I had mixed thoughts about this visit, but in the end I think it was a win. The service was really slow at first. It was a while before we even got our drinks. I'm not sure if the server didn't know she had someone new in her section or not, but it did take a while. After that, however, the service was very good. She was very prompt and took care of us very well. The food was delicious. I was going budget-conscious this time, so I only got a burger, but it was very tasty. Also got to try their nachos and a bite of steak and all of the food was great. Overall a good experience. Savannah has a lot of unique places to go and this is a typical chain, but it definitely is a great place to go to if you want some good steak.

The chips were stale and the cheese and chili on top were disgusting as if it came out of a can. There were multiple tables around us that were dirty and stayed that way the whole time we were there. The wait staff looked clueless as if nobody cared about anything. After waiting for another 15 minutes just for refills, we decided to leave and go somewhere else. Will not be back to this location.

There's is really not a whole lot that can be said about this place other than it sucks! The steaks are inferior quality, poorly cooked and under seasoned the bread is not particularly good. I had the surf and turf and the lobster was manageable, but not particularly tasty. Odd that there is such a big disparity between Texas Roadhouse which actually serves great steaks and Logan's which is consistently bad across the board. The peanuts were OK though!

There is a reason why the reviews on Yelp are so bad and I'm the latest victim. Simple order of tilapia with veggies and rice to go. 10-15 minutes I was told. Get there 20 minutes later and wait about another 10 since they had a few big tables sit down right before I came in. Looked around and hardly saw big parties and overheard one family complain about how long the food was taking to get out.-common theme here. Comes out and 10 minutes later I am enjoying my fish and very small portion of vegetables. However the rice is hard and dark in color and went to the trash. How does someone serve this? They knee the rice was bad and yet send it out. Inexcusable. I generally like Logans but this didn't work out so well. Kudos to the bar tender who could not of been nicer.

I went on an early Saturday evening around 4:30 and wanted to sit in bar area and watch sports. I was told by the hostess no because she has to rotate. Once We sat down the server was rushing us to order our entres. I overlooked her eagerness and picked an entree. I was very disappointed in the flavor and presentation of the rib and chicken combo. I know I'm in a steakhouse but the steak selection did not sell me. The server then proceeded to bring our check before we were finished eating and without asking if we wanted dessert. I was very disappointed in my experience at the restaurant and would not recommend.

He didn't eat the steak just the sides that came with it. After I was done eating server picked up our plates and my husbands steak she never asked if he liked his steak or anything, she just brought us the check we paid and left. I would say servers need a to be more aware if they see a customer is not eating most of the food on their plate and they don't take it to ask if they liked the food or if anything was wrong with their food.

She wasn't disconnected but wasn't that engaging either. I ordered a steak salad because it had avocado in it. Yum right? No. It was OK. It didn't have the avocado...but the waitress brought me some about halfway through. And the steak was well done and I ordered it medium RARE. That is unacceptable. Everything about the salad was good...besides the main reason I ordered it (steak and avocado)

Started off when my wife stood at the hostess station to check in and the hostess was on the phone for about 2 minutes talking to another employee (obvious from the conversation). When she got off the phone, the girl immediately said, uh, your table isn't ready. My wife said great, can I check in though? So fast forward to the table. Mother in law asked for a cup of hot water and the waitress brought out a coke glass full of hot water. I ordered the bone in ribeye med rare, my wife ordered skewers med, daughter ordered sirloin med, my youngest ordered steak tips med, and my son ordered chicken fried steak. Let me tell you, my steak came out well as did all of them. My son's chicken fried steak came out as such a glob of breading that another table's waitress came over immediately and said that it was not supposed to look like that, and we gave her all our meals back. My steak came back raw...yes raw, the rest of the family's came back ok...not right, but ok. A manager came by and said that she would take care of our meals for the problem, and I gave her back my steak and said that I didn't want anything else. Another manager that calls himself big Jim came over and made a joke of our meals and asked why I didn't want a new one. He said my steak probably came back out raw because he knew exactly which cook it was and he doesn't like being told he's wrong. He then said he would discount our meal $15 for the problems. I also explained that the other manager said that they'd be taken care of. He then proceeded to walk through the restaurant talking out loud about how we are picky and all we do is complain and just can't eat a good meal. I flipped at this point! Long long story short, don't ever go to this place. Not one employee there cares about the food or the people.

Ok, for me this would normally be a 3 -star place on its best day, but I am giving 4 -stars because I think they really understand what their customers want. They are along the highway so many people wants a decent meal quickly. We got just that. They are also popular with the locals because they are friendly and very reasonably priced. For the money, you get a much better steak than those of Outback. Great service. Plenty of free peanuts. Properly cooked sirloin. House-made mashed potatoes. Good salads. We'll go back.

I would say servers need a to be more aware if they see a customer is not eating most of the food on their plate and they don't take it to ask if they liked the food or if anything was wrong with their food.

I generally like Logan's. The service is always good. Food hot, fast, and flavorful. This Logan's is on par with most others I've been too, and I've had several meals here this trip. I'll be back.

2 stars because our server was ok. We stopped in earlier this month. We walked in around 3pm...restaurant is dead. A guy in a chilis uniform actually greeted us while the hostess was cracking up about something...Maybe she thought it was funny. We got sat but weren't greeted for 10 min. Our waitress was OK. She wasn't disconnected but wasn't that engaging either. I ordered a steak salad because it had avocado in it. Yum right? No. It was OK. It didn't have the avocado...but the waitress brought me some about halfway through. And the steak was well done and I ordered it medium RARE. That is unacceptable. Everything about the salad was good...besides the main reason I ordered it (steak and avocado)

I went on an early Saturday evening around 4:30 and wanted to sit in bar area and watch sports. I was told by the hostess no because she has to rotate. Once We sat down the server was rushing us to order our entres. I overlooked her eagerness and picked an entree. I was very disappointed in the flavor and presentation of the rib and chicken combo. I know I'm in a steakhouse but the steak selection did not sell me. The server then proceeded to bring our check before we were finished eating and without asking if we wanted dessert. I was very disappointed in my experience at the restaurant and would not recommend.

I had mixed thoughts about this visit, but in the end I think it was a win. The service was really slow at first. It was a while before we even got our drinks. I'm not sure if the server didn't know she had someone new in her section or not, but it did take a while. After that, however, the service was very good. She was very prompt and took care of us very well. The food was delicious. I was going budget-conscious this time, so I only got a burger, but it was very tasty. Also got to try their nachos and a bite of steak and all of the food was great. Overall a good experience. Savannah has a lot of unique places to go and this is a typical chain, but it definitely is a great place to go to if you want some good steak.

Horrible horrible service. Waited 15 minutes just for a server to come up to take our drink order when waiters were passing by at all times. Ordered nachos as an appetizer. The chips were stale and the cheese and chili on top were disgusting as if it came out of a can. There were multiple tables around us that were dirty and stayed that way the whole time we were there. The wait staff looked clueless as if nobody cared about anything. After waiting for another 15 minutes just for refills, we decided to leave and go somewhere else. Will not be back to this location.

There's is really not a whole lot that can be said about this place other than it sucks! The steaks are inferior quality, poorly cooked and under seasoned the bread is not particularly good. I had the surf and turf and the lobster was manageable, but not particularly tasty. Odd that there is such a big disparity between Texas Roadhouse which actually serves great steaks and Logan's which is consistently bad across the board. The peanuts were OK though!

There is a reason why the reviews on Yelp are so bad and I'm the latest victim. Simple order of tilapia with veggies and rice to go. 10-15 minutes I was told. Get there 20 minutes later and wait about another 10 since they had a few big tables sit down right before I came in. Looked around and hardly saw big parties and overheard one family complain about how long the food was taking to get out.-common theme here. Comes out and 10 minutes later I am enjoying my fish and very small portion of vegetables. However the rice is hard and dark in color and went to the trash. How does someone serve this? They knee the rice was bad and yet send it out. Inexcusable. I generally like Logans but this didn't work out so well. Kudos to the bar tender who could not of been nicer.

Oohhh where to begin? 1) We ordered a fried mushroom appetizer and they had been fried with no batter. Sent back. 2) Every steak at the table was overcooked. My daughter couldn't even chew hers. My meat was full of gristle. 3) My meal was served without the crispy onion garnish. The food was just bad. Service good, but food bad. Go somewhere else.

The slogan on the wall stated "we will keep your seat warm and your long neck cold" while that may be true unfortunately our meal showed up cold as well. The Meal Was Sent Back And The Meat Came Back warm... The Shrimp That came with The Combo Meal Was Also Undercooked Both attempts. My meal was supposed to come with a Ceasars salad... that never showed. Maybe our meat was cold while it waited on the staff to finish eating my salad...Nothing was compensated nor anything offered. Not that we would have taken any more food. This was a wasted evening. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Ok, for me this would normally be a 3 -star place on its best day, but I am giving 4 -stars because I think they really understand what their customers want. They are along the highway so many people wants a decent meal quickly. We got just that. They are also popular with the locals because they are friendly and very reasonably priced. For the money, you get a much better steak than those of Outback. Great service. Plenty of free peanuts. Properly cooked sirloin. House-made mashed potatoes. Good salads. We'll go back.

I stopped in on a Sunday at 4 pm. They were not very busy, but had plenty of staff roaming about. After five minutes, one person told me my server would be right with me. Did not offer to get my drink order. Five more minutes passed with no one acknowledging me, so I left. I don't think I will return.

Let me start by saying that I have never been to a worse restaurant in my entire life! Started off when my wife stood at the hostess station to check in and the hostess was on the phone for about 2 minutes talking to another employee (obvious from the conversation). When she got off the phone, the girl immediately said, uh, your table isn't ready. My wife said great, can I check in though? So fast forward to the table. Mother in law asked for a cup of hot water and the waitress brought out a coke glass full of hot water. I ordered the bone in ribeye med rare, my wife ordered skewers med, daughter ordered sirloin med, my youngest ordered steak tips med, and my son ordered chicken fried steak. Let me tell you, my steak came out well as did all of them. My son's chicken fried steak came out as such a glob of breading that another table's waitress came over immediately and said that it was not supposed to look like that, and we gave her all our meals back. My steak came back raw...yes raw, the rest of the family's came back ok...not right, but ok. A manager came by and said that she would take care of our meals for the problem, and I gave her back my steak and said that I didn't want anything else. Another manager that calls himself big Jim came over and made a joke of our meals and asked why I didn't want a new one. He said my steak probably came back out raw because he knew exactly which cook it was and he doesn't like being told he's wrong. He then said he would discount our meal $15 for the problems. I also explained that the other manager said that they'd be taken care of. He then proceeded to walk through the restaurant talking out loud about how we are picky and all we do is complain and just can't eat a good meal. I flipped at this point! Long long story short, don't ever go to this place. Not one employee there cares about the food or the people.
