Food was excellent and plentiful. Our server, Chris, was very polite, kept our drinks full, and was very knowledgeable of the menu to help us fully enjoy our first experience here. Our hibachi chef, Delphino, was funny, personable, and did a fantastic job with the food. Highly recommend this place for dates, dinner out with friends, or just a family meal.

I usually only go to Yuki at lunch because my favorite sushi joint isn't open til dinner but I have had dinner here as well so I will give my 10 cents on both. They have pretty good lunch specials... for both sushi and hibachi. I usually eat sushi and wakame so that's really all I can comment on for lunch. The sushi tastes fresh and the rolls are a really good size. The wakame isn't too oily and fresh as well. Usually never disappointed at lunch time. Dinner... different story. Most of my dinner experience has been Hibachi so I will comment on that. The house soup is really bad. extremely salty and mostly only broth. The miso is a little better but still very salty. The portions for the main course are fair but a bit skimpy that what I'm used to. But heck, I never can eat it all anyway so I shouldn't complain. You can get rice or noodles as a side. Stick to the rice. All in all, I think it is a bit pricey for the quality and quantity.

First time going. Food was wonderful i had sushi and the chicken&shrimp habachi both were to die for. Cook was on his 2nd day of working you couldn't even tell he was new. Staff was nice and the price was definitely reasonable.

Sushi was meh. The atmosphere was the best part. The fried rice was good, I guess. It wasn't worth the price.

We called at 6pm for a party of 8 and were told no reservation was needed, but upon arrival at 6:30 were told they had a 40 minute wait. This is a nice restaurant but needs better staff working the phone and front.

My husband and I have eaten at the hibachi grill here for three meals. The food was good, although on two of the visits our drinking glasses were left empty for far too long. We could tell that each chef was at a different level of experience. We generally went earlier in the evening and never had a long wait. My general complaint of hibachi was also true here. The bite sizes of steak or chicken are just too large, and it's not like they offer any type of knife on the table. The parking lot has a little quirk to it, not sure what that is about.

I've been coming here since 2011 and it's a reason I keep coming back. I rarely give a yelp review (my last was in 2013) but after today's dinner... I just HAVE to! Service is always amazing. Staff is very friendly, sushi chef is always greeting you. I love it! The sushi is DELICIOUS! The best I've ever had south of Atlanta. This is my go to spot when I'm too lazy to drive to the city. But don't get it twisted, the quality is right up there with the big timers. We sat in the dining room area and I did take notice that there was only one sushi chef, and another who seemed to be training & just looking on. Being in the service industry myself, I completely understand. Our food did take awhile to come out but that was fine. Our server checked on us often to see of we needed anything. The prices are what took a star away. I've been to lots of sushi restaurants and feel like this place is a little overpriced. Don't get me wrong, the sushi is great... but I can get the same roll, same quality, for half the price. Still a great restaurant nonetheless!

Yummy! I ordered the fried rice and chicken and it was amazing. Best fried rice that I have had in years. Service was nice and fast. Very clean and upscale environment. Would be great for a date night.

I have been going here for years but the service has declined with each visit. I have eaten at the hibachi area but usually go for sushi. Last time was probably my last. Rolls fell apart too easily. Abnormally large rolls that no one could get in their mouth. Subpar ingredients. Atmosphere is drab. Will behave to search for another local sushi spot.

Horrible service, way too salty on the food, the cook was not entertaining, way to pricey for the food and the server was no where to be found when I needed a refill. Won't be back again! This was horrible.

Dinner before hitting the road, and it definitely hit the spot. Got the hibachi dinner while everyone else got sushi, and not a single thing was left over. Steak was cooked the way I had ordered it. The vegetables was yummy, and so was the miso soup and salad. If I lived a LOT closer to this place, I'd probably make it a regular, but it being over an hour drive.. I highly doubt I'll be visiting again. :[ But if you're in the area, give it a go. Service was top notch too.

This is our Friday date nights. We love sushi and this is the best we have found in the area. They have a huge selection to choose from. Great place for a group or just a quiet date.

The best fried rice I have ever had in all of my 32 years! They cook everything just right. The yuki special drink is amazing!
(5)Alexis C.
Yuki Deluxe was very delicious!! Veggies & rice were cooked just right. Chicken & shrimp excellent, filet & lobster was good, but not the most tender I've had. Expect to pay $3 more for fried rice

Me and a party of twenty-nine dined there tonight as a wedding rehearsal dinner. it was FABULOUS! The atmosphere is very nice. We did the hibachi tables, and it was really neat! The steak was delicious. The rice was awesome. The drinks were yummy (I'd recommend the mudslide) and there's this beautiful fountain area outside where we took some pictures. I'll definitely return!

Didn't like this place at all. There seating rules make no since. They tried to sit me my wife and son with a big party. So we wouldn't even be sitting at the table more the overflow for big party's. I asked if we could sit somewhere else they picked another table she tried to sit use in the same place as the other table so we asked if we could sit at the table and she said no they had specific seating order. Then they brought 3 more people over and set them in the same place ...... So we got up and walked out . I would never recommend this place to anyone. I go to kuma on 155 and the place and people are way better......

Excellent! Large menu. A lot of sushi offerings. True japanese cuisine. No chinese food. Large hibachi area. Seperate dining room for those not interested in the hibachi. Sushi bar and a regular bar with table seating. Real asian chefs.

Food has always been good however, they are pricey compared to others. And the waitress today 12/29/14 was very bad. She had us waiting to order and she never brought us anything to drink after the initial drink. We literally waited 15 minutes just to even get drinks. They admitted they have scaled back on portions and kept prices the same or higher. The food is good. But that's it. Don't expect good service. It reminded me of the Sims game. When people get upset at how poor the service is. They either need to hire more staff or something. I've never had an experience like this in Henry Co

I almost gave this place a 5 Star but there is just something about Nakato that is a little better than this location. But I must say that the food is very similar. Which I did not notice until I had Nakato Saturday night and then Yuki Sunday evening. This was impressing. They do the same thing at this location that they do at most Hibachi/Japanese style restaurants. You do NOT have to remove your shoes here and you do not sit on the floor like you do at Nakato's which is fine by me. But they do sit everyone at one huge table that sits about 20 people. They take your orders and bring everything out from the kitchen. They set the grill on fire and then fire up that darn onion ring. The Chef invites you to join him by saying little things like "Yua Yua!" to cheer him on. They attempt to toss shrimp into any willing parties mouth. That sounds silly but it's a lot of fun to watch your family or firends make a fool out of themselves. :) If you have FOOD ALLERGIES, I would suggest telling the woman that takes your beverage order and then tell the chef when he verifies what you ordered. Sometimes this means your meal is cooked in the back while other times they will cook everything else (Rice, Meat, Veggies) first and then cook the Shellfish or Fish last. If you can't have eggs, for instance but you want Fried Rice they will prepare it in the back. I do think that this place is a little pricey but the food, quality of service and location (easy to get in and out of and being right off of the expressway) make me feel a little better about the price. My total for Steak and Chicken and a Fried Tuna Roll was just shy of $40. The Fried Tuna Roll was soooo good. I think they should just put Fried Tuna on the menu!

We dined in at hibachi and despite having our seats mixed up with the other people at the table our server politely apologized and cleared up the misunderstanding between everyone. The overall experience was great. The show was fun and the food was good. I've had better hibachi food but this was okay the reason I say so is I still could taste the burntness from the grill on my food. I also got a sushi roll I can't quite remember the name but I do remember it tasted great! I love the sushi here at yuki's it has a very fresh quality to it so you know you're paying your monies worth!

I won't be coming back here. I decided to give this place two stars instead of one, only because my first couple times coming here were enjoyable. That changed last night. I ordered a sushi roll, and requested it without Avocado. I repeated the 'no Avocado' part to the waitress to make sure she heard me. Sure enough, the roll came out to me with Avocado on the top. The waitress took it back. After about 10 minutes, a different waitress brought me the EXACT SAME PLATE.... I complained again, and she took it away (along with all of the other food on my plate). After waiting for another 10 minutes or more, another role was brought out to me. This time, there was Avocado on the INSIDE of the roll instead of the outside. Pathetic!!!! I can understand making an occasional mistake once, but three times??? Come on... There must be better sushi places. I'll drive to ATL before I go back to this place.

Excellent service. The food was great, my son enjoyed the sushi. We will definitely be going there more often.

We will no longer be going back. Ordered take out lunch. Chicken hibachi, shrimp tempura roll and a salad. Chicken hibachi was right but chicken was over cooked and dry. Salad was suppose to have an extra dressing and it was not in there. Shrimp roll was wrong. Had chicken in half. How cheap is that...did you really think we wouldn't realize this? Called to complain and they told us oops so sorry just come right back so they could see the mistake. I'm home And they are 20 minutes away. Asked if there was any way to just get a credit on the next trip. Was told no way we have to bring the food back. Said I have no time now as I was eating and headed to work. They told us to just put it in our fridge and save it till we could come back in. It went in the trash and I will never return... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU TRIED TO BE A CHEAPSKATE!!!

My daughters and I had a great time at Yuki! We sat in for Hibachi and our guy Joshua ( aka "Lebron")couldn't have been better. He was entertaining and the food was good too. We will be returning!
(5)Amirali K.
AWFUL SERVICE !!! VERY RUDE MANAGER. They gave a vegetarian person food in our group to somebody else and when our friend complained then they took it out of his plate and put it back in his plate. when we complained, the RUDE manager said it is what it is. Never will go there again

Yuki i'd give you 3 and a half stars if I could. The place is nice with lots of room for seating & it's the traditional steakhouse with the chairs around the grills and sushi towards the front of the place. All chef does all the same jokes you hear at the other japanese steakhouses: Egg Roll, Onion volcano, tossing food in your mouth. The one thing that stops them from getting the 4 or 5 stars is the food. While good, it's never been great. I keep hearing about other places in the area that have better food I might have to give them a try.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while now. Finally got the chance for a birthday dinner. The only word to describe my experience was dissapointed. The service was mediocre, the guy preparing our hibachi did some childish tricks half heartedly. The waitress and lady's who sang happy birthday had a blank cold expression on their face. No effort at all. The food was overly priced. Taste was ok not the best fried rice and chicken shrimp hibachi I've ever had. Portions are really small, again totally overly priced. Finally got the chance to come to this restuarant and I can honestly say I don't see myself going back ever again.
(1)Jason B.
Hibachi dinner very bland, drinks were weak at best. Very overpriced, but service was excellent. Definelty can find better japanese on the southside.
(2)Tonsies S.
This place plays on the obviously philistine food culture of middle Georgian people. They serve THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING and schmear butter on EVERY SINGLE FOOD ITEM! I was aghast when our chef kept pouring butter and thousand island dressing into our overweight neighbors bowls. It was as if they couldn't' eat enough of it! To those who thought the portions were small, are obviously used to eating 2000 calories per meal - I could hardly finish anything after all the butter drenched mayonnaise concoctions. If you're used to real Japanese food, drive quickly past this place - don't blink, don't turn in and you'll live to tell your children the story.

I love going out to eat at Yuki's the food is great ,Can't wait to go back
(5)Kenny V.
This place is amazing serves good quality food that fill you up and sushi is the best but doesn't fill you up and gave us little ginger and wasabi.
(4)Juanita H.
The worse Japanese restaurant that I have ever visited. I will never return.
(1)John K.
The service was dreadful. The tabs were incorrect. Food was not brought out.... where else do I need go. Tokyo Japanese steakhouse is much better!
(2)Paul D.
took youngest grandkid here for his birthday dinner-- i found it really good, the steak probably the most tender steak i have ever had at a Japanese Hibachi restauant..portions were good sized...server was great..cook was terrific with all too--we had a small one with the other guests at the table---the fire scared him..cook handled like a pro

I have been to several different Japanese restaurants and this one fits in with the best of them. Staff and service was awesome! The food was great; the chef was outstanding. You must visit to see... I will return.

Again, visiting family and my sister and I went out for Japanese food one night. We didn't try the hibachi, which is what I think we should have gone for. Sitting down in the restaurant was ok. We did have good service, no complaints there. I think that I was looking for more traditional dishes, which this wasn't the right type of place for the Japanese food I prefer. I really wanted a bento box, but that selection is only available for lunch. I ended up ordering tempura shrimp and vegetables and so did my sister. The portion size was huge, but after having one of their drinks, soup and salad, I didn't really have room for dinner. For the size of their entrees, if both parties want the same dish, just split it. The tempura tasted fine, but by the time I got to it, I was just done. I also prefer to have brown rice, not white. Fried rice or white rice were the only options. I didn't think this place was bad or horrible, but I don't know that I would go out of my way to try it again.
(3)Ray Q.
Very expensive, small portions, and slow service. Not my cup of tea you can go to nearby restaurants and get better food at better prices.
(2)Anastasia T.
Considering the area and the surrounding options for japanese food, this was not TOO bad...some of the rolls were actually good. I would have liked more healthy choices (what's the point of having sushi if it is deep fried or smothered in mayo?), but overall, OK and the only place in a 10 mile radius I'd recommend
(3)Shavaun J.
TERRIBLE! Very disappointed in the quality of the food. The wasabi was store bought and the crab in the rolls were imitation crab. Nothing taste fresh. The fried rice we ordered for our 6 year had a burned grill taste and was brought out after we were almost finish with our meals. In fact we all received our meals ten minutes apart even though they were placed together. I definitely will NOT be back to this 1 star restaurant with the 5 star prices!

Two words: Horrible sushi.
