I will preface this by stating, I genuinely do not like to give bad reviews. With that said... I'm so disappointed. It took almost an hour and half to deliver- but it's Friday night so I can look past that. The delivery guy was very nice. The fried rice was actually not bad. Literally the only reason I'm giving a 2 and not 1. The sesame chicken was really bad. It tasted like they took it from the buffet. It was so over cooked and mushy. Sesame seeds were thrown on as an after thought. The sauce tasted like no sesame sauce I've ever had. It tasted, and looked, like sweet and sour sauce. The crab Rangoon had a good flavor but they were so tough. Tasted microwaved. The egg drop soup tasted fine, it was just barely luke warm. I think the best part of my meal was the can of coke I ordered. It was pretty refreshing and almost cold. Honestly, I don't think I'd order from here again... Although my 2 year old loved the rice lol

Will never order from them again. I placed an order for delivery veg lo mein and shrimp and broccoli in brown sauce. Due to a small child eating with me I requested the broccoli to be well done( in common sense soft). My order was about 28 dollars, My Shrimp was over cooked and the broccoli under cooked, It was a late order so no one was able to deliver. I was told 10.00 off my next order due to the order that was wrong cost 10.95, no problem. I called just now and was told I can get a 10% discount then 15%. I recommend anyone of Melanin to NOT EAT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! They always get the order wrong. I ordered Kung pao chicken and got something totally different and they tried to convince me that whoever packaged it forgot to add the peanuts. Isn't it cooked with the peanuts?!?! Also last few times the food showed up, there was more food in the bag then there were in the containers and everything was covered in sauce. They also took 2 hours and 45 minutes to bring us the wrong order with missing items. Huge mistake ordering from this place!!!

I regret not looking at the reviews before ordering from this place. They got my order wrong but I was hungry so I figured I'd eat it. The food was not good. I would definitely recommend somewhere else. Don't think all these reviews are wrong, please.

Just got the Eat24 app and this place was recommended and close by. Ordered Sesame Chicken, veggie spring rolls and hot & sour soup. Scheduled the delivery for 4:30pm (when I take my break). Food arrived an hour early so it was only mildly warm when I sat down to eat. They didn't provide any forks or a spoon or napkins so eating was not an easy task. Egg rolls had no flavor. Sesame chicken was ok, nothing to write home about. Hot & Sour soup was spicy and about the only thing good. Rice was dry and crunchy. Probably won't order from here again.

I've never gone to the restaurant but as far as delivery the food is great. We ordered the Vegetable Spring Roll, Vegetable Deluxe, and Vegetable Lo Mein. All were fresh and very good with lots and lots of vegetables. I hate when you ask for something to be removed and the restaurant, because they are delivering, ignores. China Palace was SPOT ON and I did not get any green peppers or onions anywhere in my order. I will be calling when I get a Chinese food craving again.

I've only had delivery from this place once and what I had was not what I expected, plus they got me for an egg roll - it may sound petty, but I really do not care. I asked for one egg roll and they still charged me for 2 based on the appetizer menu and neglected to tell me that they would still charge me for both - I think that was a really sh*#%@ business practice - cheating the customer is never a good route. Anyway I was excited about getting the braised wing sauce - the hot and spicy - but it did not taste anything like the braised wing sauce I have tasted at two other different restaurants. I was really disappointed with the way the sauce looked and tasted, it was basically your average sweet and sour sauce except it had some spice to it. Very disappointing experience and a complete and total waste of $15 because I was nice enough to tip the delivery guy as well!

I keep finding great restaurants via my new favorite app, OrderUp. Order food online with them and it came piping hot. Their hot and sour soup is my favorite in the area. Will order from them again.

Never order from here!!! The food is mediocre at best. They never get the order right, the girl who answers the phone speaks perfect English and still can't get your food right. Then when you call to tell them they forgot part of your order, they refuse to credit you back and say you were never charged, as if you can't add for yourself

It was about 1:30 and their lunch buffet is over at 2. Is that an excuse to have empty pans and old food out there? There were two other tables when I walked in. The young man said something snide into his phone, set it down long enough to hand me a roll of silverware and point me to the back room. He did ask what I wanted to drink but never brought it to me. At 1:50 the (very polite) young man from the kitchen began removing food pans from the buffet. That was okay by me. One plate was all I cared to pick at. No dessert that I could see. As I got up to pay, two men walked in and I almost told them to save their money but the man at the register scrambled to try to get some food put out. Really? Too little too late. That was a bad lunch. I have to say, judging from the other reviews, they left the wrong person minding the store that day.

Food is ok. Very slow delivery. Have a delivery order minimum and still charge you for delivery on top of that. They always forget condiments and forks. They cheat you on drinks. You pay for a 20oz, and get a 16oz.

Been to dozens of places in many states. So im basing my experience on that. Price: good Buffet for lunch: ratchet Seating:adequate Food : average. The Hunan chicken tasted exactly like the chicken w garlic. Rice over cooked; I have a rice cooker folks and have been making and eating it over 20 yrs. Eggrolls were average. Customer service: very nice folks here. It seems to be a husband and wife team. $5.99 lunch buffet I ordered four meals off lunch menu instead. Total was $25.23

The food was, and I hate to say it, but gross. Ordered the sesame chicken and fried rice with soup. The sesame chicken tasted as if it was just reheated. It was soggy and the meat did not smell fresh. The wonton soup was good. When I went to grab an extra soy sauce packet, the cashier gave me an evil stare.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Was not impressed. The food tasted bad. Their fried rice wasn't even fried rice, the chicken tasted weird and they forgot to give us our rice so we had to drive all he way back for it.

Junky, cafeteria style commercial grade Chinese food. No flavor and low ingredient count per dish. Food came in melted styrofoam that made the food taste like plastic. I dont order delivery because I'm trying to save money, its because I am splurging, and we are in the home theater. The special requests through the EAT24 app were ignored or not received. Id rather pay double for good food. Arrives hot ??? yeah, but thats SUPPOSED to happen. I dont care about fast.. I'll wait an hour or more for good food.. I will never order from this place again.. It seems like a low income takeout joint to me.

What can i say, I've lived in this town for 22 years this place is a landmark for me like the big chicken on 41. I love going to their lunch buffet.. sit back watch some news get on their free wifi service and drink a King Tao beer...shhh don't tell know one... ps. My wife says she loves their crab rangoons, go try them!!!

Ordered a sesame chicken combo and doughnuts. The sesame chicken was strangely spicy (as if they'd put some general tso's sauce on it). It was also VERY dry. The fried rice was dried out and gross. The doughnuts were good, but they were basically fried biscuits that had just been dropped into a whole takeout container of sugar. I mean...there had to be 3 cups of sugar in the bottom of that container...I wouldn't order it again.

I've never stepped foot inside this place, but it is my go-to for Chinese delivery. They have great lunch and dinner combination specials. You get an entree, fried rice, egg roll, and a chicken wing for about $8. They are always super fast getting it to my door, so the food is always hot and fresh. They also boast quite a menu of wing favors and offer and excellent wing and fry or fried rice combo as well.

I'm pleased to be able to write the first review of China Palace, an unexpected treat of a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Whether you're grabbing lunch at their buffet, dining in, having it delivered or taking it to-go you are in for a tasty meal. The outside of the restaurant is unassuming and misleading, and quite frankly, I hate the shopping complex where it's located... I feel like I just rolled into a Tiajuana flea market. But inside you'll find delicious, can't-miss-good Chinese food, so do NOT be put off by the location (lock your doors) I *know* My Chinese soups well, and hands-down, China Palace takes the prize! Honestly, you are NOT going to find better Chinese soup in the area. The egg-drop...very good. Hot and Sour... like it's truly meant to be. I want to order a gallon of each and eat nothing else for a week! Add some pepper and prepare to ignore everything around you as you consume it. I had never tried Egg Fu Yung until I visited their buffet. I couldn't get enough and I cleaned them out, apparently neither could anyone else because there was a struggle among customers to get the last portions. Since then, I've tried it at other restaurants and they pail in comparison. I've been impressed by all the entree's I've tried so far. Some are better than others of course, but I've never been disappointed in one. The best way to enjoy their entree's in ordering it from the straight from the menu. If you order take-out you'll be tempted to pull over and dig-in because of the delightful aroma! ( I know I have!) The buffet is rather small-ish, but don't fret. There's approximately 10 entree items, plus lo mein, and 2 varieties of rice, and 2 or 3 soups to choose from, plus dessert items such as freshly cut fruit, fruit from a can, and such. Food offered on their buffet was occasionally too dry and more crispy than it ought to have been, but still had deliciously potent flavor. The times I've thought the food too dry or overly crispy was only when I arrived late at the buffet. Buffet food quality depends on the freshness of the food, and that's in direct relation to when you arrive. I'd go when they first set up their buffet (11am) for best quality, and also to beat other customers to their most delectable items before they're gone! The staff is not exactly "on-the-ball" when it comes to replenishing items on the buffet, so if you arrive late and see an empty/near empty serving container, just ask them to refill it. You will be pleased! The dining room decor is very simple, casual and Asian inspired. It's suitable and clean enough to enjoy an impromptu weekday lunch or a relaxed dinner with a couple of friends. I DO believe they offer a selection of imported beer, BTW. I've never seen the place very busy, it's fairly light traffic with several tables filled at a time. So it's pretty quiet and laid back. At the entrance/register area there is a large LCD TV which is usually tuned to sports or discovery channel, accompanied by a couple of tables and booth seats for customers anxiously awaiting their to-go orders. Parking is adequate and I believe that it's reasonably accessible for the handicapped as well. I cannot think of anything negative to say about this place other than its undesirable shopping center locale and the dessert selections that leave you wanting.. (no ice cream, cakes, or pudding) The food is so yummy, the dining room is unimpressive (except for that painting) yet appropriate for casually quick lunches, the service is accommodating and not intrusive. Hell, I'm willing to wait the extra few minutes it takes to receive such delicious soup fresh to-go, and I'm willing to ask an employee to please replenish this or that container at the buffet...because it's well worth it. If you are a person who likes deliciousness + value then you really can't go wrong with China Palace. Try it!
