I've been to this location a couple of times with family and the service has also been excellent and very pleasant, even in the face of my dad's string of bad jokes. This time I couldn't believe how great the service was considering they had a 30 person party and a computer system issue. The manager stopped by to check on everyone, our waitress was completely cool and centered on what must have been a stressful day. Unfortunately I usually can't stand the food here. The rolls are pretty good if they are hot, but my sweet potato fries were soggy and my chicken sandwich overcooked and dry. My ginger ale tasted like sprite with a splash of coke. Dad has to send his steak back as it was more rare than medium. Had a bite of Hubby D's burger and it wasn't awful, but bacon does make everything edible. But this is the least offensive chain down where the fam lives, so we'll be back. Next time I'll go with a salad, the cranberry walnut one was pretty decent.

I just love this place!. The food is awesome and I am never afraid to try something different here because I know it is going to be good. Most places I just get the same thing because I do not want to be disappointed. The only improvement I can think of is the wait time.

O'Charley's is one of my favorite chain restaurants. I've always had great service and usually get fast seating with access to a first-come-first-serve area. The prices are very reasonable. My favorite dish is the Black & Blue Steak Caeaer Salad!

You will do better going across the street to Chillis... The food tastes like microwaveable frozen entree's; there is nothing on this menu a non cooker, new cooker, or hungry teenager couldn't whip up at home....

My family and I ate at this location on Tuesday night. The place was pretty busy for a weeknight, more than likely due to their "2 for $20" special that happens on Monday and Tuesday nights (more on this "special" later). We waited for about 15 minutes for our table and once we were seated our waitress came fairly quickly to take our drink orders. We received our drinks quickly and she took our food orders quickly, as well. This is where the problem starts. My wife ordered their soup special that was mentioned by the waitress only to be told a few minutes later that they were out of the soup. She decided on a salad, which was delivered about 5 minutes after the rest of us got our meals. The waitress was rarely seen after she took our order and I had to get up and find silverware for our whole table because none was ever brought to us. The food was only so-so, nothing to write home about, especially for the $30 plus that we paid (not including tip). As for the "2 for $20" special. This is what lured us into the restaurant, which I understand is the purpose of this promotion. Unlike some of the competitors of O' Charley's, this only includes 2 entrees and 2 drinks, where most of the other restaurants include a dessert as well. You can only pick from a list of about 5 or 6 entrees and if you do the math, you are only saving a couple of dollars total with this special. I was not impressed and we ended up not even wanting any of the choices that were on the list. Also, this location is touting a remodel, but I don't see anything that has changed. The inside still looks the same as it did the last time I went, which was a couple of years ago.

So I didn't know this place served brunch on Sunday's. Didn't want to drive into the city & since I was OTB figured I'd give this place a shot instead of looking around for other brunch spots. They have a limited menu for brunch but if you want the basics of meat + Potatoes + Bread they can fill you up. The menu is kind of pricy for such a limited selection but it's not bad.

The good was good and sitting at the bar I got plenty of sports to watch. My only complaint was that it was an Irish pub/eatery and yet there wasn't a single Irish beer. If I wanted Budweiser, Michelob, Sam Adams, or the like I would go to any other bar, but I expected something that comes at least from that portion of the world.

My daughter, son-in-law and I stopped in for dinner last night and we were so impressed with this restaurant. The service was wonderful (thank you, Eugenie), all of the staff were so friendly, and the food was fabulous! My tilapia was cooked perfectly, as was the rice and the savory side of broccoli, and it was more than I could finish - all for $9.99. To top it off, it was "Free pie Wednesday" and we were all treated to a piece of pie of our choice with real whipped cream on top. Such a great deal...and you can't go wrong with the famous rolls. So good! Will definitely be back when we return to town.

Don't let these old reviews sway you. One of the best menus, staff, and dining experiences in Henry County. Especially when compared to the other "chains" in the neighborhood. Have never left disappointed, hungry, or felt I didn't get a great deal for the price.

Wow, stopping through Georgia and just happened to stop at this restaurant. We have a wonderful waitress, great service, and the check was so much smaller than we thought (cheapest meal on our road trip yet). Fantastic place! Definitely stop here again! I highly highly recommend this place! Stop here!! Also, very VERY clean bathrooms!!

This location was recently renovated so the furniture is new and clean. My wife and I eat at O'Charlies allot and we eat at this location most of the time when we do. We also get food to go from this location. The service is good but this location can get really busy at piek times.

This is my first time here. I have to say Kayla, the bar tender is awesome! She interacts with all the customers and treats them all like family! Food is great I had the shrimp scampi pasta it was perfect served with rolls and a sweet cream butter. I very much enjoyed this place and hope to be back while I am down here. I. Highly recommend this place! Great family atmosphere and very reasonably priced!

Horrible experience the last two times I've been here! About 3 weeks ago I took my grandmother here for lunch. Our server was very friendly the 2 times in the hour we were there that she actually checked in with us. Food runners brought out food backwards and we ended up having to eat our appetizer with our meals. Then the check came and it wasn't split like we had asked upon ordering our lunch. I really wish I would have just left it as it was because when the split checks came back to the table my lunch ended up being $5 dollars more. How that happens I have no idea... I guess they charge a fee to split checks now?!?! After we left the restaurant I called because I didn't want to discuss the check issue with a manager in the middle of the dining room and I let her know about our experience and how I was charged more money. She was rude and unaccommodating and blamed the server for ringing it up wrong instead of telling me how she was going to fix it and make things right. I just hung up the phone and swore after that I would never go back. The money is not an issue I had the money its just the fact that the totals were different between the checks!!! How and why? I never got an explanation they just played the blame game. Should have stuck to my guns... Got asked to meet someone there for lunch today. My friend asked for half of a grilled chicken salad assuming that they would split the cost like they usually had in the past. The check comes and she paid over $8.00 when the whole one on the menu is $9.00. She had gotten a split salad for $6.00 and some change the dozen other times she ate there in the past. The server even agreed "it's tricky"... Customer service isn't tricky and a check should never come with a surprise total! Wait staff and management needs some serious training on customer service. Really new management is needed all together! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! It's obvious they don't appreciate their customers!

Pretty pathetic service, and poor management. Restaurant is more than half empty, but it took them 15 min to seat us. Another 10 min go by before the waitress makes a appearance. Another 15 min for dinner rolls to arrive. I could've gone to the kitchen, prepped the ingredients and cooked the dishes by the time they took our order.

Food-was good. Never have I had bad food at this location. Even though they screwed up the order all three of the last times I went. Service-all 3 of the servers I had on each occasion screwed up the service and while the food was good that makes the overall experience unhappy. Communication is their downfall here. I told them what I wanted and they brought it, but not at the right times or in the right order. I ordered soup and salad. They bring the appetizer out. 5 minutes later the soup with the salad. I asked them to slow down and I don't get a drink refill until I see a manager. 20 minutes later. The other two times the server was mia most of the visit. I had hot peppers in my food. So I had to flag down another server for refills. Which irritated them because they were not my server. If I could offer advice (coming from my years as a server) if you've only got 4 tables and you haven't been double sat and you're Keeping an eye on your ppl you are a good server. If you can't handle the job don't do it. So many servers at this location are lacking in basic customer service skills and manners. I won't return to this location ever again and I live 10 minutes away.
