This place is the best. The servers are really friendly and very clean and server Alex offers me samples and is very kind every time I come !! The food is delicious ! I didn't like Panda Express until I came to this store!! Flor the head chef prepares food fresh and cooks REALLY FAST!! I live all the way in gwinnitt and I have to drive 2hours just to get some of this food !! It's in Swannee but it's worth the drive :) I really recommend this place !!

I don't always like to sing the praises of a "franchised" "fast-food" type of establishment but it's clear the Panda Express company has done their homework regarding asian recipes and come up with some winning versions of classic asian dishes (though they get a little nutty with the celery in some dishes, but I digress...) . I'm sure there are places on Buford highway that are more "authentic" but Panda Express food is consistently good (unlike some of the "family-owned" restaurants in the area ... sad, but true.) I usually go to Panda Express in the evening when I just can't figure out what to make at home. There are always good choices on the P.E. steam table and they frequently whip up fresh versions if they are out of a certain item or two. This location is always impeccably clean when I visit as well. The location has seen its share of staff turnover and there are rarely ever any asian folks behind the counter, it still is a great value for some good food.

Poor choice. There are 10 or 15 local Asian places much better. The food is no better than average, the service was not very hospitable, and only 2 of the 4 entrees we attempted to order were ready and cooked. Sort of eliminates the convenience of "fast food." When I asked to have my kids taste some other dishes because they were out of chicken teriyaki, I got starred at like a mutant with 3 heads. If I want to have the honor of overpaying for an average product with poor service, I'll just write another check to the U.S. Congress. I won't be back.

I can't believe that I actually used to think their food was descent. It's been a while, I wonder if the quality has gone down over the years. Its greasy, probably has MSG, and super processed. It's what you can expect from Panda Express... Never again.

Panda is always decent. They were very busy when I went, but my food was not overly hot which was a little disappointing. But over all it was good food.

This place is ridiculous. I called ahead one night when I was driving late and wanted to make sure they were open. The girl working there told me they closed at 9:30pm. I got there at 9:15pm and they had closed AND locked the doors. The sign on the door says their hours are 10:30-9:30 and I could still see the employees inside! Thanks a lot for lying to me. I'm usually a pretty big fan of Panda Express but this location's manager needs to crack down on his/her employees because this comes off as pure laziness and makes them look really bad.

Good fire chicken breast, but small portions for the price.

Unlike the previous reviewer, I didn't find the Panda Express to be as awful as he did. I actually found their food to be pretty good for a strip mall staple. Before I went veggie, I loved their mushroom chicken and kung pao shrimp. Now I get the chow mein, fried rice, and veggie spring rolls. The fried rice can be a bit on the bland side, but nothing a little soy sauce can't fix. Also, most of their food is fairly low calorie and low fat. I don't know about others, but I do try to watch what I eat. They're in no danger of becoming the Chinese restaurant in town, but it's great if you're too lazy to cook.

After a delayed flight, I had 30 mts to grab something and head to my hotel for call. Luckily I saw PE, one of my favorite chains for quick fast American Chinese food. I got my usual combo. Employees were nice too.

Rather disappointed that this is the 3rd time in a row that I've been here around dinner time and they are out of pot stickers. Food is usually pretty good though.

Definitely a Jim Gaffigan moment. You know that joke he tells where he says he's never eaten a Hot Pocket and then said "I'm glad I ate that!"? That's me right now: Sitting at my desk with a headache and this slimy, sour taste in my mouth. The shame is even greater. Yeah, that's six bucks and 20 minutes I could have used much more wisely.

The food was good, but don't pay in cash. I paid $20 for an $8 meal, but the cashier insisted I gave her a ten, and wouldn't give me the rest of my change. The manager supported her. Obviously it's my word against hers, but I don't go around trying to rip off fast food places. So much for the customer is always right.

this restaurant sucks! long lines around 12pm with only 2 employees. only one employee actually knew what they were doing. the chow mein is horrible it tastes like someone has drowned it in soy sauce! i do not recommend this location if your looking for gourmet chinese food!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
