High Cholesterol at Whataburger

Calorie intake is the main concern for people with high cholesterol while dining at a fast-food restaurant like Whataburger. Well, you can always try the Lighter & Smaller options from the menu to cut down your fat intake. Opting for grilled sandwich or burgers are preferred compared to double meat or triple meat cheesy burgers which contain high cholesterol.

Foods to Avoid at Whataburger for High Cholesterol

Cut down on your meat intake to control your high cholesterol. You must skip Double Meat Whataburger and Triple Meat Whataburger at all costs. The first time I went, it was great, but every time after has been a huge disappointment. The service is slow the tables are sticky. It is a tacky atmosphere. Just an uncomfortable place to be.

We really like this place. They have great sushi, and the hibachi chefs are really fun as well. I've liked everything I've tried, and service has always been good as well. I've recommend it.

We won't eat here again. Our order was made up of sushi and Chinese dishes. I warned my family away from about 1/2 the sashimi and sushi because the fish did not look and smell fresh. My family told me that the California roll is better at PUBLIX .The ginger, alarmingly was not fresh either! The Chinese dishes - General Tso's and sesame chicken were mostly balls of dough with little pieces of Chicken inside. The sauce was nice on both . Miso soup was a 5 out of 10. The ginger salad dressing was yummy and fresh.

The place was packed when I went but it had just opened so could've just been the buzz. After trying their sushi it doesn't surprise me that the crowds aren't here anymore. I like the raw stuff and so many rolls had chopped tuna, and chopped salmon. Bleh. I always get salmon nigiri because a good piece is amazing and smooth like butter... Theirs was like stringy fish. The atmosphere was super stiff. I like hibachi places that are lively and make you feel comfortable to be chatting with the strangers at your grill. Here it seemed very awkward for the guests. No music. Quiet dining room. Super disappointing since this place is so close to my house. Still hoping it could turn around. Nothing very good in West Cobb yet. Definitely worth the short drive to Thaicoon.

Food is very good. I had the filet and shrimp hibachi lunch special and 2pc eel sashimi. I was the only person there at the time. Service was good as well. Unfortunately, the music in this restaurant is very loud and obnoxious. They only play really aggressive dubstep and house music and it is really off putting in such a nice place. Mind you, I actually like that kind of music in the right setting. At a concert or party, it works. The music being pumped into the whole restaurant is the reason I would not bring my parents or older friends here. They would hate the music and not enjoy their experience. Again, food and service were good, but I probably won't come back until they tone down the music.

Given the other reviews, this place was a terrible disappointment. One of the hallmarksf a good hibachi restaurant is the showmanship of the chef. Ours had none. Watching this man perform was like watching a line cook at a Greek diner. He seemed bored and didn't interact with us except to ask how we wanted the beef cooked. If the food were good, that might be overlooked, but it was as lackluster as his performance. The fried rice was oily and the onions in it were scorched. The beef was overcooked despite our request fior med rare and my wife;'s shrimp were rubbery and tasteless. To add to the disaster, the chef decided to clean the grill and then the grease tarp at its edge as we ate. He scraped out the grease trap and then showed us the results of his labor, proudly displaying the gunk about sic inches from my plate! The hot tea we ordered arrived AFTER we had finished dinner, at the same time as the check. That was the only time we saw the waiter. An unmitigated disater.

Terrible lunch. Had the bento box....yuck. Old California rolls, dry rice and the shrimp were small. Would not go back. Oh yeah. The service was slow and it wasn't even crowded!

Nothing spectacular. It satisfied my taste for sushi. The place was clean and service prompt. I had the choose 2 rolls for lunch for 8.99 not bad.

As a sushi lover I am always on the lookout for new restaurants with different types of sushi. Atami Grill & Sushi recently opened up and peaked my interest. I just tried it with my best friend and the both of us are in love with their sushi. Even though they had low staff and cheesy music, I was not disappointed when it came to the sushi. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and had a beautiful presentation plus everything was prepared in a timely manner. I felt like I wanted to try more and more. SUSHI FEVER! Definitely give this place a try; I know I will be revisiting. That was definitely the best sushi I've had in a long time.

What impressed me the most is the quality of sushi we received. The fish is very fresh consistently, which is rare for even the expensive restaurants here in Cobb.

I have been to this place several times. I have had the sit down at the table and the Hibachi several times and I have never yet to have bad service or a bad meal. The staff is wonderful. Friendly, attentive, funny. Also have a great time when we go and always have too much food!!! We had family in town and looking for something different to do with them, so I took them there. We did the Hibachi Grill and the cook was great! My 2 year old loves going there and the cook was very entertaining and made sure everyone was included. We had a party of 10. I get the Sushi everytime I go and I always like to try something different, and the staff always takes the time to help me figure out what I want. I am not a Sushi expert and half the time I have no idea what things are, I just know that they taste good. lol. Again, small place, not your Shogun type of place, not big. But I like the smaller places. Seem to get better service, and the staff seems to get to know what you like and don't. I hope this place lasts, seems like alot of these kind of places don't stay around too long.

I was disappointed in my lunch. I ordered the scallop lunch and there were 2 1/2 scallops on my plate. Everyone at our table commented on how stingy the portion was. The others dining with us seemed to like their lunch, but I picked up the tab and felt very ripped off when it came to $90 (including tip) I basically filled up on rice.

I didn't have high expectations when we decided to try Atami, it used to be Sapporo. Very pleasantly surprised. Top notch service, great food and creative presentation. Everything we had was really good, but my favorite was the salmon tartar. Prices were about the same as Ru San but they seem to be focusing on quality over quantity.

This place is NOT like the old sushi dump from before. This location use to be called Sapporo?! It sucked, and it's long gone. Give Atami a try. Go to Atami Marietta on Facebook . Sushi is GREAT!! Staff is great! It's the best sushi in West Cobb.

We were a group of 10 that went for a birthday dinner. It is definitely a fun way to celebrate a birthday. We enjoyed the hibachi grill/cook. The food was good, a bit on the greasy side for me personally, but overall good. However, the restaurant was so cold that we were all most uncomfortable the entire time. We commented numerous times to different persons there, but they didn't seem to comprehend what we were saying. One lady brought me some hot tea, which was a nice gesture, but it still didn't make the room any more comfortable. They would turn on the overhead fan/vent which would help some, but there was no source of heat anywhere (other than when the hibachi was being used). It was a very cold night out and one would expect to be able to have some degree of warmth inside. We will not be returning here at least in the winter because it is just too miserable sitting in an ice cold setting with your feet freezing off and all bundled up in your coat while you try to eat. They need to consider the comfort of their patrons.

I must admit I wasn't expecting much from a sushi restaurant within a strip mall. It has both a hibachi section (as you walk in to the right), & a Sushi area on the left. The sushi was better than expected for both myself and my dining partner. The salmon melted in my mouth, the miso soup was better than adequate and the salads were just ok (ginger dressing could have been better). As for the rest of the sushi, it was very good. I will definitely give this restaurant another visit.

We eat a lot of Sushi and were excited to try this new pace near our house. When we walked in we could smell the fish. (Not a good sign) We stared with the chicken lettuce wraps, which we wouldn't usually order in a sushi restaurant but we were already Leary of the food. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in the same wok as fish. We also ordered two of their specialty sushi rolls, both of them tasted and smelled as if the fish wasn't fresh. The servers were inexperienced, they didn't bring us appetizer plates with the chicken wraps so we had to eat of of the main plate in the middle of the table and they didn't give us chop sticks with the sushi. We barely ate anything and when the waiter came to remove our plates he saw that we barely ate and asked if we wanted a box which we then replied no that we didn't enjoy the food which his response was ok he would bring us the check. We will not be going back and this restaurant is far from the best in west Cobb as the other reviewer stated.
