I never write reviews but I felt like I needed too. I had never been to a Fire House Sub place and decided to try it out. First off the service was awful. They were rude and not friendly. Secondly the sub was awful. I ordered a cheese steak with wheat bread. The meat had no taste. The grilled onions and peppers tasted old and the mustard they used was nasty. I took it back to the lady and she pretty much said well that's too bad and said she couldn't do anything about it. So needless to say I just threw away $10! Never going back! Or at least to this particular one!

Asked for take out, was given sandwich for dine in. Asked for wheat bread, was given white. The food is great, obviously, cause their sandwiches rock, but they need to get on the training of their employees to provide food the way it's ordered.

Anna J. You are no longer a vegetarian. They even list on their website under allergies fish as a byproduct of the "Veggie" sandwich. It's also all canned and after getting ill wish I would've never visited this chain (not this particular franchise).

Food is great but they almost always get something on the order wrong. They don't make too much of a fuss when they make your sandbox over. The wait can be long during peak times, bit I try to avoid those times. If they can gety next order right on the first try next time, I will add a star

I'm surprised by the lower rating on Yelp for this location. I've been here several times over the last several months and have never had any issues with customer service. The staff are super efficient and courteous, and their sandwiches are pretty satisfying. I usually stick with the sriracha beef combo, which always hits the spot. Their coke freestyle machine has also become one of my new guilty pleasures.

Great tasting subs at a great price. I've always had a great visit at this location!

As a vegetarian, I'm still confused on how or why I wandered in here. Okay, I was hungry, really hungry and it was right there. They actually make a veggie sandwich. Yes, a roasted veggie sandwich, and it was incredibly better than I imagined! Sauteed, warm mushrooms and onions were roasted on the sub before the cool crisp, fresh veggies were added. I was in heaven! Randomly, one experience with this sandwich was enough to classically condition me...every time I pass a firehouse subs sign, my mouth waters. Pavlov would be proud. The price point was great, I got a regular and had enough for two meals. And, the sub far exceeded my expectations. My only complaint was the staff wasn't very friendly or helpful (especially as a first timer) and they were wrapped up in their own conversation which seemed to delay the amount of time we all waited for our sandwiches. I'll be back, but just to a different location.

I get really tired of sandwich spots. But firehouse is way better. The employees are always welcoming, the food is better quality, and the environment is nicer than other sub shops. Try the meatball sub, it's delish.

The sandwiches here are better than their major competitors, but they need to improve customer service. The order taker was cute and friendly, and efficient, and the sandwich tasted good - but the sandwich makers seem to follow a preference system for completing orders. There was one man and one woman making sandwiches. There were 2 orders ahead of me and 2 behind me. However, the first sandwich the workers completed was the last order taken, not the first - everyone else in line looked puzzled. It was clear that the bread had been toasted for the other orders first and was sitting on the oven - but this last order's bread was pulled and completed ahead of the rest of us. And after that, the male worker seemed to keep hitting on the black female worker - while we all watched. After a few minutes she took the bread and started the rest of the sandwiches - the older woman who had waited longest said something to the man and then they got a little faster - she said that she had been waiting for 15 min. - I had been waiting about 10 min. I hope that it is not true, but the only difference between us in line was that the last guy was was black, while the rest of us were white and Hispanic. I hope that I am wrong, but if you don't complete the orders in a first-come-first-served manner, you won't be in business long. All of the orders were single sandwich. The sandwiches get a 4-star, but the service gets a 1-star.

I always liked firehouse subs but this location has trouble following instructions. I asked for a hook n ladder salad with a couple items taken off for allergies issues. Of course it came in full form, I asked them to remake it and the girl was like seriously and guess what they just washed one of the items off. Guess they don't understand food allergies yet and they laughed about it... Not coming back...
