week ago when we wanted a quick lunch. She'd mentioned it before but I kept forgetting about them (gotta work on my Bookmarks!) so she was pretty excited to be there when I tried them for the first time. It was nice and bright when we walked during the late afternoon thanks to all the windows. It's a good space, and everyone was really friendly and helpful with my questions. When you walk in you place your order and then put a number on the table for them to find you. Since we weren't incredibly hungry but hungry enough for a bite, we decided to split a salad and a bean burger. We chose the fig salad, which had baby greens, raisins, peppedews, candied walnuts, blue cheese crumbles and figs. Everyone says this all the time but my mouth is literally watering at the memory of this salad - and it was a big portion too! Even with splitting it we didn't finish it. It had lots of figs, the greens were fresh and crispy, and I loved the peppedews. Not sure exactly what they are but they were pickled, peppery and delish. And this is where we take a moment of silence, folks.... .... for a damn good black bean burger that barely saw the sunshine after it came into my grip. This was the best black bean burger I've ever had. Really and truly. It came on a grilled wheat flat bread with the burger, which had black beans, rice, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, some kind of corn relish, pickled jalapenos and a horseradish honey mustard. My friend and I couldn't get over how good it was - we were silently chewing and staring at each other with wide IS THIS REAL eyes... Yeah, it was sexy. They have a whole variety of teas to choose from - some strawberry mojito one and a lemonade with vanilla, which I got and loved. It was the perfect complement to my meal, especially because when I checked into Yelp while there I got my drink for free! They have a long list of paninis and sandwiches with options like steak to salmon, pork, veggie, turkey...They also have "Real Plates" which are more of actual meals with sides like pork loin, grilled salmon, coconut curry chicken, etc. AND WINE. AND BEER. It was an easy, quick, reasonably priced experience for some really good food - perfect for a quick lunch when you don't really want a restaurant. Set me up with a bed and clean bathroom and I could probably live here.

First time hear. Very similar to Panera and Atlanta Bread Co. A little cheaper. I had 1/2 ceaser salad and 1/2 chicken tortilla soup, very good. My roommate had the southwest panini and chips. Also good. I was also impressed with the friendly staff and housemate lemonade was tasty too (:

Service was great. The cashier walked me through the menu because he knew it was my first time. Lots of options for teas and lemonades. Food is healthy. I got half club salad and half corn chowder. The food was ok. I've had better salads so this one is nothing I would go back for. Portion for half a salad was large for half. Corn chowder is very thick over seasoned in my opinion. I don't know if there was a mistake in making it but it was not considered a soup because it was so thick. I gave more stars for the service but the food is lacking and needs to step up with all the competitors and options in the area.

The only appropriate descriptor for Fresh to Order is "meh." I don't know why we keep coming here (other than that we are religious lunch salad eaters). First of all, the space is terribly cluttered. You walk in and there is just too much going on. Stacks of drinks, a fire in the background, bright colors, chaotic menu throwing. I feel very disoriented and disheveled, not like I'm ready to have a meal. It's one of those order and pay at the counter and then have your food delivered to your table kind of places. They also bus the table for you. For some reason, I just cannot ever remember to get my silverware here. They are always nice and grab another set of cutlery, but I can't be the only one with this problem. Why not leave it at the table? I know this seems like petty minutia, but I'm usually on sensory overload by now...I just want to eat. I basically always order the same asian salad with tuna. It's also meh. It's a fine salad. Plenty large but nothing to write home about. I've tried a few others and feel the same way about them. So I'll probably be back, but it won't ever be my first or third choice. It's just close to my parent's place, and they serve a decent salad. It's just so meh.

The best things about this place were the service and fountain drink selection. Fountain drinks included your standard sodas as well as a variety of teas, cucumber water, and juices. Cons: -Caesar salad was covered with the powdery parmesan cheese and had two mushy things that I think were supposed to be sun dried tomatoes. It came out with no dressing (which I realize was just an error). -Steak panini had a layer of blue cheese thicker than the actual steak. The bread was so insubstantial that it could not even hold the panini together. The panini itself was about the size of your standard grocery store Wonder Bread slice (smaller than any other panini I've ever had in my life). Side of chips were stale. -Corn chowder soup was so thick it should have been considered corn chowder paste. It was over seasoned coupled with an after taste that I'm pretty sure was an indication of it not being very fresh. -The smell at the cashier's area reminded me of the back alleys of Athens at about 2 AM on a hot summer night. Maybe it was an off night... I'd be reluctant to try it again, but there are so many great reviews. I'd like to find out what people like about this place.

Second time here and it wad delicious just like the first time. This go around I got the mozzarella panini with roasted red peppers and mint and tomato slices with a side gene Salad. It was so good. THE GREEN SALAD- topped with walnuts, gorgonzola crumbles, golden raisins. ...side of balsamic vinegarette.

In the "fast casual" space, Fresh To Order ranks near the top. It's simply an easy place to eat relatively healthy and good. The salads are where it's at, but everything I've tried is good. Unlike most restaurants in this genre, they do daily specials, and I've tried a few of them, and they're consistently good. My go-to order is either the Asian Salad or Southwest salad with blackened chicken, and both are consistently excellent. I also love the beverage options, particularly the variety of teas and lemonades. Today I mixed a vanilla citrus unsweet tea with vanila anise lemonade. Hell yeah I drank like 12 glasses. Service is consistently friendly and quick. I almost always go for lunch, and I know if I need to take a quick lunch I can get in and out in 30 minutes every time. I do have one bone to pick, though. The salad plates. Who on earth thought it would be a good idea to serve a salad on a long narrow plate? If you don't want to eat off the table, you're guaranteed to give several bites to the salad gods as you'll inevitably knock some off the plate. The stupidity of it irritates me far more than the lost bites.

Working in Georgia and found thos place on yelp. It looked interesting. The grilled chicken breast was tasty. The side of grilled veggies was amazing. The grilled bell pepper had a great flavor. I think I found my favorite healthy restaurant for a quick meal. Going back again real soon.

"What's the soup du jour? It's the soup of the day. Mmm... that does sound good." -- Dumb & Dumber (1994) Usually, I love F2O. I can eat their Mediterranean Salad all day every day (as long as they listen and remove the almonds) and I usually all the Ale Chicken Tenders. I love this salad, I think it is crazy well-balanced and delicious. There are crunchy elements, sweet and tangy pieces, salty bits, etc. It is my favorite. I love everything they serve... most of the time. On this trip, I did take out because I had a short amount of time to eat before my next conference call so I needed to take it and run and so I also got a cup of the Wild Mushroom Soup. Well - let's talk about this soup. First, not so sure the mushrooms were really wild. There were chunks of mushrooms, but they were all square and seemed to be the same type. There were also very large pieces of onion. And then, all I tasted was dairy - sour cream, cream cheese - not sure which. But it was too something...chalky? Thick with an after taste that was not pleasant. I ended up throwing most of it away. Certainly not worth the 280 calories the entire bowl would have been... and did I mention it was salty. A big bowl of blech. Thank goodness I also got my favorite salad. They need to rethink this soup from the top down. I make a killer vegetarian wild mushroom soup that would kick this soups behind. Get back to the drawing board, F2O.

Got here at 12:45pm on a Friday.the place was packed...I barley found a seat. I got the Salmon Panni and corn chowder with mango lemonade that is the BIZNITZS....This my first time here ....looking at all the plates..especially the salads I will return. You place your order at the counter then find a table if you can....may have to wait for someone to get up. Omg the salmon panini was delicious and the corn chowder was off the hook...now the meal was pricy but worth it...healthy food fast....I was toggling between eating a burger at smash burger....but I made the healthy choice and I'm so proud of doing that Five stars across the board..

Oh, I don't remember ordering a rainforest for lunch, but I think that's what I got. The salads are huge. I didn't even have a full sized salad either. I ordered the soup and salad - each of which, when put together, should represent 1/2 of the normal size respectively. I could not finish this meal. My club salad - which came with avocado, cucumber, bacon, dried yellow raisins, dried cranberries, carrots and cheese - was more than I could eat. Normally, this salad is offered with a honey mustard dressing, but I opted for the balsamic vinaigrette with no problem. I was happily impressed with the actual lack of dressing on the salad. You almost couldn't see that any was on the salad BUT it was enough to taste. How much do you hate it when your salad is drowning in dressing? It's not healthy and sure isn't yummy when you get a mouthful of it. I do wish there were a few more greens in there. The toppings overruled this salad. My creamy chicken vegetable soup came in a "regular" sized bowl - as opposed to a cup. There was a lot of soup. It was tasty but a little thicker than I had expected. You also get a small croissant (or opt for a one other choice of bread) but I didn't eat it, successfully convincing myself that I didn't need it (I have to cut back on carbs - Dr's orders). I don't have too many requirements when it comes to food - I'm a meat eater and I don't cut too many things out of my diet, however, I liked seeing a specific Vegan menu and a specific Gluten Free menu. I also noticed and loved the fact that on weekends they offer 99cent meals for kids! Overall, the healthy options of F2O, speed of service (order at the register, get it delivered to your table) and great portions have made me a fan of this place. I have a frequent buyer punch card to fill up and I will be back.

Stopped in as a quick thank-you dinner for a buddy who lived just down the street. Surprisingly he hadn't been here before. I used to love F2O but now I don't really find anything they offer to my liking. The beau loves it though. He eats out all the time and finds this chain to be more refreshing and healthier than your usual fast food joint. Check in for a free beverage. :)

3 1/2. You order at the counter, and they bring to you. ( probably the reason for not raising to 4 star is not "waiter" service restaurant) Had the tuna burger with fruit salad for dinner. Very good; tasty large portions and fair price. ( about same that I spent for lunch at the unsatisfactory burger place across the street) Went with group between all day of movies. They had salads and sandwiches -- all large portions. Nice atmosphere , good service. Will be back

Fresh To Order has possibly the biggest, most chock full salads I've had at a restaurant short of the monstrosities the Cheesecake Factory deems are salads. They have a great variety of salads, paninis, long plates (entrees), drinks, alcohol and even a gluten free menu. And every time I've been to the one on Roswell Rd with my co-workers for lunch, it's always packed. Your best strategy is to have one person constantly hovering and table-scouting while the rest of the group orders for him / her in order to secure a table in a timely fashion. The staff is always prompt and courteous and clear up vacated tables quickly, and as long as your number is clearly displayed, you'll get your food pretty quickly too - even when they're crazy busy. My favorites salads are the Greek and Asian salads - the lettuce is always fresh, and they're absolutely chock full of toppings like chicken, nuts, cheese, avocado, etc. I've also had the chicken minestrone soup, and it was very good - hot, cheesy and full of veggies, chicken and noodles. Yum. Fresh to Order's a solid pick for lunch, dinner or a snack anytime of day. Just be ready to jump on a table if it's vacated - they go super fast.

So most of the food is good. The ribs are not, but nobody goes there for them. This place should be BYOD - Bring your own dishrag... I visited with the family yesterday afternoon. Maybe 4-5 tables being used. All the open booths covered in mess, floor around the main area messy. And, they had a huge crew working. I have had this experience a few times before. You have to ask them to wipe down the table, and even then it is still sticky. If they would be a little more proactive about cleaning up, I would give them 4 stars. They are in need of a good manager for sure. Oh yeah, try their corn chowder, it is really good and sticky too...

Food okay but the wait here is ridiculous. There are very few customers here and my Caesar salad are still not ready after 15 minutes. Just a bunch of high school kids ready to get off work. Beware.

Okay I thought this place only did salads. Yeah they do salads but great! My daughter and I had a long plate. I had the Calamari Long plate. Okay who orders calamari in a salad joint. Well bless my britches the calamari was cooked perfectly and it was great. I had more food than I thought and the long plate is more than enough for two. The food is good and freshly prepared. I also had the tomato bisque and it was wonderful. The food was so good ordered again online the next day and picked up the food. I was so ashamed to go back again and sit in the restaurant because I had been there the following day. I guess you can say I really love the food. LOL It is a little pricey for lunch but worth the money. I will definitely return again and again.

Not a bad place to have a "healthier" meal. Like all f2o restaurants in the Atlanta area this location serves the same basic menu. It's a great place to head to if you are looking for something a little bit healthier than you would find at other restaurants. The service here is fast and the food is decent. I've had the bourbon steak and fire roasted chicken long plates here; both of which were pretty darn good. The steak was a little on the tough side, but the flavoring was good. While the chicken came out very moist and tender, and was excellent. But the best part is the garlic mashed potatoes; you gotta try these.

Salmon samdwich is good but greasy Mac and Cheese tastes like Kraft mac and cheese Chicken tenders are seasoned and fried to perfection, delish! Fresh Rasberry lemonade is the bomb! Turkey sandwich is good Chicken, avocado pannini is fantastic! Tomato Bisque A++

Nice lunch spot. The salads are fairly large but they are awesome. All my co-workers like this spot, so we have them cater once in awhile as well. Grrr. I waited a few hours before posting this review because I was fuming as I ate my pick up order. I ordered the Grilled Salmon and rushed back to work to finish it. When it was lunch time, I eagerly opened my food to find everything but the rice. umm WTF.... Everyone that knows me well knows for sure that I won't go anywhere that doesnt have rice....that's just who I am....I love rice. A meal isnt complete without rice. It's fine if the dish doesnt come with rice but on the menu, it says rice is included. I even lifted the baby greens to see if the rice was underneath. I shook out my bag and no rice :( Everything else was good as usual and the cupcake was really good. As an after thought, I was going to get half a dozen to take to my co-workers but the lady said it was $2.18 each. REALLY? So if someone wanted to buy a dozen you would charge them $2.18 each?!! Come on son!!! I usually go to the Buckhead location but I work closer to this one and I might give it one more shot. :(

So far I've eaten food from f20 twice now - both times as take-out. I've been impressed by the quality of food and preparation. I'm not that keen on the prices, although I'm accustomed to paying a higher price for higher quality food - it just seems their prices are a bit too high. I've enjoyed their Smokey Southwest Chicken Panini (Spicy Fire Grilled Chicken, Two Cheese, Crisp Tortillas, Lettuce, Southwest Ranch Dressing) and their Bourbon Filet Steak 'Long Plate' (Balsamic Cabernet Reduction, Garlic Jack Grit Cake, Baby Greens). Both were pretty good - the latter of the two being more so. If you're in the market for some fairly fast food and insist on it being FRESH and higher QUALITY than you're used to at most other fast food joints - then Fresh 2 Order is the place you need to try. I'll certainly be stopping here when the mood to cook hasn't struck and I'm wanting a fast and healthy meal.

Been there twice, and ate the same food. It's the Grilled Vegetable Panini; they know exactly how to make it. Their tomato soup and mango orange lemonade are good too. Overall, it's a neat place and I would like to go there once every month.

You cannot go wrong with the grilled Salmon.. Rice and grilled veggies.. Best soup is the minestrone soup!!!!

I'm from Cali so food of the healthier persuasion is my big thing - I love me some good hippie food and this place is pretty decent for that. Take note: the paninis are small and the salads are gigantic, which makes it somewhat worth the cash you shell out at this place. I will definitely come back again to try other items on their menu though. I hope that this place does good things and I hope that they expand to the 'burbs.

I had the same thing as I normally get from the midtown location and it definitely was not as good. First, my order was entered incorrectly. No biggie. Then I got my food, the pork tenderloin was very dry. The flavors were good, just dry and for some reason the soup seemed really salty. The salad was tasty. I think I will stick with the midtown location.

After I gave Fresh to Order a 1-star review, I was contacted by Jay P., the owner or manager (sorry, I'm not sure which). Jay told me that he addressed my concerns with his team and let them know that he expects better. He also wanted me to come in so he could apologize personally. Lastly, he offered to prepare the same five meals my office originally ordered, on the house. I really appreciated the personal response. I'm happy to see that f2o pays attention to feedback and is striving to improve. I thought for a long time about how to respond to Jay's offer. I feel uncomfortable accepting special treatment. I appreciate the offer very much, but I want to remain neutral. I will return to f2o at some point in the future. I want Jay to know that his response is the reason I will give the restaurant a second chance. But I want to remain as anonymous as possible. I wouldn't feel right accepting special treatment, although I respect that you are trying to make things right.

Called in my order and they didn't have it when we got there to pick it up. No real apology or speed up for the service. Decent food but the service seems to get worse each time I go back. Would recommend other options for the price you pay here.

The market salad with corn chowder and almond crusted chicken skewers are excellent!

Easily one of the best meals I've had in a while. The staff is warm and welcoming and the food was delicious! Great place to grab a fast casual meal!!

This place is ideal for a this salad-eating vegetarian and has lots of topping options, even tofu!! During the week it can get pretty crowded at lunchtime but typically the service is pretty quick. My only complaint is the long rectangle shaped plate, it looks cool but is rather hard to eat off of and quite a bit of your salad can quickly end up on the table.
(3)
Stacie M.
This is a standard "go to" for our lunches during the week...Although a bit on the pricey side, I find that their soups, sandwiches and salads are so decadent and don't get me started on the cupcakes. The corn chowder is heaven in a bowl and the mozzarella panini is my fave.

The food here is inconsistent. One trip I had a great salad with a nicely prepared bit of a steak. Another I had a salad topped with what appeared to be lunchmeat rolled around in too much barbecue sauce. When I'm feeling like a salad, there are too many nearby options (World Peace Cafe, Longhorn (!!), Sweet Tomatoes) that I can't bring myself to seek this place out.

WOW - this place is AMAZING! I have driven by this place probably at least a hundred times always assuming it was a salad-type place because of the name and bright green logo. We decided to go here for lunch and were pleasantly surprised at their extensive menu. While they do have salads, they also have a variety of soups, sandwiches, and entrees. I ordered the Mushroom Chicken entree for lunch, but we questioned paying $12.99 for lunch. I also ordered a red velvet cupcake thinking "why not?" and ate it while I waited on my meal. OMG. I know cupcakes, and this was delicious! It rivaled my favorite Atlanta cupcake place - Cami Cakes, and this wasn't even one of their specialties! It had a few chocolatey bits baked in which added a great flavor. Our meals came and I was shocked at the huge portion of chicken and garlic mashed potatoes. I could have taken this portion home and eaten it for dinner AND lunch the next day - which is what I did! I didn't even have to use a knife on the chicken because it was sooooo tender! The cream sauce more than complimented the mushrooms and chicken, and also added a nice flavor to the potatoes. This is some of the BEST CHICKEN I HAVE EVER HAD. Here it is just a few days later, and I have eaten this for 3 meals due to the extensive portion, and I am wanting to go back to get this meal again. I know I questioned the price, but since I enjoyed it as 3 different meals, it really was a great investment! I cannot recommend this place enough, and I know that I will be visiting them again very soon!

Very casual lunch. Order at counter and Choose your table. Wait staff brings it out. Large salad portions. Great toppings. All fresh and not too heavy on the dressing. No one hurries you out so plenty of time to chat with friends.

Great food and it's fresh and fast. Cool drink selection too. Lots of different types of beer and wine, but also random juices, and made fresh hearbal teas. Priced really well, and the staff is very friendly. Definitely try the Salmon Panini!

I really think that the quality here is deteriorating. The first time I had f2o, I had this awesome OMG reaction. If you get a plate, they give you a lot of food, and when you eat here, you typically are fooled into thinking that you're eating something healthy. (fried calamari, anyone?) I recently stepped into this location with a friend, because we were hungry and couldn't decide where else to go. I ordered a sandwich and soup combo - I don't remember the exact name, but it was some sort of tuna sandwich along with a corn chowder soup. Sandwich - mushy consistency, definitely could have used a few fresh vegetables. Soup - it very obviously was something that was once frozen, then was heated up on the stove, and then was left there for most of the day. I have this mental image of someone taking a ladle and mixing the soup around for a bit before ladle-ing it out into my bowl (think of that sort of hard layer that forms at the top of soup when you let it sit for a while). Ok, this not an expensive place to eat. But really, that's no excuse for serving up mediocre food that tastes pre-made. Fresh to order my ass!
(3)
Warren C.
Expected better because the menu was ambitious, great assortment of choices, and (other people's) plated of food looked good. Maybe we ordered the wrong things. Pizza was a bit soggy and the calamari include the sauce on the bottom (made the last bites very soggy). Our plate was a bit chipped up which took a bit off the presentation. Liked the concept idea but execution was lacking.

Love the salads! They do a pretty good Caesar Wrap as well. Service is friendly and the Sandy Springs location is clean and well organized.

Since we're on a mission to eat healthier and lose some weight, we decided to try F2O out. We ordered the Asian salad. I chose seared tofu. My husband chose salmon. We chose to have the dressing on the side. Out came the salad on long rectangular plates. In the dimly lit place the plates looked nice. Kind of fancy, even. Then, I thought ' how in the world am I going to toss my dressing into the salad without any of the accouterments flying everywhere?' I liked the nuts and fancy lettuce. But, it did seem weird to stumble upon a medley of Planters Nuts in the salad. There were plenty of those crispy/crunchy straws. The 'seared tofu' slices alongside the plate appeared to be decorations. This was a salad I'd expect to get in California: Pretty, light, airheaded and undecided. The people next to us had what appeared to be a crust less PB&J triple-decker on white cut diagonally and served situated upright. It was all too pretty. In fact, everything was served in a presentably pretty way. I suppose the fact that wine and beer are available makes daintily served food a must. I watched Top Chef in the past and never became a raving fan. I don't understand the big emphasis on presentation of food. Of course, I appreciate presentation but only if I'm paying $75-100 person on a special occasion. I'd describe F2O as a boutique-y type of 'health' food joint. The prices are surprisingly reasonable and that's because you order your meal before you sit down. I don't see going back again unless we're tired, bored and out of options. I'd prefer to go to Sweet Tomatoes.

Chicken was dry and tough. Looks and tastes like frozen dinners just warmed up. Only thing decent was the croissant that came with the soup.

Went with two friends with facebook fanpage coupons. They honored one of the three. I had a bourbon steak panini and the mac and cheese. All of it was average. On an up note, I didn't leave feeling 10 lbs heavier. Probably go to a panera bread next time.

I dropped by this restaurant and grabbed take-out for lunch yesterday after hearing my co-worker say great things about their menu. Boy, was she right!! I got the Mediterranean salad with crispy calamari and a peanut butter chocolate cupcake for dessert. The salad was amazing, and I definitely had leftovers. The cupcake was the best I've had in Atlanta. The restaurant itself had a very laid-back atmosphere, the employees were courteous, and there was a great little seating area with magazines to wait for my take-out (which took only a moment or two to be prepared). Their price points are a little high, but in my opinion it was worth it for the larger portions and high-quality ingredients. I'll be back for sure!

Good food quick.. great option for take outs food was pretty good.. had the grit cake with salmon topped with a type of crab and asparagus topping which was ok.. the salmon was GREAT! :) will definitely go back to perhaps pick up a quick salad or sandwich. Service was friendly, place was clean and modern... as an unofficial sweet tea aficionado i was not impressed ..lol.. and the lemonade was infused with cranberries and rosehips ( I believe) which was a tasty surprise!

Today was my third time there in 2 weeks. Since my kitchen is out of commission this is a great place to go for a light lunch at a reasonable price. Plus if you join their on-line club you get lots of coupons. I got a free meal for my birthday. 2 $ off for tax rebate promo and 2$ off today for mother's day (for the whole month of may I believe you just mention mother's day and they give it to you). I have tried different salads each time. I think the Club is my favorite. I used to get chicken fingers on them but they barely put any on. Today I tried the asian salad with grilled chicken and a side of tomato and basil soup. I think the half/ half combo is a good idea because the meat goes a bit further. I left food on my plate and think I ate too much! The salad was nice and refreshing and the soup was delicious and filling! My only complaint is so much lettuce and not much meat. Staff is very helpful and very friendly.

A healthy answer to lunch and dinner with a cool atmosphere. This place is very hip. I seriously thought I was in one of those progressive healthy restuarants in L.A. Miraculously this is based in Atlanta. The salads are amazing and only $5.99. The sandwhiches are fantastic as well. The presentation of the food is creative and appealing. I have added this to my short repertoire of favorite restaurants in town.

I have always enjoyed my meals here. Good chicken fingers, mashed potatoes, mac-n-cheese, paninis. Haven't yet tried the soups or salads but they have a wide-variety of both. I do miss the fact that they did away w/ the Sunday buffet. That was a nice touch, but maybe not all that popular to warrant keeping. Ah well. I would very much recommend this place. I do admit that I wasn't so wild about the lemonade, though.

I love Fresh2O. Quick friendly service. The Veggie sandwich is crazy good. the salmon panini is good too, but I order with the kalamata tapenade. they are always happy to oblige. The tomato bisque is delicious. I always buy an additional bowl for later. the corn bisque is good too and I swear I taste a hint of sherry in the background. - or some alcohol. Anyways, the mushroom soup is very good as well, according to J. Never had a bad meal here. The after 5 plates are good too. Reasonably priced.

I just visited this place on Saturday and was very satisfied with everything. I was impressed with the presentation of the food and how its served. You walk in and go up to the counter and order what you want then they bring it to your table. Fresh to Order serves an array of salads, soups, fruit cups and panini. They brought my salad on a horizontal plate and everything looks very classy and nice. I also had the turkey club panini which was also very good it was warm and wrapped in foil. I think they also have healthy entrees too - kinda like Doc Greens but on a much higher scale and they give you a lot more too. I went to the location in Sandy Springs but I believe theirs one in Midtown. Definatley try this place.

(5)Stephanie C.
(5)Jana C.

Seriously.
(4)V E.
Bacon and avocado on anything is DELICIOUS! I recommend the Club salad. I get it without a protein. But there are so many great options here.
(4)Dorina C.
Love, love, love this place after a quick work out! Best salads and lots to choose from! Quick service so you are in and out!
(3)Safia A.
(4)Lynn E.
(4)Bre M.
The food is always fresh and delicious!! One of my favorite places to eat. Not to mention the staff, they are super nice and friendly! They go out of your way to make sure your having a pleasant dining experience. And they are kid friendly

(4)Sherie D.
I cant get enough of their fresh food! I love the setup of the restaurant. Very modern. And the selection of teas! This place is all around great!
(5)Melina P.
(5)Alpana M.

(3)Tavi H.
Good place for a healthy choice dinner or lunch. Service is ok, but slow. Their prices are are a bit on the high side.
(4)April C.

Glad to see more restaurants offering seemingly healthy options, but the portions here are ridiculously huge--definitely share. Ok atmosphere.....and oh yeah they sell beers. Just thought my cooking is better....nuff said.
(3)Kim W.
Fabulous salads, awesome kids meals, and really friendly staff. I was very impressed by how fresh the food was!
(4)Marco B.

(5)Amy L.
Asian chicken crunch is amazing!! Portion is small but quality is undeniable. Salad is good too. Pricy side but so good! Consistent food. Good every time. I redeemed two loyalty cards already.
(5)Ann-Marie P.
First, the staff here is seriously amazing. They are genuine and super helpful. Then, the FOOD. Wow. The mushroom steak medallions were awesome. My boyfriend had some kind of salmon and he was very impressed as well! Recommended!!

(3)Oren R.
Great food and ample portions. Staff is very friendly. Best chain around.
(5)Cliff C.
I eat here for lunch about once a week. They have good healthy choices in a variety of options. Grab a brew or glass of wine to go with your meal if you please.
(5)Laura J.
Good variety and a nice difference from the usual fast food. They also have beer as well as teas etc to drink. Their water on tap is filtered. Took about 40 min for total stop from 285.
(4)Crista M.
Awesome! I love this place! The atmosphere, presentation, and quality make this one of my favorite places!
(5)Sid B.
Will be back
(3)Paige N.
(4)Jamie J.
A big fan of the food here! The blue cheese fig salad is amazing! Very fresh, high quality food! The wait for food is a little longer than I would like....but always consistently good. Nice service as well.
(5)Blue Spark B.
(3)Reagan C.
Food okay but the wait here is ridiculous. There are very few customers here and my Caesar salad are still not ready after 15 minutes. Just a bunch of high school kids ready to get off work. Beware.
(2)Bridget J.
(5)John G.
I had lunch the other day at the Cumberland location and it was very good. The salmon sandwich was delicious.
(4)Michael B.
(4)Stacy S.
Tomato Bisque A++
(4)Ashley S.
Nice lunch spot. The salads are fairly large but they are awesome. All my co-workers like this spot, so we have them cater once in awhile as well. I have ordered online and gone and picked it up- very easy, I would recommend that if you don't want to sit down. I would recommend highly recommend this place.
(4)Mark C.
Great concept with great food and great service. The restaurant lets you customize a meal to your liking. All ingredients are fresh, made to order, and served with the friendliest of service. It has quickly become one of my favorites.
(5)Alexander A.
I am a big fan of this place. They have a lot of healthy options and the food is consistently good. I usually get the fire grilled chicken with a side of grilled vegetables. Service is fast and friendly. My only knock is that I wish the portions were bigger!
(4)Andria L.
Excellent food delivered fast and healthy! Very modern and inovative. I love this place!
(5)Renee S.
(2)Brandon J.
(4)Abhi G.
Been there twice, and ate the same food. It's the Grilled Vegetable Panini; they know exactly how to make it. Their tomato soup and mango orange lemonade are good too. Overall, it's a neat place and I would like to go there once every month.
(4)Zipporah E.
You cannot go wrong with the grilled Salmon.. Rice and grilled veggies.. Best soup is the minestrone soup!!!!
(5)Caitlin B.
(3)Kenneth N.

(2)Alan M.
Called in my order and they didn't have it when we got there to pick it up. No real apology or speed up for the service. Decent food but the service seems to get worse each time I go back. Would recommend other options for the price you pay here.
(1)Kev H.
The market salad with corn chowder and almond crusted chicken skewers are excellent!
(4)Molly M.
Easily one of the best meals I've had in a while. The staff is warm and welcoming and the food was delicious! Great place to grab a fast casual meal!!
(4)Danielle R.
(3)Stacie M.
This is a standard "go to" for our lunches during the week...Although a bit on the pricey side, I find that their soups, sandwiches and salads are so decadent and don't get me started on the cupcakes. The corn chowder is heaven in a bowl and the mozzarella panini is my fave.
(4)Alex H.
(2)Kristin T.
(5)Roger N.
We always enjoy bringing the kids on the weekend. Good price and quick service!
(4)Suzanne C.
Very casual lunch. Order at counter and Choose your table. Wait staff brings it out. Large salad portions. Great toppings. All fresh and not too heavy on the dressing. No one hurries you out so plenty of time to chat with friends.
(4)Riannon S.
Great food and it's fresh and fast. Cool drink selection too. Lots of different types of beer and wine, but also random juices, and made fresh hearbal teas. Priced really well, and the staff is very friendly. Definitely try the Salmon Panini!
(4)Katie K.
(3)Warren C.
(3)Kelly C.
Love the salads! They do a pretty good Caesar Wrap as well. Service is friendly and the Sandy Springs location is clean and well organized.
(4)Sonya S.
(2)Elbee M.
This place doesn't do it for me...better than Atlanta Bread Company if that's a gauge for anyone.
(2)Tom N.
It's ok. The food is fair, and I would eat there again. The ambiance is nice. I had the bourbon steak with a side order of wild mushroom soup which was delicious.
(3)Michael M.
Delish. Love the corn chowder, the mashed potatoes and the salads. Everything is just great!
(5)Patrick Y.
Chicken was dry and tough. Looks and tastes like frozen dinners just warmed up. Only thing decent was the croissant that came with the soup.
(1)Adam W.
Went with two friends with facebook fanpage coupons. They honored one of the three. I had a bourbon steak panini and the mac and cheese. All of it was average. On an up note, I didn't leave feeling 10 lbs heavier. Probably go to a panera bread next time.
(2)C. P.
(5)Alexa G.
(3)Linds B.
(4)Susan M.
(5)Laura T.
(4)Kan B.
(5)Stefanie R.
