I like firehouse subs and this location is my favorite. They are very friendly and make sure you have what you need even after you are sitting down and eating. Great location.

These firefighter founded restaurants have a fire station scheme and are adorned with various regalia of the sort. I've been to several and notice that each location seems to have a unique large mural which combines firefighting scene with local flavor (the one in Gainesville, FL had gators on it). Subs are heated with steam instead of being toasted like Quizno's. This makes them moist (not bad) but lacking toastiness (not so good). I like the turkey and beef sandwiches, but do not like the meatball and ham sandwiches. All have large amount of meats. They offer a large array of hot sauces (50+ kinds) and have them arranged by order of hotness. It adds incentive to go back and taste different ones. There's a house sauce called Sorenson's which I found to be extremely sweet, only a little spicy. Overall, it's kind of pricey for fast food. Worth a try though.

Had lunch here with a couple of friends this past Saturday afternoon (and forgot to check in again). Their sandwiches are great, especially since they have the huge selection of hot sauces to choose from. I love spicy food, and this gives me an opportunity to try different hot sauces without buying a bottle and regretting it afterwards. The place was spic and span, you could have eaten off any surface in the place, and the staff were very friendly and chatty. They also have my favorite drink, the Minute Maid Light Lemonade (sugar free) on the soda machine, which is great to have when you're out suffering in the Atlanta heat and don't want a soda drowning you down...

These subs look nothing like what is shown on the website. Six of us ordered online and 4 out of 6 orders were incorrect. My Italian came with no Italian seasoning or dressing. About as bland as could be. Completely missed my expectations.

Like the food and love the people. Always greeting with a smile and call me by name after only two visits. Originally came here for a catering order and there was a mistake that I didn't even catch. They called me to tell me about it and have me several options for making it right. I was very impressed by that; they could have just ignored it and made a few extra bucks. Very admirable!

Great subs as usual...the atmosphere at this location is usually pretty nice and very courteous. The same applied today except for an employees that was on break in the customer area. Normally this would not be a problem except but his particular employee was on her phone carrying on a very loud conversation with someone. Remember: The customer is always watching and listening.

I love firehouse subs and was ecstatic when I drove by one the other day. The location is hard to miss with the road construction and traffic. It's actually right next to a JJ wings. I went in after finally finding a parking spot. The place was narrow, but the order line was in the back which is great (as it makes it easier to get in/out of a place without the ordering line blocking the entrance). The cashier was great, she knew this was the lunch rush and got everyone's order asap, and even repeated them to you to make sure. My sandwich was quick and tasted great. Kudos on keeping the area clean and tidy and having enough staff to handle the lunch rush!!

Was heading for a long night of work and studying, so I picked up dinner on the way back to the hotel. Nice large Tuna sub with provolone. Nicely done! I recommend this place if you're looking for a fast good tasting sandwich.

I love birthdays. I love free food. I love Firehouse Subs - ESPECIALLY on my birthday - free sandwich!!! Firehouse subs is fantastic. They greet you when you walk in the door while many places never say hello even when you order. The food is top flight as well - not like the boring mega chain subway. The norcross location has super friendly staff just like every Firehouse I have been to. I usually hit 3 or more Firehouse shops on my birthday to get my fill =).

Great service, amazing subs! I'm a huge fan of subs and the Firehouse Hook n Ladder sub is probably one of the best out there....definitely recommend! The restaurant is super clean, the staff are friendly, and the subs are excellent. Highly recommend!
