Generally I like ABC. Love their waldorf chicken salad. Problems are: Portion sizes change depending upon whose behind the counter, and some folks can't read. If I order in, I usually get what I order. When I take out, I forget to check the order before I leave. (I shouldn't have to.) Twice I've ordered the waldorf only to get home to find they've given me the plain chicken salad. Grrrrrr! Was I over charged in that case? I'll have to check. Either the person at the register can't hear or the person at the counter can't read. Either way that gets ABC 3 stars. Maybe less.

I personally had a great service. There food and drinks are so so. It's not special. It's not terrible. Slightly overpriced food items that are of average taste and quality. If you need Wi-Fi, but something and you can gain access. There are also power outlets.

Every time i go here i have a problem. First time the guy with the long fuzzy hair was texting instead of ringing up my order. Got the bread bowl and it was stale. I even saw flies flying around the breads eeew... Second time i went here the sign said they close at 9pm and they were already locking the doors at 815pm. I knocked on the door and everyone basically ignored me. Third time i had to study and needed a quiet area to do my paper and get some coffee. I spoke to the owner, a fat short lady, and told her about my problems i had had. She acted like she didn't care and was very rude. I have not been back and don't plan on supporting them. If you rather text then take my money while there's a long line behind me go ahead. Clearly No one here likes their job.

I went in here to order just a couple of toasted bagels, this being my first time in a bread restaurant ever. I decided to come here because I was tired of Starbucks being out of the bagels I wanted at after two in the afternoon. I was so delighted. I received excellent service and after seeing the menu, I really want to come back and try some of the other things here! After my bagel was finished toasting, I received very friendly service from the worker assisting me. The very next day, I thought to try Panera Bread for the first time since I live closer to it and I was highly disappointed. I ordered the same bagel and it was smaller, harder and less appealing. I feel like that place is overrated, but then again, I cannot judge since that was the only thing I ordered. It seemed like my order also took a long time over there in comparison to ABC.

Service was friendly and fast however after seeing nasty the panini press was I contemplated leaving without my food. The walls dripped with grease and grime and there were at least 6 tables that weren't cleaned and had old plates and food sitting on them. The bread was borderline stale and the soup left a lot to be desired. I usually dont feel the need to write a review for chain stores but I think that the dirty (disgusting) press could mean dirtier things that I can't see and people should be warned. It didn't kill me but I'll never eat there again.

This location is convenient to my job, but you'll smell bad when walking out after eating inside. Their service in preparing is pretty quick if you avoid the lunch rush. They food tastes great, can't complain. Just the smell on your clothes, lol. I called in advance to do a pickup, tried 4 times and no answer! Have better air ventilation, pls!

Great busboys! very friendly guys but the ladies that take your order were quite loud and not as helpful! I'm not sure if its just the atlanta swag or it was to damn early in the mornin', but there were def no hospitality! My sandwhich that order was bland and the coffee combo i add with it was even worse. I actually had to pour it our twice and put a different flavor, in hopes it will taste better but it just seemed as if its been brewing the whole night - even though they just opened! You see, i am not one to waste food- but after a couple more sips i could not go on any longer..i tossed it without feeling any remorse (ok a little).

Bottom line is that the place was disgusting. I walked the entire restaurant (if you can call it that) and could not find a single clean table. Every single table had trash or crumbs all over the table. The floor was not much better. The bathroom had trash everywhere. There was even a cleaning bottle on the floor in the middle of the stall with the toilet...knocked to its side. It seems someone thought about cleaning, but that's all...just thought about it. Had I noticed the fifth before ordering, I NEVER would have paid $12.70 for a half salad, half sandwich and a drink. This has to be the most disgusting place I have ever eaten in. Very disappointing asI was REALLY looking forward to ABC as it had been years since I was last anywhere near one.

Meh, Is exactly how you will feel after eating here. Shortly afterwards you will feel regret for not eating somewhere else. The sandwich is the size of a finger sandwich; it was decent but nothing special. It's kinda pricey for a sandwich in which you can replicate easily at home. Overall the service is good, but I'm not eating 'service' I need a quality meal!!

Don't go if you are in a rush (VERY slow!), or if you have any special dietary needs. They are not very adaptable or knowledgeable about their product ingredients, and the food was just so-so. But they were friendly.

This one is located 3 mins from my house. The food is nice, some of the stuff on the menu is a hit or miss for me. I really like their paninis, my favorite is the Italian Vegetarian. The first time I came here, I had a bad customer service. The cashier was straight up rude. However after my third visit, she was gone. good riddance.

Counter person kept us waiting to order for a couple of minutes while she chatted with a co-worker then came up to take our order while she held a broom and dust pan. Unfortunately she must not have used the broom because the place was very dirty with food on a number of tables and the floor. We ordered salads and they looked like they were prepared with a hammer. Half of the salad were parts of the romaine that I throw away. Taste was okay but nothing special and not appealing when served.

This is the specific location that me and my mom always go to. The place always looks like a ghost town as far as the workers are concerned. There's always one person working the register and one person making the sandwiches which makes the line very long. Last time we went there were no cookies or pastries made. I mean that is what I really go to ABC for, the cookies. The floor was dirty, I saw a centipede, I mean I was just grossed out. To top it off the sandwich wasn't even good, how can you mess up a sandwich? I think they need to do some serious renovations or just close this location down. Update: I had lunch here this week and it was totally renovated! Great food, terrible customer service. September 2010: They just don't make good sandwiches, which is ridiculous!

The customer service is spotty but the food is still very good. The clam chowder tastes great (even if it is only available on Friday) and the sandwiches are very good. They've recently renovated (within the past 6 months) which helps give the place a nice feel, though the staff can be somewhat bothersome and unprofessional. The food though is great and the location isn't too bad.
